Excellent food, friendly efficient staff & restaurant in a great position. This is our fifth restaurant in the group & all have not disappointed. We shall visit this one again.
As usual, Cote delivered! A lovely meal served in a very pleasant atmosphere. A very pleasant experience, the food was hot and well presented - I will definitely go back again.
Really pleasant experience. Food very tasty and service good. Could see the Thames from the window too. We hope to return on another visit. Would be lovely in the day time too.
Friendly, swift service - ideal for pre-theatre. Were given a warm and quiet table as we requested when booking. Buzzy atmosphere but not rowdy - better than some of the pubs nearby which looked rather different. Recommended!
I have had lunch at Cote quite a few times, both with a small group of friends and also several larger groups. The food and service has always been extremely good.
Cote is one if my favourite venues in London. Always friendly and attentive service. Never feel in a rush. Food always excellent. Going to Hay's Galleria was a first and my only bugbear was that the usual fixed price menu wasn't available till 3pm and replaced by a rather expensive Christmas one at £32.50!! Plenty of choice from the à la carte menu and much more affordable but still a disappointment.
I regularly eat at the Cote at London Bridge. Or as I prefer the Cote Hays Galleria. In fact, I use several Cote restaurants in London. As always, the service was efficient and friendly and the food of excellent quality. For the price, the Cote must offer some of the best value for money in London.
Myself and 7 friends had lunch at this branch on 23rd November. Great food and first class service. Lovely atmosphere in a great setting overlooking the Thames. Wouuld highly recommend this restaurant.
Very good location and place to have great French style breakfast on a Sunday morning. Right by the river so you are on the doorstep for exploring the South Bank.
Decent food at a sensible price. Nice atmosphere. Allowed to linger at our table for as long as we wanted. Service fine but we weren't in a hurry, so that needs to b
Good service. The food was very good for everyone else in my group but my steak (steak frites) was served cold on a cold plate.
Always a great restaurant with monthly changes to the set menus, unfortunately yesterday I had booked a table for 12.30pm but the set menus didn’t start until 3pm, frustrated with that, had to order off the a la carte which made it more expensive.
Très bon restaurant à London Bridge, avec des serveurs serviables malgré la barrière de la langue, malheureusement aucun français dans un restaurant de chaîne pure française.
Food was delicious, asked for table window & got one, service was very good although we did hve to look for a waitress few times but as soon as we attracted her attention she was straight over ,lovely atmosphere & amazing location, only disappointment ...they had ran out of cinammon for my drink!
I had an amazing night with my Husband at Cote. Good food and wine, good prices. The service was great and the location FAB!!! Thanks :)
Had a great time at Cote Brasserie Hays Galleria with friends. Was very busy for a Wednesday night. We were greated with a lovely glass of warm cidre which was free. Food as usual very good. Staff freindly. Service good considering how busy it was.
Food excellent but restaurant very noisy. We were moved upstairs to a quieter table. Service was prompt and everything was cooked to our liking. A good range of wine. A pity this branch doesn’t do the set menu until 3pm.
Great food although extremely busy still good service will be returning shame it was raining out would have been lovely to sit outside great desserts
Excellent service provided. The Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and the sea bass with mussels wa also very tasty. Our first visit to Hays Galleria. Would definitely return.
Good atmosphere, consistent food and friendly service. Can recommend for a nice evening out in London, especially as the location is ideal and very scenic.
Friendly and accommodating staff, good food & a good selection ya chose from. Easy to find location for out of towners to find & excellent views.
A very pleasant afternoon/early evening spent with friends. Staff were efficient and friendly and food was excellent. We’re regulars here at hays galleria, they never disappoint
We arrived 30 minutes ahead of our lunch reservation but there was no problem going to our table. My wife and I had the boeuf bourguignon as a main and it was a delicious and generous dish. Deserts were excellent too. Attentive service, despite the restaurant being very busy. Booked again for next week!
Although I was not able to sit at the table requested, my friends and I had a lovely meal, accompanied by a kir royale for my birthday month.
Excellent location, given the best table, allowed the semi fixed menu price although just after seven o clock, food and service excellent, prices very reasonableble
Great experience! We came for lunch before going to the theatre. Service was excellent, the manager came to ask how our meal was and we chatted for quite a while , food was excellent. Great value and really lovely buzzy atmosphere.
Great meal at Côte London Bridge - Hay's Galleria. The service was really excellent and the food delicious. We also had a nice offer with complimentary gin and tonic for each of us!
Lovely experience at at Côte London Bridge - Hay's Galleria. Friendly service as always. We had the pre theatre menu before going to the Bridge theatre and all the courses were really good
Received excellent service from all of the waiting staff and the food was very tasty as well. A bit too hot for me in the restaurant though and one of our diners received a differnt chicken meal to the one she had ordered (which we didn't realise until a short while after she had started eating it). Otherwise, it was faultless. We were meeting to celebrate a burthday and they brought their pudding with a candle and gave us a small token. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening!
Excellent meal here. Went from quiet to full within 45 mins. Great service and food, waitress did and said all the right things. Bill arrived promptly - good to see the manager walking around with the card machine for those who wanted to settle quickly.
Cote is always my go to place when meeting friends in London Bridge. The food choices are excellent as is their wine list. The staff are always friendly and I always have an enjoyable evening.
Excellent service from host to management -attentive and hospitable-, tasty food -particularly the mussels and praline crepe-, central location. We will be visiting again soon.
Always a good place for a pre-theatre meal. The Prestige menu offers lots of choice and is very good value for money. As it changes often there are always new dishes to try.
Excellent service was good and quality of food was great. Restaurant atmosphere was very nice. We have never been disappointed, good va,ue for money. Keep it up.
Good location next to the Thames. Choose from Early, Prestige or A la Carte menus which offer a good range of well cooked and presented French bistro style food. Service was swift despite being very busy.
Very nice at Côte Hay's Galleria before a matinee performance at Bridge theatre. Excellent service, very friendly staff, they made sure that we got served with plenty of time to enjoy deserts and coffee without having to rush.
Competitive pricing. Attentive but not intrusive service. Perfectly cooked ribeye steaks. Tables too close together so space was an issue. Once sat down I couldn't move my chair without hitting other diners and waiters struggled and had to lean awkwardly to serve.
Food and service good. Layout of the restaurant not for everyone as some tables difficult to access.
Good choice of food and nice environment. It’s a Nice place for a date and good service overall. Totally recommend for quality and wines choices.
food tasting great but somehow disappointed with the service and the chef- long wait for the food, pork half cooked so send back, salmon rillet meant to be a smooth texture but large piece of completely raw salmon found in-send back again 😕
I had a poor visit earlier in the week. I came back and it was probably the best meal that I have ever had at a Cote restaurant - service was outstanding and the food was amazing the crepes were fabulous and creamy with mushrooms . House wine is one of the best wines! Great view great food fabulous service Ill be back in a few days !
My fiancée was spoiled on his birthday by Ihsan, our lovely Canarian server whose attention to detail was faultless. He took the time to chat on a personal level too, even though the lunchtime rush was begin! H
Nice food as always. Managed to get food for all 7 of us at same time despite being incredibly busy. Sat outside as beautiful day - can’t beat it!
Quick service and great food. Was a busy day but we were seated quickly and really enjoyed our visit. Thanks to all staff at cote
This is a great branch of Cote with lovely views across the Thanes at Hays Galleria. The food and service were up to the usual high standards.
This was my second trip to Cote's and by far the best. The service was good and the meal was hot when it arrived. The waitress came by to fill our drinks at the right time and it was a very nice evening.
Good food and service. It was a bit crowded but the staff tried to accommodate people. Good value for money. It's a good option in central London
Excellent service. Tasty and well prepared and presented food. We went for the 3 course pre theatre menu for £14.95 and it was value for money
Took ten minutes to be seated in a non busy time at the restaurant. Had to call for the waitress every time to order and then ask where our food and drinks were after waiting so long. To then have the waitress pretty much drop the food on the table to finally have a crepe Suzette without the alcohol burned off because it was cold and the waitress couldn’t be bothered to get a hot. Unprofessional and unpleasant
Pleasant surroundings on the terrace overlooking the river. Food was tasty and reliable as always, and service was generally good despite the number of customers. Excellent for pre- theatre supper.
