Côte - Hay's Galleria

Food was fine, but the staff were somewhat overwhelmed by the volume of pre-Xmas diners! Service was on the slow slide. Happy with the gluten free options though.

Great service and food, although my Cod goujons were old. But everything else was great, so it was no big deal. Such is the success of this restaurant.

A horrible lunch with poor food and sloppy service. This is the second bad meal I have had at cotes and I'll not be going there again.

Great and fast service.!!Sea bass dish not very good watery sauce, to sauer and soggy fish. Steak was great and done properly. Overall nice place.

Very good value for a pre-theatre meal. Good atmosphere and convenient for the Bridge Theatre. We thought it was a good range of choices open the smaller pre-theatre menu.

Great food, service a little mixed, hence only 5 stars. Lots of yodelling of nibbled which we made plain we didn’t want, them when we wanted a drink we had to ask twice!

We enjoyed the food very much, as usual. The service was good and the ambiance excellent. We will be coming back for another lunch or dinner later this month.

Food was great. It would have been nicer to have our order taken sooner as it was a business lunch. The food was also slightly slow to be brought out.

Service and food great as always. Table very close to neighbour and had to keep moving their ice bucket!. Ladies Toilet in desperate need of a revamp. Too small for number of diners. Enjoy Cote Reward Programme.

Great location, warm friendly staff, décor and layout smart but relaxing. Food was lovely and good size portions for the more hungry among your guests. Prices are good too great place to catch up over lunch or dinner without breaking the bank

As a major chain Cote is better than most. Had a enjoyable, good value lunch with more than satisfactory service. This particular branch is in a lovely setting being so close to the river and London Bridge.

I was disappointed with the service - full on and attentive as soon as we got there. It dropped off after that - had to go and ask someone to take our order. We were charged for a 3 course meal when we only had a 2 course meal and I know it was only £2 but that's not the point - it was wrong. Didn't draw it to anyone's attention as the party I was with needed to get out of the door. I have used Cote on many occasions, Covent Garden, Amersham, etc. but Hay's Galleria has been the worst to date. Now to food, overall very tasty, but my parsnip soup could have been hot rather than warm. Not my best experience.

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. What's not to like? We've eaten at several different Cote restaurants over many years, but the steak & frites were especially good - the chef did a fabulous job!

Charming staff from the greeting to the farewell. Food totally up to expectation. All this while still coping with three large Christmas parties also lunching at the same time. They have never yet disappointed in all my visits. Full marks all round. DM

Had a really lovely evening on Friday night, service was great as always, food was lovely, and very reasonably priced and we had a really lovely attentive waitress, all in all made for a great time.

Five of my colleagues and myself had an early Christmas Lunch last Thursday. The service and food was excellent. I have met friends for meals at this restaurant on many occasions and have never been disappointed.

Brilliant as always. Love it. Food and service excellent. On the river location and always an interesting menu. Try the Tuna salad, or the set lunch menu. Eggs for breakfast, delicious.

Excellent service from Mariusz and we were given the specific table we requested. We went especially for the boudin noir on special and it didn’t disappoint.

Great venue beside the Thames. Service was first-rate. Even when restaurant became busy and we were not put under any pressure to leave and free up the table. Cote remains very good value for money, striking a nice balance between quality of food and affordability.

My evening was very nice. Met a friend for dinner and meal was tasty and staff attentive but not overly so. Tables were located closely together so was quite noisy but enjoyable.

Food and service was good but there was only 2 ladies toilets for the whole of the restaurant, a lot of the customers were moaning about this and having to que every time you went to the toilet.

Very busy but as always good value for money food . I arrived very early and waited for my guest with a drink at the table with no hassle .

We had a great lunch, the food was impeccable and the staff were friendly and obliging. The only downside was the state of the ladies toilets - more attention to the presentation of toilets please.

No jam, did not come when prompted. Juice took 30 mins to come, service was awful. Bread was stale. I will not be visiting again.

Staff were very accommodating, particularly given that I had inadvertently booked for 7:30 am rather than 7:30 pm. Excellent food and service in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Great place to catch up with friends on a Friday night! Buzzy, welcoming atmosphere - maybe not for a romantic date as the noise level is pretty high but food is good, served quickly, and staff professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

great location and good service. I am a regular customer of Cote, greatly recommend the food, however this time one of my favourite dishes- Pork belly has been not great- too fat and hardly no meet at all, disappointing.

The food was up to expectations - excellent and also as usual goid value. However the service was not at its usual excellent level. Twice a waiter came to add of my friend had finished his main course when there was still food on goods plate. A waiter abound be able to sense of someone has stopped eating the course worth some left. He did want to finish we were enjoying chatting. Then we addled to see the desert menu. This took so long to come that we didn't have time to have any. Then the card reader had to be asked for twice.

Good value, 3 courses for under £14, quick service. The food was delicious and hot. Lovely views of the river from the restaurant but it is over air conditioned and background Muzak.
