Côte - Hay's Galleria

Excellent food and service would definitely recommend this restaurant. Staff were very understanding as we were a party of 4 with 2 guest who were extremely late.

The service was a bit slow and we had to gesticulate to the waiters most of the time when we wanted a drink or to order dinner - think they were just busy though quite early in the evening. However, the food is always good,

Everything about the experience was poor, starting from the lack of someone at the door the greet and seat us, to the ability to serve us food we actually ordered (everything was wrong in some way), to the quality of the actual cooking of the food - in my case, hard cooked poached eggs and toast that was lucky to have seen a toaster. I will not be returning.

Good food, quick service. Some of the staff were lovely and others not so. Restaurant needs more toilets for its size. A good experience overall

Very pleasant surroundings. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The menu was varied with the addition of a specials list. The food was fairly priced and all four of us enjoyed our meals and wine. I would definitely recommend the restaurant .

Lovely meal, great staff and as it was a Sunday, not very busy! Fast service, reasonable cost and they gave us a quiet table as we requested when we booked ,We shall be back

Côte is a reliable restaurant for consistently good food at low prices as well as a really quite decent wine list at similar cost. It is my go to restaurant when I need something quick and that won’t break the bank. The staff are always really friendly and cannot do enough for you. I’d always recommend Côte - I’ve been to many of their restaurants and never had a bad experience.

I had a very positive experience at Côte, Hays Galleria. Their 4 to 7pm menu is great value 13.50 for 3 courses..Mushroom soup good, sea bream course delicious and apple compote dessert with ice cream, most enjoyable. Very friendly waitress and I received a free bottle of wine for my birthday, as I am a registered customer. Their outdoor setting is lovely too along the river.

We love Cote and the London Bridge Cote was just as good as the others. Friendly staff and consistently good food. Very busy but staff handled things professionally.

The Food was good but the tables downstairs are close together and it was very noisy. We normally sit upstairs were it is quieter and you can chat without to much noise.

Slow service at the start but then everything was excellent. They had a great 3 course set birthday menu with a glass of champagne for £27 each. Also had a free bottle of wine and ( free beer for the slow service at the start). The food tasted excellent and great value. Hope they continue to put these dishes on the menu as they were great and a change to the usual menu.

Cotes is a consistently good quality restaurant. Simple food well cooked. Lovely ambiance with not too rushed and not too slow service. Highly recommended for a lovely lunch or dinner.

Food was excellent as was service. Special Autumn offer of a free bottle of wine was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to our next visit.

Reasonable food at very reasonable price for the early evening menu. Very busy but waiting staff managed well. Good choice of wines at all price points and tap water automatically provided. Will return.

We were looked after well but had for the set menu which was provided without delay. No rush to turn the table round. they were happy to wait for the whole party to arrive before ordering

This was my first visit to the Hay's Galleria, London Bridge Cote, I have been to the St. Martins Lane restaurant on a number of occasions and also to Tunbridge Wells and am always impressed with the food and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My visit today 23/8/17 with a friend at lunchtime was to celebrate my birthday, we were able to sit outside on the terrace with wonderful views of Tower Bridge, the River Thames and HMS Belfast. The food was delicious as always (consistently excellent across all the Cote restaurants I have visited). All of the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend eating there if you are in the area.

In my experience, Cote Brasserie always represents good value for money and good customer service. It is definitely one of the best chain restaurants of it's type that I have been to.

Went for a work team lunch and 7 of us were accomodated at short notice. Great view, good service and excellent food. Would go back again in future.

All 4 of us chose different dishes which arrived rapidly and well presented, they were also very tasty. Our waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. We sat outside which has unrivalled views of the city.

2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts between us. Couldn,t fault any of it. Warm prawn salad and veal escallop especially good. Staff very efficient. Recommended.

Excellent service . We go there twice a year for group get together and always enjoy it. The staff are wonderful .The food is good and the ambience is lovely.

fried calamari were very oily and the salmon very dry didn't feel like fresh fish. Service wasn't great, waited too long for the service and weren't given attention although mentioned being in hurry.. I usually like Cote but this ruined it for me this time!

Overall a great meal. The service and location you couldn't fault. There was a good variety of dishes to offer on the menu and the wine was to our liking. The only criticisms were there was quite a lot of salt used in the food and one of the crepe dishes was over cooked and didn't have a good flavour.

Food good. Service tricky - Levente, I think unintentionally, managed to offend both my wife and my sister. Toilets disgusting. We won't go back but we do like Cote - just not this one.
