Côte - Hay's Galleria

Large unattended queues waiting for service at the door and nobody attending to them but once in it was good and service was reasonable - food good

Food was excellent but service was sub-par and staff didn't know were the definition of 'corked' wine meant and at the end of our meal we were left alone for at least half an hour and not offered the choice to order desserts which we made clear we wanted to earlier in the meal.

We require a quick turnaround so efficient service enabling us to have lunch and a drink and leave at the end of an hour is amazing!

I have enjoyed Cote occasionally for several years. The food is very well prepared and presented and the service attentive although as, elsewhere, why cannot servers remember who is haviong the steak and who is having the crepes? Thye wine is fine. The menu seems virtually unchanged since say 3 years ago. It would be good to change, say, a quarter of it every six months or so but then I realise the business model is that you know what to expect and might miss your favourite dish.

Fine, but only one waiter upstairs so it was a bit slow. Had to chase for condiments and side that was missing off my meal

Superb food with wonderful views. The staff were so polite. When our salad was forgotten, they rushed to correct the mistake. We shall definitely be back

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience and just what we wanted. I would definitely go again.

Food lovely as usual although the service was slightly lacking this time, although not bad, we had to find someone to pay the bill! They do really need to refurbish the restrooms now. It's a lovely location and very popular so come on, spruce it up a bit!

The chicken was not cooked enough ( pink) and the green beans were tough- poor quality food Service was good , the kitchen was the problem

Usual good value food & service. Difficult to beat in that part of London. I have eaten there many times and can recommend it highly.

Food was great service was terrible. Went to celebrate my birthday with friends, waitress was very frosty, manager was very very rude, when I said I wasn’t happy with the service we’d received she asked me what I wanted her to do about it and even crumpled up my bill infront of my face. She ruined my birthday evening and we were made to feel very unwelcome. Another man working there was very kind as he could see I was upset and apologised for his managers behaviour. Won’t be returning.

Good, reasonably priced food and wine. Côte is the most reliable chain of restaurants and rarely disappoints. Particularly like the whitebait. Hard-working and friendly staff.

Excellent and friendly service and the food and wine was perfect. The best value in London for a relaxed and pleasant evening. Cote is always a good choice.

We are returning customers to Cote and is just shows when a restaurant gets it right the customers will return time and time again. Firm favourite with my kids as well!

Very pleasant with good quality and tasty food at a reasonable price. Service was good and the setting was very nice in the sun next to the river.

Very good food and nice ambience, but tables a bit close together and oh so noisy. Staff very helpful and accommodating, service was not rushed but not slow.

We have been coming here for years and this time was very disappointing. The food very mediocre Kiri Royals not the same and overall experience not the same .

We booked this restaurant for s leaving party. We had vegetarian and pescatarian amongst us and we all found something great on the menu. Keep up the good work Cote the food is great!

Great venue. Good food. Service fine. Cote always delivers . You know what you are getting and it doesnt disappoint. Have been before and will go again.

Lovely food but had to wait a long time between starter and main course . They did give us coffees on the house though which was appreciated

Lovely food and service, the weather was lovely until a random outpouring of rain, we were inside but could see the staff do a good job of rushing the outside diners indoors and transferring them to tables. Decent steak fillet for main and nice sauces. Lovely wine too boot and good location.

Excellent food and service as usual. The only small criticism is that the seats outside backing on to the river are extremely uncomfortable (the long bench type). My fault. I should have sat in a normal chair but the wife (naturally!) wanted to face the river.

Lovely menu with a great choice of courses. All of our party enjoyed their meal choice ranging from fish pie, duck and roast chicken. Service was good and the waiter patient.

Excellent service and the food is great value along with a fabulous view. There is not much more you can ask from a restaurant, great afternoon.

Good service. Nice food but tough and fatty steak. However, this was replaced without any fuss - excellently handled. Crepes were extremely good. Seated promptly.

Cote at hays galleria, had the prestige set menu at lunchtime. Food was lovely! Good choice and very fresh. Atmosphere was buzzy friendly and enjoyable.

Very NOISY. Poor acoustics. Food good but not a place to go if you want a quiet meal. Could also do with more staff serving as there were some long waits between courses.

Had a great evening with friends and not rushed from our table which for me is always a bonus. Staff were friendly and attentive plus food was good.

Always have to head to Cote when in London. Worth the 23 hour plane ride

Food good, excellent Crème caramel. Very busy for a Monday night our waitress was good but the restaurant seemed short staffed. Trying to get anyone’s attention was slower than we have normally experienced. Buzzy atmosphere.

The food was delicious, the restaurant is in a very nice location, the staff are very friendly staff and the service was great. Would recommend and would definitely go again.

As a regular customer of Cote in different location [this one amongst many] the overall experience was as good as ever. Despite the fact that my main course [Tuna Nicoise] had been overcooked, Cote dealt with it in an exceptional way to rectify the issue. They will certainly keep me as a customer !

Fantastic food and a great view of London outside on the terrace. The service was also perfect, and very patient with my non-English speaking family.

Professional, friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. Good food. Good value. Good location. Up to the usual Cote standards. Plus added bonus of a 'doggy bag' for our stray cat!

All was great except green beans were undercooked. They were returned but still came back undercooked and cold! They took the beans off the bill.

Food was great and the service was ok. I understand that the restaurant is busy but have to wait more than 25 minuets to order and paid my bill as well.

We were a table of 7 people and had the chance to have dinner on the terrace which was really nice!! The view is just amazing and the food was really good as well. I would recommend this place.
