Great service. Food was delicious. Outside tables were covered with big umbrellas and had patio heaters so it was warm for a winter evening.

Went for the 3 course christmas menu. Food was brilliant and every course tasted amazing. Friendly and lovely staff. Gave me and my friend a glass of champagne for my birthday which they noticed we were celebrating. Lovelt views of the river and bridges. Will definitely be back again.

Quite busy, tables could have been separated further for social distance. Pleasant atmosphere but too hot. Service adequate but not special, cutlery and napkins should have been provided without asking.

We booked a table for four to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. We have previously dined in this restaurant and also the branch in Kingston so had a good idea that we would receive excellent food and service : we were not disappointed! On arrival we were warmly greeted by the Maitre D whom acknowledged my son with an additional greeting and smile. We were led upstairs and given a choice of where we could sit - we chose a booth - very cosy with a pretty festive tea-light on the table. The ambience was warm and cosy but can get loud with all the chatter of the patrons. Personally, I don’t mind because I think it adds to the enjoyable atmosphere and reminds me of times spent in Paris. Once seated , the waitress did not rush us and was very polite, good humoured and professional. I visited the ladies cloakroom and found it to be clean and well stocked, just not a lot of room, but functional. Our orders arrived promptly and were served with efficiency and excellent rapport . My family and I enjoyed our meals : Steak frites for my sons , sea bass for my husband and lamb for me. All cooked and presented very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and look forward to visiting again.

It was great to be able to eat out again at Cote. Socially distanced measures were in place and staff wore facing coverings which was reassuring. Food was the usual Cote standard although the apple crumble was luke warm - usually it’s piping hot! We were not offered the Prestige menu when we sat down and had to ask for it - disappointing as we’d booked because we’d received an email saying they had re introduced that menu. Service was good once we got going, although I think waiting staff should ensure that customers are offered a drink and given the complimentary water, when they are first seated.

We booked Hays Galleria as we had been on a previous visit to London. A slightly different experience due to covid, but the restaurant was really well organised and felt comfortable. The nearest to 'normal' that we've had in a long time. Oh, the food was pretty good too! We went for the Christmas menu with wine pairing which was plentiful, beautifully presented and tasty.

Unlike experience of previous visits to Cote, food was poor. Pre prepared and reheated dry gratin was horrid. Sent it back and then replacement was forgotten. It was our daughter’s birthday, wish we had eaten elsewhere as v poor dinner spoilt our evening. Not again though.

We dined on the terrace overlooking the city of London, amazing views. Our food was first class, the French onion soup was lovely and the chicken with mushrooms with dauphinois potatoes was fab and great value for money. My friend had garlic bread and the haddock goujons., that was equally lovely. A relaxing a lovely afternoon at Cote my favourite restaurant.

Overall pleasant experience, but just not outstanding enough to give all six stars. The food was good quality and portions size was decent, but not bursting with flavours. Service was caring but as it was busy it took a while to get noticed at first. Overall it was a pleasant experience and one would not be disappointed, I would go to Cotê again.

Such a treat to be back! The familiar chicken--so generous, the frites so hot and crisp-and the fluttering ights at each table. Tasting pleasure among other people, that's what it's about at Côte.
