We visited Cote at Hay's Galleria for lunch with our parents after getting married at the registry office. The service and food were both amazing and the team really made the effort to make it a special day for us. We were given a bottle of champagne on arrival and a lovely dessert after dinner to say congratulations. If you're looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion, I would definitely recommend here! Thank you to the team for making it such a fabulous day!
Our waiter was brilliant. Not intrusive at all an asset to your team . Great recommendations and a great manner. Simply brilliant I didn't get his name but short hair tallish Working outside
Great place to meet with friends and good value for money. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The four of us went for the three course set menu (£19.95) and is was really tasty. The pork terrine was thick and lots of it. The steak was very tender. It was crowded and a bit noisy but it had a good buzz.We spent about 4 hours there!
Consistency is the name of the game. Well done Cote and congratulations to all the staff and manager. Looking forward to our next visit soon. Thanks
Food excellent as expected; Quantities/size very good. Service very friendly. However, surprised that NORMAL lunch menu not available until 3pm, should have been indicated when booking.
Usually very nice here, but this time my steak was not really hot enough, it was quite cool by the time I’d had a quarter of it ... my guests also thought their moules were pretty tough, not succulent at all although the sauce was lovely deserts fine as usual, lovely wine.
Exemplary service all evening and excellent food. The staff made my mum feel very special on her birthday. Thank you for a wonderful evening - I'll be back.
The food was great, the service was good and the duty manager couldn't have been more accommodating. She made room for my grand daughter's pram, next to our table. Admittedly the restaurant was less than half full but she could have been a jobsworth and not allowed the pram in the restaurant.
Amazing value healthy and tasty 3 course meal for £16. May menu is great. Helpful service.
Great as usual tried the ivy last night very disappointing cote remains reliable and good
The food was amazing and the staff were very professional and friendly. It was an extremely busy day and everything seemed to be running smoothly. We enjoyed a really nice leisurely lunch and will definitely return.
Nice restaurant and really well located, over looking the river, so really well placed. The service was good and the food was very nice with a good menu on offer. We were a group booking so made our menu choices in advance. The service from making the booking, enquiring about menus through to the actual dinner was fantastic. Would recommend.
Good food and drink all fine. Great location but at the end of the evening the “faulty” air con starts up and suddenly the Resturant is very cold and everyone starts to leave Restaurant nearly empty at 2145. And of course it’s nothing about staff clearing up the restaurant to get home quick!!!
When we first arrived there was a slight delay in taking any orders but once the cheerful waiter came and took out drinks order it was perfect. We selected from the Prestige set menu , 3 courses for 19.99 I had the Calamari which was a generous portion as was my friend’s Pork rillettes . The calamari was served with homemade tartare sauce which was delicious The calamari was tender inside with a lovely crispy crumb on the outside. I had Fish Parmientier which was full of prawns salmon and cod with a cheesy mashed potato cover, delicious and my friend said her Breton chicken grilled with garlic butter was wonderful. My dessert was Apple crumble and I’ve cream and my friend had the Coupe Noire . The coupe Noir was served with a hot chocolate sauce and my crumble was very tasty and not too sweet. Very nice indeed. The waitress who took over halfway through the meal was delightful and very helpful and accommodating . Having had a couple of not so good experience at Côte over the last year I was very pleasantly surprised at the vast improvement
Really enjoyed the food and service at Cote was brilliant. Hayes Galleria is a fab place to be and Cote was a fab place to eat! Highly Recommended
Great food and ever attentive service. Just one functional toilet between a restaurant full of dozens of women though?! Far from ideal I’m sorry to say.
An excellent lunch in a convivial atmosphere. Great Service and value for money. Waiting time was minimum but as the restaurant was very busy, the noise level was not conducive to intimacy. It didn't spoil our enjoyment though.
We were celebrating a birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it a special day - decorating the table, complementary drinks and a birthday cake. We love Cote, and are regular customers, and this definitely added to that. Thank you to the team!

A thoroughly pleasant evening with attentive and engaging staff. Great location with a good buzz to the place - good for breakfast lunch or dinner formal or informal
Lovely touch to greet us with kir royal on the house as we were celebrating a special birthday. Service and food were first class. We weren’t rushed and had a really enjoyable evening. All in all great value for money. Especially the Cremant.
The Special "Filet steak with Truffle jus" was fabulous addition to the menu and the Champers Baron was a winner - you a fav local of mine and would recommend - Yummy
A little disappointing that when reserving my table I wasn’t told it was actually a set menu only , however food and service were very good Real low point was gents toilets out of order (is it legal to open restaurant ?) So had to use a disabled toilet in their stock room - not clean , nothing to dry hands on and the flush didn’t work Standing in line to use one toilet with 5 other guys .............
The gratin potato was dry, second time in a row in a month. The service was average because the host was not very nice. He thrown the menu on the table rather than place on it. That said, the waitress was ok and the steak was nice as well as the peppercorn too.
Well appointed, warm and comfortable restaurant on two levels overlooking the river. Excellent range of French inspired dishes - regular and specials for the month. The atmosphere was great. The serving staff were both friendly and meticulous. Nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted with our respective choices from the menu. Good value for money.
I highly recommend Cote to everyone who likes French Cuisine. I would like to say special thanks to Ihsan who served us. He is an asset to Cote team and made our visit very memorable. Many thanks M
Always great atmosphere, food and service. We always feel at home. Varies menu with monthly changes. Something for everyone. Great way to unwind after work.
Slow service, had to attract the attention of waiting staff to get menus, water and drinks order after waiting for some time when first arrived. When drinks arrived one of drinks was missing and waiting staff had to be reminded. Waiting staff absent or not attentive throughout the meal. Long wait for main courses to arrive and one of the orders was wrong. Not the quality we have experienced at other branches of Cote.
Very helpful staff serving delicious food in a very attractive location on the Thames. Really enjoyed it.
Atmosphere felt a little flat, probably due to the weather. Have dined here in the past and sat outside which was great on a warm summers evening, this was my first time inside. Dined at other Cote restaurants the food presentation was better and service more attentive - noticed staff standing around quite a lot chatting, I had to wait to grab their attention to refill water or ask a question.
Great evening as always, food, ambiance, service and location. Set menu very good value. One major improvement would be to increase and improve the toilet facilities. Perhaps add some on the first floor.
The staff were not very attentive today. We had to chase multiple times to ask for various things - more drinks, sauces, menus, the bill etc and felt the waiter who served us was quite huffy and seemed put out by us asking for things
Food is always consistently very good, especially the steaks, which we choose to eat here every time we are in London. Service is always very good, thank you to all, particularly those who do the face to face work on the ground! We think you are amazing, thank you yet again.
Nice meal , great atmosphere , excellent staff , will visit this one again , and tell friends to dine there when visiting London . With lovely views when dinning outside
I had told the staff in advance that we were celebrating a grandparents birthday and they went above and beyond. We were placed on a lovely tables separated from the crowds, decorated with subtle flowers and confetti. A birthday card was signed from the staff which was very sweet and we received a complementary desert. Aside from the additional efforts made, the food was delicious and the staff very professional! Would definitely return- thank you!
The food was very tasty and the service was very quick and friendly which is ideal for a work week lunch. We will definitely be back
As usual an excellent meal! Service was very friendly and efficient. The meal was delicious - especially the pork bell main dish and the king prawn starter. We even got our request granted for a table by the window. I have been coming to this branch of Cote for many years (as well as other locations) and will continue to do so.
Both the French onion soup and moules frites were off the mark sadly. Soup had no depth of favour and was quite watery whilst the mussels weren't very fresh, the white wine sauce far too salty. Mussels were gritty, some broken, leaving shards of shell to contend with, also very small, not plump and inviting. Wish I'd asked at the time for a refund, as the food was not satisfactory at all.
Friendly staff and thank you for the celebration thrown for my sister!! It was a memorable night <3 cheers!
We took 4 American friends to eat at your restaurant early Monday evening. A table by the river was an absolute bonus for us. The Americans raved about the view! Juan, our waiter, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was efficient, professional, friendly, funny and made sure we had a wonderful evening. Our drinks were served quickly and we agreed unanimously that our food was delicious and good value for money. We will be coming back.
Wow!! Another first class experience at, to me, the flag ship Cote Brasserie. We were welcomed by a polite, warm, conciencous waiter named Cristian. A charming manner and attention to detail and very polite. My friend chose the lamb rump and this was cooked to perfection... the restaurant was spotlessly clean. It was my Birthday and I am so gratefull for making me welcome. We also spoke to Inaeh who had served me previously and was friendly and kind as ever. In my view this is one of the very best dining experiences in London. Thank you Cotes Team Cristian and Inaeh.
The restaurant was very busy and terribly noisy. This was a problem as one of our group has hearing difficulties. Perhaps Cote could find a part of their larger venues which could accommodate people with problems hearing? Although the food was very good, as always, we were anxious that it would not arrive on time as we were going on to The Bridge Theatre. So we ordered fewer courses than we otherwise would.
Excellent meal and very good service, and you really cannot beat Cote for value for money. It was pretty noisy in there, but then it was packed and it was a Saturday
Excellent meal and service at Côte, Hay’s Galleria today, as usual. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in the London Bridge area.
Good options for meat and vegetarian eaters. Cosy seats for a romantic couples meals or large groups. The food comes very quickly and the taste is belisimo!
Lovely relaxed leisurely lunch this afternoon with great food and drinks. St German gin and tonic was delightful. The staff gave the right level of attention.
Came after theatre for b’day. Staff were great , food really good and they even had birthday confetti and a card on the table. Definitely will return.
Slow to give order. Order taken for drinks and food at the same time, but food got delivered before all of the drinks had been delivered! Had to chase drinks. Food excellent and service thereafter was good.
Nice food and service ass usual The waitress we had always came to the Table with a smile The water bottles they use still very annoying as have to ask for refills continuously as so small Think about time they dropped them
Exactly what I required - quick, tasty lunch; attentive but not pushy staff. One criticism: this branch is very cramped & I felt I was far too close to other tables.
