great location, good food and good service. a bit pricey for the quality of food but then you are paying for a prime location

This Cote is situated in probably one of the best outdoor locations in London, overlooking the Thames and the high rise skyscrapers of the City. The service was excellent as was the Prix Fixe menu. Such good value with a variety of choices for each course. Will return soon.

Great visit. We arrived just before noon, before the lunch menu started, but were offered drinks and the menu. I had the warm beetroot salad and my son had the burger. Both were perfect. Very friendly staff and fast service.

Usually this restaurant is very good with delicious food, excellent service and relaxing. On this occasion I was very disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, probably because we are in the run up to Christmas. The staff were not very welcoming, unsmiling and seemed very stressed. Excessively long wait before our order was taken and a further excessively long wait for drinks and food. Food was cold when it arrived and Cote de Boef was tough snd gristly.

Extremely slow service, but nice food. We had to wait over 15 minutes to get some water to start with. We had to talk to the manager to get some service and he was friendly and helpful.

We ended up with another guest and were able to get a really nice table. Everybody ordered something different and loved it. Service was outstanding. We had a birthday and we were all given a free glass of fizz. Perfect.

The setting on the river was lovely, I ordered the eggs Benedict it was nice apart from it was served with cold ham on a warm muffin and hot poached egg so I felt like I had to rush to eat it before the ham made the rest of the items on the plate cold! I appreciate the ham is out of the fridge but putting that straight onto hot food I thought they would at least warm it through slightly. I did think our waitress was miserable also which was a shame.

The service was fantastic and the server introduced us to a great wine that we hadn’t tried. Highly recommend and am excited to go back.

We had a nice meal before going to the Bridge theatre, except for the starter which was terrible -whitebait- and we had to send back. I had whitebait at Cote many times before and it was always delicious. This time it didn't look right and didn't taste right. The manager was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary drink and we really appreciated the gesture
