Beautuiful location. This will be great in the summer. Staff are very friendly. Always checking that you are ok and that you’d food is to your preference. food was amazing.

Delicious food and lovely ambience. We all had fish of different types and all cooked to perfection. Puddings were delicious, especially the creme caramel. Very reasonable fixed price menu with loads of choice

Very accommodating, we had a large baby buggy with us which they made space for. Excellent food - really tasty and good value for money. Service was good.

Service a little slow but food was tasty and enjoyable. Overall a good experience. Would like to visit again when an outside table is an option.

Cote is always a good option, however, the service was a little slow and there was a little confusion over dishes that we asked to be changed etc. But overall, a good lunch experience!

Both the Food & service was excellent last night - really enjoyed it. I have eaten here on quite a few occasions and every time the food has been to a high standard.

Seems to have regained quality after a bit of a dip. Excellent lunch, pleasant efficient staff. Only downside is it can be very noisy at peak times as all hard surfaces hence 5 rating.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I would recommend this to colleagues as a great place for a business lunch and would definitely go again.

A very enjoyable experience at Cote! Arrived slightly late for our table but met by a welcoming member of staff. Food was,as always excellent,all six dishes bought out together without delay. Service was first class ; attentive without being too intrusive. We also enjoyed our complimentary kir royales which made things extra special. Well done all round!

Friendly and efficient service despite the restaurant being very busy. Decent pre-theatre menu with good choices and decent portions. Would definitely recommend the restaurant for an early evening meal.

Really good food, tasty, fresh and full of flavour. The service was also very good indeed. Would recommend Cote Brasserie to my friends and colleagues.

We arrived for the early evening menu and were not rushed, very prompt and attentive service. by 1800 the lights were dimmed for better atmosphere, which was great as it was very bright when we arrived

All pretty good but food quality not as good as i remember. Staff also very keen to up-sell at every point which was a little annoying!

The food was very good with thanks, had to wait a while to be greeted at the door and then actually served which wasn't ideal given I was hosting wealth management clients who are naturally busy people! Around 4 stars.

I had an overall good experience. A bit noisy and we couldn't speak very much without be very loud. I found a bone in the fish that hurt my tongue and I so not expect that as could be my daughter eating it and could be worse. The food was overall good and well presented. I will come back. Thanks

I use 3 cote restaurants the new at tower bridge with my family Hayes galleria & black health Food always been good. Staff very helpful .

It was a great evening, despite the snow. However, to be told when arriving on time that the table we had requested, and which they had kept for us in the run up to that time had been taken by someone else regardless of the staff's request, was unfortunate, to say the least, when we had booked so far in advance. Made all the worse by my slipping in something on the way to our table! We were given a complimentary drink, which is, of course always appreciated, but does not really compensate. Nontheless we enjoyed our meal, as always.

The whole experience of dining at Cote, Hays Gallerie yesterday was excellent. Having dined at that location many times before I expected nothing less and I and my two guests were not disappointed.

Had an absolutely wonderful evening at the restaurant, the staff were attentive and nothing was to much trouble for them. They made the evening one we will remember for many years to come.

Great service by all and great food. Kir on entrance and good views. BUT Mens' toilets were terribly and smelly! Need a good clean asap.

Had dinner on a Monday night. It was busy but service was still excellent and staff very friendly. We had the fillet steak which was absolutely delicious, tender and perfectly cook to our requirements. Thanks.

Good place for old friends from various locations to meet and chat without being rushed. Food is good with a varied menu which stays the same and daily specials.

Had lunch with a friend. The usual reliable Cote lunchtime fare - I had the steak frites rapid meal. Always consistently good quality and value.

A bit manic downstairs - I appreciate it was lunch time. Our mains were brought up before we were half way through our starters so they took them away. When they were brought back it was clear they had been left aside for us. My grilled chicken on salad was only slightly warm. All in all nowhere near as good as our last visit when we sat upstairs and celebrated an anniversary there

This is a wonderful restaurant with a panoramic view over the river and the City. As always service was faultless and food beautifully presented. Fabulous night out and great value.

Lovely food and exceptional service. The pre-theatre menu is amazing value. This is one of my favourite restaurants and in such a lovely location too.
