We didn’t have a meal but we loved our afternoon tea and were very well looked after, in comfort and with a view of the Thames!
Lovely restaurant with very good food and portion sizes. Excellent service, in fact sometimes a little too full on, although my friend would say that the waitress was just being very attentive. Difference of opinion there. Overall though - Lovely.
where we sat just behind us was a big patty who were standing up for drinks first and we felt they were crowding out table and were noisy so we had to move our table away slightly. Two of our meals of duck breast when delivered were cold we sent them back and had to wait for new ones but the big party were served first so two of us had to wait 30mins for new ones which we thendeclined as it was too late
An enjoyable lunch in a cool setting. Super friendly staff who ensured waiting time was kept to a minimum. Great views of Thames. I wish the beer was in 500ml bottles and not 330ml. We will be returning soon.
Delicious food, great wine and top class service. We will be back!
I eat at this branch a lot....at least twice a month. Last night was the worst experience I have ever had at any branch of Cote. The food was fine but the waiter was worst than awful! The 5 of us were seated at 6 45pm. The waiter asked us what we wanted before we had finished sitting down! I ordered tap water and our free rhubarb martinis. It appeared I had asked for something unknown! Last time the same group of us has free blood orange martinis and they were bought to the table without us asking. So 45 minutes pass before we can attract his attention to order food. His irritation was obvious....4 of the 5 of us ordered steak but we wanted it cooked in different ways...more grunting and scowling! Getting sauces from him was a mammoth task....he would ask what we wanted then turn away! We ordered a second bottle of wine....it was opened and just poured into a glass already half full of wine! The waiter disappeared when we needed the bill and we paid a waitress....and yes we stupidly paid the service charge of 12.5%. Get some happy staff please
Very good food and very good and welcoming servers. 10- 15 minutes to be seated which was a bit long but the food was worth the wait.
The food was, as always, well cooked. The plate was piping hot. no complaints on the food side. However, the toilets were completely out of use. This is completely not acceptable for a restaurant. Also, our service was very hit and miss. We had to ask for our plates to be taken away. Please don't let Cote drop it's standards and become another below average high street chain.
Food came quickly, and staff very polite. The tarte au citron was delightful
Brilliant location and great service. Food well up to usual Cote high standards including excellent salad Nicole’s and Breton chicken and good desserts but restaurant always very noisy.
Fully up to expectations. Good service, great food and nice location
We have dined here for lunch several times and always had a good meal and professional service. Plus the restaurant is located in a wonderful position for views across the Thames.
Great food great service great restaurant! Very prompt service which is so pleasing. The prix fixes menu is fantastic value. Delicious french onion soup, lovely piece of sea bream followed by one of my favourites the coupe noir. Delicious smooth chocolate sauce over high quality vanilla ice cream.
Excellent service and food from the prestige menu excellent value. Our waiter and waitress were both delightful and could be more helpful. A free glass of Kir Royale was welcomed. Food excellent as usual. Sitting downstairs at the back is peaceful but with atmosphere.
Had a lovely birthday dinner with complimentary bubbly and chocolate fondant dessert. Will definitely be going again. Plus its a nice location. Thanks Cote
The table setting was amazing, staff were friendly and food was so great. We had a large group & the restaurant was very helpful as I had to change the booking a few times. Thank you guys :)
Very nice meal good value and service excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Shame they don't have the set menu for the time we were there but still value for money
Although the waiting staff were good, our meal was very disappointing - it was very delayed, the steak was stone cold, the rest of the meals didn't come together and the kitchen didn't really seem to be able to keep up with a typical Saturday lunch. Yes, the bill was heavily discounted to compensate for the wait time and errors, however it didn't make up for the disappointing food.
Went early at 5.30. Served quickly & efficiently. Tassty steak & chips but would have preferred it hotter with the chips more golden.friendly staff, decent glass of wine & hot mint tea. Would return as good value.
It would have been 6 stars but unfortunately the waiter misheard my choice of starter. I asked for the March special prawns but instead got the Roquefort salad.Should have sent it back but decided not to make a fuss, so part of the blame lies with me! Loved this months gin drink though. Our waiter was really very attentive and friendly
lovely family meal. Our 12 year old boy who needs a strict gluten fee meal as he has coeliac was well catered for. Always lovely stress free dining at Cote.
I am a regular and having a meal at Cote Hays Galleria always a great experience. The food is very good and the stuff are very professional yet friendly and engaging.
A most enjoyable meal, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was served promptly and looked and tasted amazing. Would recommend this restaurant anytime and we will be back.
Everything we had was outstanding. Tasted of the freshest ingredients whether it was the prawns or the rissotto. And the creme caramel is highly recommended for dessert!
The early evening menu was good value. I think however that with the Beef puff pastry it would have really improved meal to have some potato or vegetables with it.
Everything was amazing, our waiter, Alexanda was with us all the time, we had had a really nice dinner. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was good. We really enjoyed. Thank you guys for everything.
An excellent meal 3 people’s birthdays and waitress was very friendly, helpful and efficient Thank you for a great evening
Cheerful service by our waiter Would come back here again anytime
Our Valentines meal today was excellent. Great 3 course menu at £27.95 or £38.95 with the matching of wine for every course. That was our option. My baked crotin starter, goats cheese, apple and walnuts was excellent. Along with my partner’s large portion of smoked salmon, Our main dishes were great and our desserts. Service was excellent and friendly. Fantastic value. We made the right choice for Valentines. Thanks Cote.
I cannot recommend your restaurant highly enough and I am hard to please The food was great as usual and the staff were superb We dine in cote usually once a week and have done so since your early years We always recommend you to other people and will continue to do so
Food was delicious, the view was perfect and the overall service was also excellent. I recommend this place to anybody who would like to have a nice and relaxing lunch/date. Well done guys 5*
great night, food fabulous as always, really friendly staff, I've never had a bed experience in any of the Cotes restaurants.
We were greeted very politely and pleasantly and shown to a reserved table. A young lady waiter immediately welcomed us and asked if we would like drinks to start - we ordered drinks and they arrived promptly. After a reasonable wait she returned to take our food orders and the starters arrived within 10 minutes. When we had finished our plates were cleared and we then waited some 45 minutes for the ain course. Our waiter was very apologetic and when we ordered another bottle of wine she told us it was on the house. The restaurant was very full and extremely noisy whish did detract from the enjoyment of our meal - the food itself was excellent as was the wine. Our waiter and her colleagues were all unfailing polite and pleasant.
Always vfm and this was no exception. Good menu choice and service. All three of us enjoyed our meals and would both recommend and go back.
Our table position was perfect as was the greeting when we arrived and from that moment on the service was second to none. The menu choice is great and the food was excellent. Our lunch was excellent as we received great service ,great food and good value . Hope to see you soon.
The food was fantastic. I would have given a 6 star rating had it not been for the no toilets situation. To have to go to the nearby cafe rouge to use their toilets because cote's were out of action was unfortunate. Shame it happened because apart from that we had a fantastic evening.
Lovely steak and pleasant atmosphere. Good service and s nice cocktail offer too. Will call again. Thanks to the team at cote brasserie near hsys galleria.
Lovely as always. Love the offer for free cocktails upon signing up. Cocktails are always so delish too!
Lovely mains, but slightly disappointed in the desserts. Excellent service though!
Fantastic meal, enjoyed by all members if our party. Good atmosphere, albeit a little loud. Menus were varied enough to offer something for everyone without being overwhelming.
Beautiful food, well presented in a great location by the Thames. Staff were friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable considering all of the above. Will certainly return.
Popped in today for a quick lunch cocktail was amazing and followed this with a goats cheese salad - tasty and served by professional and friendly staff with a view of HMS Belfast totally recommend
Excellent and speedy pre theatre service. Very pleasant staff. Excellent gluten free choices (best of anywhere). Glad we booked as it got busy very quickly. Nice ambience.
Good service, decent food and fine view. Standard bistro fare properly cooked.Cheerful and attentive service. Reasonably peaceful ambience for a busy part of London. Convenient location
Great. Even though the restaurant was very busy and Marius at London Bridge was on his own serving all the tables upstairs he was super helpful, professional, quick and kind. Thanks for a lovely evening.
We were made welcome upon arrival at the restaurant and immediately taken to our table. The waiter was attentive and service was first class. We had preordered the complementary cocktail which were excellent. The food was presented promptly and all selections were excellent. In all and very enjoyable lunch.
Food not up to usual standard to might. Fish overcooked all of the mussels off. New ones sent which were still inedible.
I was overall disappointed with this visit. I booked due to notification of a special 'COMPLIMENTARY RHUBARB MARTINI Enjoy a complimentary Rhubarb Martini for you and your guests when dining from our A La Carte or Special's menu.' Was never offered that. I also booked asking for a river view and was placed at a table by the wall and hardly can see. I brought a colleague form Japan to the restaurant and in general it was quite disappointing.
Lovely evening great food and ambiance. Recommend the March gin and tonic. Great location. Music is unnecessary no one is listening to it and it is just irritating.
Fabulous meal and very well cooked. The service was very good and the waitress was very helpful - they looked after us well as it was the Birthday celebration for one of our party. I will be going there again next month.
