Excellent food at Cote few issues with service one order forgotten but staff reacted well and when it arrived it was complimentary. Would return without hesitation. Bit preserve to receive an e mail seeking this review when we were still seated at our table waiting for dessert!!

Booked a table for 4 on terrace besides Thames under cover with heaters if needed! Very friendly staff who didn’t pressurise us when friends arrived late. Food the usual good quality I would go there again

Good service. Lovely food at a decent price. Enjoyed the pampelle spritz summer drink - very refreshing. Been to this particular branch of Cote many times now and it’s always busy but staff are attentive.

Good service and food. Slightly marred by a spoon for dessert not being clean - dried on food. Very apologetic staff and a discount far exceeding our expectations.

Very busy when we arrived...I had booked a table. Several staff walked past me without speaking to me, but I understand they were busy. We had a nice meal but when we came to pay the bill, a glass of wine had been omitted from the bill and some frites we hadn't ordered had been added. We did speak to the staff about the wine and they kindly didn't charge us. Overall, nice food, very busy, staff seemed rushed though. Very noisy and hard to talk.

Staff were friendly and food good, but service got very slow as the restaurant became busy. A bottle of sparkling water that we had ordered was never brought to our table - we managed with the tap water instead - and two cups of coffee ordered at the end of the meal were forgotten by staff who had to be reminded. The restaurant is extremely noisy wihch makes it hard to hear even those on your own table. Can you do anything about the acoustics?

A lovely setting to eat in, overlooking the river. We ate from the very reasonably priced early evening set menu which was ample and tasty.

Another visit to Côte at Hay’s Galleria and it didn’t disappoint!. Same good food and good service as usual. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting London. Lovely views along the River Thames too!

Very much enjoyed sitting on riverside terrace - ordered from Prestige Menu but why was I not offered afternoon and early evening menu? Very pleasant if somewhat harassed service.

Took half an hour before we even had our drinks order taken or a glass of water even offered to us, and this is onyl because the table next to us complained about the lack of service to the manager. Duck was incredibly over done and was not pink at all. Only saving grace was the lovely waitress who started her shift later into our dinner who was very attentive to our table by the end of the meal. Very disappointed at Cote, worst service I've ever had from them.

This is a busy friendly restaurant but the food could be improved. I love Cote as a chain of restaurants and I think my local in HAYWARDS Heath is the best where food is excellent, well presented and always hot. At Hayes Galleria yesterday the staff member who served me was good and others were friendly. However the french onion soup was tepid and lacked seasoning and the VealEscalop was scorched but still only tepid and rather dry with insufficient jus and rather flavourless. The braised Peas were frozen peas with a couple of small onions and some wilted lettuce - uninspiring not even a taste of mint. Disappointing. Prices would have been reasonable. Sadly the crowning glory was that The WiFi didn’t connect and had no internet access. Come on Cote get this house in order!

It was too hot, some of the tables too close together (we had to ask to move) and the service not terribly friendly. The menu failed to mention that my dish included mashed potato, so I ordered fries and should really have been told that they weren't necessary.

We chose to queue for a table on the outdoor terrace rather than take our booked table indoors - only 15 min wait which was very reasonable. Like the new fixed price menu outside the pre- theatre menu - good choices, excellent value. Our waitress brought a wrong dish but was very apologetic and quickly rectified (a genuine mistake - had misheard the order). Good service, great setting, reliable as ever.

It was lovely to take advantage of the weather and sit in the outside area. Both the service and food were excellent as always. You can always guarantee that it will be a positive experience

Just be aware that if the tables outside are being used there is a long wait for service. Otherwise food as usual was good but make sure you stress if you are gluten free as if the service is stretched this important fact can be lost when the order is communicated to the kitchen.

We had a booking for 6.30 but arrived earlier hoping to get a table on the terrace, which you can't book. We had a short wait before being seated at a table overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and efficient on a very busy evening. Our drinks and meals arrived promptly and were all delicious. This was our second visit to this Cote and we'll be back!

Pleasant pre-theatre meal. Good service. My main course duck wasnt quite as pink as I'd like but a minor quibble. I was slightly disappointed not to have been offered the Weekend Specials menu even though I arrived before 6pm. Toilets were very, and unusually for Cote, untidy

Nice meal spoilt by refusal to take our order for coffee whilst the staff prioritised a large party. Expected delay 20 mimutes. Do waiting staff have to do coffees themselves?Staff levels very poor inside . Seemed that they are using large outside space but without ramping up staff levels. We are regular users of Côte and have never experienced such problems before. Very disappointing.

I had prebooked for our party of 7 and asked for riverside table but apparently you have to just queue up to sit outside and tables only fit 6 unless you squash up. Hostess found us a table inside but it was very warm on a hot evening so we were so glad to get out again. We had visitors who had just arrived from Australia and New Zealand and wanted the view so disappointed they didn’t get back to me to advise the situation. Food was ok but guests warm and uncomfortable.

Excellent food. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Good selection for gluten free options. I gave 5 points out of 6 because I found the restaurant a bit noisy… probably because it was very busy and the tables are close to each other. I'll go again.

As usual, excellent and friendly service, delicious food. But, since I chose to sit outside rather than at the reserved table inside, they didn't tell me that my guest had already arrived - although they had registered who she was and that she was vegetarian.

The restaurant was freezing cold due to the air con. The restaurant wasn't busy but the service was still poor. Very disappointing given the £45 per head we ended up paying for our meal.

I'm normally a big fan of Cote, however, this branch is too large and too busy to cope with the staff. Steaks were overcooked, probably due to overload in the kitchen. Would recommend trying another branch.

Disappointing. Looks great - modern and stylish. Sadly, the wine we chose was out of stock, the wine we got was warm, green beans were off the menu (!) and they wanted 12.5% tip which was optional but actually quite time consuming to ask to reduce to 10%. None of this was the waiter’s fault but we wouldn’t go back. Too much choice at London Bridge!

I had a great dinner night with my best friend. Every thing is fine. However, it was quite busy and I don't think the restaurant have enough staff. My friend has to walk up and ask for items like spoon, drinks order & menu few times. If they allocate more staff on a busy night, I think the experiment could be absolutely wonderful.

We booking the table, and in special request we ask to table with the river view. And we have got confirmation about it. But when we come to Cote, table is not available. After discussed to change the table and wait the table with river view. After 15 min we used the table!

As ever, dear people, don't punish those who take the time to respond by making them enter a set number of words. I have gone to the trouble of replying when I could just have easily clicked on delete, don’t make me regret that act, please.

Great food, great location. The view of the Thames and the City is amazing. It was a hot day in July so service was a little slow, but that just meant we could enjoy our view as well as our meal for a bit longer!

Great location on terrace overlooking the river, HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge, if weather suitable! Service friendly and food good, though we had to wait for bread to accompany one starter, which ought to have been been supplied anyway without an extra charge! Apart from that all was great!

The service was very slow despite the restaurant being quite quiet. It felt very dis-organised - confusion with orders, etc. On top of this, it took over an hour for my breakfast to be served... arriving after everyone else had finished. The food was good when it arrived.

We had a lovely time. As group of 5....... We all ordered steak, unfortunately 1 steak did not come out rare as requested but they quickly rectified the situation. Great venue, friendly staff, perhaps a little understaffed, so was a little slow. But overall we enjoyed our evening and my food was great.
