Côte - Hay's Galleria

Delicious breakfast. Quiet restaurant in the morning, and a lovely walk along the river to get here. Good way to start the morning on any day.

Hay's Galleria Cote is in such a great situation overlooking the river and the food is always of a consistently high quality. Great value for money!

Pretty average food with an almost identical menu to Café Rouge - very disappointing. Waitress got annoyed because I didn't want to sit right next to the bar where it was extremely busy and noisy. Can't be bothered with places like this; I'm the customer and will be paying for the food/ atmosphere etc. so I expect a decent service and the choice of where to sit especially as I had booked a table well in advance of my visit.

Great experience, great location. Food came out quick which was great as we were in a bit of a rush, really enjoyed my time. I love Côte

A good value menu and nice food for an early pre-theatre meal. Service was a bit lacklustre and upstairs is noisy, but in a great position.

lovely setting in the beautiful Hayes Galleria by the Thames - very comfortable and stylish with a nice view of the Thames, the staff were great and all the food delicious - a perfect night with friends

Beautiful setting great service good food. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion, we were there for a birthday celebration, and the staff made a point of making the birthday girl feel very special.

This is a nice restaurant situated right by the Thames. A great atmosphere, always buzzing with a mixed crowd so would suit all age groups. God value food too.

Great food, great service, great location, recently celebrated 50th birthday here and would highly recommend. Would certainly visit again next time in the area. (ps.. the 25 word minimum is silly! :-))

The meal was very good and appreciated by all of us. However as I was leaving I caught my jacket on part of the door lock that was protruding. I reported that matter and Fiorenzo was quite concerned. He took my e-mail address and mail address and advised me that he would be in touch after they had looked at the CCTV. Sadly I have not heard from him or anyone else on this matter. My jacket was slightly nicked but my main intention in reporting the matter was to ensure that you took action to make sure no one else was affected by the lock. Yours sincerely, Ian Ross

Great service and great food. A very nice informal dining experience, reasonably priced for the quality. Great location too, especially in the summer on the terrace.

The restaurant has the excellent standard and value for money we expect from a Côte and we would recommend it. Service was prompt and friendly.

Attentive service by the staff and good food provided at lunchtime. Certainly will be going back again to the restaurant. Handy for London Bridge station.

Good food and service. Fortunately 4 meals were hot enough to wait about 5 mins for the other 2 ! Enjoyed complimentary bottle of wine.

Very poor Breton Chicken - chef acknowledged it was precooked and then heated up. Overdone, as were the cod goujons. Very bad value for money.

great food, atmosphere - lovely Merlot wine. We got a bottle for free for being returning customers! Really good price for food with the early bird menu 3 courses.

As always it was a good atmosphere, the wine good, the service good. Our starters were really good and then we both ordered the sirloin steak and mine was a bit on the chewy side.

Good, quick service. Food was nice, great area to have breakfast. I would recommend Cote at London Bridge for breakfast or lunch. Staff very friendly.

We felt a little rushed, it was lunchtime on a Saturday but it was my mum's birthday and we would have liked to take our time and relax a bit more. However, on the whole lovely food and people.

I think Cote restaurants can be relied on to provide good value multi choice a la carte plus pre theatre menu, the food is delicious with a good choice of French wine, usually in a comfortable convivial atmosphere. And the service is excellent. Just a slight criticism on this occasion, I have eaten at Hays Galleria many times, but unfortunately the table for two where we were seated this time was directly beneath the air con, consequently my hot food cooled down very quickly. I have to say we didn't mention this to the staff at the time because it didn't spoil our enjoyment too much.

Great location and excellent value for money with set menus. Lovely view of Thames and HMS Belfast and only a few minutes walk from the newly opened Bridge Theatre. Staff pleasant and helpful and no delays in service.

Great food but loos had no loo paper otherwise great location and good menu. Would go there again, prices are reasonable for London and staff friendly

Food was fantastic, free wine very generous, great service. Only thing I would suggest is a little more room between tables, it's always a bit cramped.

Excellent service a very nice eve.. A shame about the long hair in my desert have had it before and was delicious so was disappointed but was offered more and was not charged for my meal... The others all enjoyed their meal.. thank you

We have frequently used Cote and always find them to be very good. However, last evening the service was slow although the food was as good as ever. Admittedly the restaurant was very busy; perhaps they had not factored in that the new Bridge Theatre just down the road had opened.

Excellent food and service. Rare pleasure not to be rushed out of the door. However, it was a shame the table was so small for 5 people that it didn't feel relaxed.

Cote is always reliable for a good meal if you like French food (which I do!). Staff very helpful and attentive (almost slightly too attentive, but it's a very minor niggle). Nice buzzy atmosphere but not too crowded and tables not too close together. I like also that they don't rush you to finish if it's busy. Ladies' toilets are a bit cramped, but adequate.

Good ambience as usual with cote, although this was my first visit to this branch. Very good food, and good table service. My colleagues were happy & impressed.

Food was very good. However service too fast. Starters immediately followed by main course. Order olives and bread to begin, but turned up with starters.

Lovely meal and waitress on her 2nd day in the job did very well! Came with my mum and dad who had never been to a Cote before - they loved it too! There are just 2 things ... one you probably can't do anything about - it was really noisy - busy time I know but everything seemed very loud around me but maybe that's just me!! The second is I just wished my main had been served on a hot plate - it would have kept my meal (which was lovely) just a bit hotter for a little longer.

Great location for a Sunday Lunch. Waiting staff, as usual, courteous and helpful. Sadly, my all time favourite, haddock wrapped in bacon with puy lentils not on the menu so chose duck which was equally delicious. Plus a free bottle of wine. Why go elsewhere?

Food good although didn't have the meal I ordered so had to order something different. Waitress was brilliant. Main problem is that the restaurant was packed and there were only 2 women's toilets. I had to queue for ages as did my 73 old mother which wasn't great.

Great menu and super service. Its a nice environment and wasn't too noisy today. The fish stew was excellent and my pal enjoyed his chicken dish

Good food, price, & location. Service is ok. Breakfast is nice. 10.95 for main, a hot drink, and apple juice or orange juice. Dinner has nice choices too.

Usual Cote friendly efficiency. Food was nicely cooked and tasty. They stick to French cuisine which they know well. Enjoyable as usual and we will return.

As always, the food at Cote is very good and the early evening set menu is reasonably priced. The restaurant was very busy, but despite this the service was attentive. I look forward to the next visit!

Very good service and nice atmosphere, maybe a little noisy. Food cooked to perfection, and the praline crepe is particularly good. Would come again in future.

Nice venue along the Thames. Friendly staff. But do NOT order the steak tartare. I did not even try to complain, but the waitress insisted in bringing me a new one and the second one was as bad (too many nerves in the meat). So finally I ordered prawns but it was very small (only 5 prawns). Quite disappointed!
