Excellent food and service in a superb location overlooking the River Thames. Although it was a busy Saturday evening close to Christmas we could not have asked for a better meal.

Great for business lunch: good brasserie food, and wine available with good quality, reasonably priced; wine choice is not extensive, but it is enough). The right atmosphere for a business discussion

Good food, friendly service . Other diners were loud and spoiled the experience. Staff were good once we complained and moved us with complimentary desserts.

Considering it was a busy lunch service just before Christmas, the service was great and the food was even better!! French onion soup in particular was divine

slow service and food not great - seemed they left the water the potatoes were cooked in at the bottom of the plate so all the food was swimming in it.

Attentive staff, great wine and fabulous duck dish. My only complaint was the crème brulee which could have been better. It didn't taste homemade. In fact, I could have found similar in a supermarket chiller.

Once again a good experience at a branch of Cote. A great choice on the menu and a good drinks menu too. Good buzzy atmosphere and very good customer service. Cote is rapidly becoming my favourite restaurant chain.

This visit the specials menu was not as published online. The Christmas option was on offer, so we had that instead of the monthly 2/3 course specials option. Of course there is the regular a la carte plus the monthly a la carte specials to choose from too, so plenty to go at. All of us really enjoyed what we had and the mains were served piping hot. The temperature of mains has occasionally been a problem at various branches, so this was very welcome. Regarding service, we felt our waiter had too great a load to cope with due to a large party of 20, who, unfortunately were in very close proximity to our table. This meant we had an unusually long wait. He was pleasant and apologetic about this, but we felt management should've given more planning ahead and assistance than the one extra pair of hands. We're used to the loud and buzzing atmosphere at Cote, but this time it was overwhelming due to this large table and the server who took over our table was rather stern and unsmiling, so we went elsewhere for coffee. Another time if I saw such a large party I would request a change of table - lesson learned.

Despite it being very busy with office Christmas lunches, my friend and I were given a relatively quiet table so we were able to talk and relax and the service was swift and friendly. The food and wine were all really nice.

Very nice meal and good service. The only downside was the cold draft every time the door was opened; in the Summer we might have considered that a plus point but not in Winter.

This was our annual family pre-Xmas lunch and the first at Côte London Bridge - Hay's Galleria. We had a trial run in the summer which was successful. This was even better, indeed superb I am a long-term fan of Côte in Fitzrovia, Parsons Green, Eton, Marlow and Soho I will add Hay's Galleria to my list and endeavour to keep converting others to the Côte experience. My family's thanks to all concerned for yesterday.

Staff friendly and attentive. Happily accommodated our wish for a side order of beans with no butter/oil and readily replaced them when we said they were overcooked.

Extremely busy on a Friday night before Christmas, but the staff were all welcoming and friendly and never seemed hurried. The food was good. My risotto arrived somewhat tepid, and as soon as I mentioned it to the waiter he whisked it away and immediately arranged for a freshly prepared replacement which was hot and delicious. The desserts were to die for! Wine and beer reliably good. What most impressed my companion and me was the consistently excellent service from the friendly, efficient staff. We'll definitely be returning.

Servers have too many tables to cover so service is slow and the excuse that the kitchen is busy is a lame one. It’s the time of year to be busy so cater for it.

Food was delicious. Service superb. Early evening in December meant the restaurant was full and quite noisy, with groups - office parties? This made it difficult to converse in our group, which was a family catch up session. But we all enjoyed ourselves.

A bit rushed but food was delicious and the service personal. Would have given it a 6 but for the Ladies' toilets. Very small and cramped for just a huge restaurant and obviously not regularly serviced.

We had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday 9th December, before going to a matinee performance at The Bridge Theatre. When we arrived it was already extremely busy and we were worried that we may have to wait some time for our meal. However, the food was excellent and the service extremely good, very nice staff and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I'm sure we will return in the future.

Great service and lovely meal, very enjoyable. It was very busy, as expectedb but a couple of larger tables became free. We asked to move to a less crowded position only to be told that the areas at the side were full, but they stayed empty for most of the time we were there. It was a shame as my friend has a back back. Regardless it didn’t dampen our lunch and we had a lovely day with friends. First time I’ve been to this branch and would definitely visit again.

Nice meal and attentive staff although the restaurant was a bit noisy. It would seem that the number of Ladies toilets is insufficient when restaurant is busy as my friend and I both had to wait to use the facilities
