Côte - Hay's Galleria

Our party had a really enjoyable evening at Cote/Hays Galleria. Food and service was really good. Thanks for a great time.

Côte Is consistently a good place for lunch and/or dinner.

As always the early evening set menu is great value with a good election of starters and mains. A great location - the terrace would be a fantastic location on a summer evening.

Excellent food and service. Got a bit noisy towards 8pm, but not a big problem

At the entrance we were greeted by a very welcoming member of staff and she took us to our table. We placed our order and goth all our food, no mistakes or confusions. Food was amazing and restaurant did get busy which made it harder getting our waitresses attention when we needed additional souse. Over all we enjoyed our experience.

The food we had was really nice and well presented.The service was fantastic. Fast service. Really nice and friendly waiter. Will defo come back and recommend!

Always great atmosphere, views service and food. Ambiance provides a great place to unwind. Varied menu. Onion soup, steaks, fish and desserts are highly recommended.

The food was wonderful as usual. We had a lovely evening only marred a little by the tables being close together and the venue quite noisy (because busy) making it hard to hear each other at times.

It's great to be able to sit outside by the river - if only London weather would allow it more often. This was a quick pre-show visit, so literally main course and vino, but still good and no delay on service.

Seriously loved this place. Great staff all the way through, regardless of how busy. The food is fab, never need to season at the table and just superb dishes and wines. Thanks for a lovely meal 👍🏾

I really like the location of the restaurant, as it overlooks the Thames and HMS Belfast can be seen if you get the right table.

A busy restaurant in a busy tourist area, but all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was of course the usual high standard you expect from a Cote Restaurant.

It a great experience at this Cite restaurant. It took over two hours to have two courses serviced which is not the usually standard which Cote usually provide guests with.

The service was confused and often quite slow, we left the service charge on our bill but were very tempted to ask for it to be taken off. However, the food was delicious. I would come again on a less busy day (visit was on Valentine's).

Estremly noisy. Very busy food middling and expensive for what it was need more choice veg. (Nothing red!! ) as was the wine. Lovely staff good coffee

I would recommend this restaurant very highly. Initially we were shown to a table which was close to the door; we suggested that we would prefer a table further in to the restaurant and without any question this is what happened. Our waiter was extremely attentive without being intrusive. The food was really tasty - I would recommend the Boeuf Bourguignon. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The table was well laid. The service and food were of a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The complimentary cocktail was very welcomed.

Usual friendly welcome. Small criticisms: some difficulty catching waiter's eye. Meal (slow-cooked pork) was good, but not very hot (temperature) and was nearly cold by the time I'd finished. Coffee was served before dessert, and no sugar was on the table.

Lovely meal and very friendly staff. Good for adults and children alike (we ate with a toddler and young baby) It is pricey but worth it!

Great food, lovely atmosphere, ace location. This is a great little restaurant. I’ve been to Côte’s a couple of times at different locations, and the food is always of a good quality. The choice of specials each month are also very nice too.

Lovely meal with excellent attentive service. Table was a bit drafty being near the door on a chilly day. Otherwise a great experience for all.

The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately some of our party didn't like the moules because they were very salty but this was addressed very well by the staff

Fairly busy restaurant in a great location - right by the Thames, walking distance from London Bridge, The Shard and Tower Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff, modern decor, good food - big portions! There is an option to eat either a'la carte or from a set menu. Big selection of wines and at very reasonable price.

A regular venue for me. Great location, service and food. Most importantly no one rushes you from the table, which is really important when you are catching up with a friend.

Good service and generally very good food although the spinach portion was ridiculously small and overwhelmed with cream - very poor value. Location very convenient.

Good and tasty food - and just right for a really cold day - cassoulet and the Breton fish stew - plus good and friendly service

Luckily I’d booked one a table as restaurant was very busy. Stafff courteous, and efficient. Food good as normal. However, tables are so close together that it is almost impossible not to hear other diners conversations, and means you end of talking louder than normal.

Excellent customer service and good value for money. Good atmosphere and location in Hays Galleria is ideal for tourists and office workers. Occasional complimentary wine is very welcome

Good dining experience food and staff first class! Excellent location by HMS Belfast and good for Tower Bridge and Tower of London. We arrived by water bus which was a good way to travel!

Went for the vegetarian option - lentils and roast vegetables. Lentils cooked in lemon juice - would have preferred a savoury gravy and would have been better accompaniment for the vegetables.

Excellent food and fantastic customer service, slightly noisy but overall a delightful experience and right next to the Thames so the view were amazing. A lovely evening

Great lunch yet again. Best steak frites. Very large portion perfectly cooked. As always here, the food comes out really fast, especially if you get in before 12:45 when the rush begins. Nothing to fault here!

We were a party of 7 with 3 kids. The table was large enough giving space for children to play and the food was delicious. The service was fast and the people were fruendly. The reservation through quandoo was extremely easy and fast. Thank you Cote, thank you Quandoo

Every Cote we have been to ( and we've been to quite a few around the country) has offered excellent food,value and cheerful service. Hays Galleria is no exception. We asked to see a vegetarian menu and, sure enough, up it came with plenty of tempting options to choose from. We went away happy and satisfied and will continue our practice of looking up to see if the town we are visiting has a Cote.
