I always love going to Cote's! It was a gorgeous day and we were able to sit outside. Impeccable service as ever, and the food was delicious! I'm looking forward to the next time already.

Delicious food and a fabulous location. Great views from the outside terrace overlooking the river, HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge.

This is still one of my favourite restaurants on the River. Had dinner here last night (24 July) with a friend - had a table outside which was just perfect. There are different menus (some limited on a set meal basis) so perfect for every budget. The food never disappoints and both myself and my friend left very happy :-)

Excellent food but much slower service than expected and a main course was forgotten and not ordered leaving one guest without food for an additional 15 minutes. Very embarrassing and unprofessional as we had 9 people overall.

This was a very disappointing experience at one of my favourite restaurants. The food came before the aperitif we ordered. We were given still water and we had ordered sparkling. When the sparkling water came there were no new glasses and no ice. The tonic water was slimline and we were not told until it arrived. We were then informed that they were out of ordinary tonic water, but when we complained, ordinary tonic water was produced. The main course arrived and was walked around the terrace where we were sitting for some time. When I told the waiter I thought the meals were ours, he did not take any notice and did not seem to understand. The steak had one chip by the time it arrived: the others had disappeared. We complained and the main courses were removed. From then on, things improved. We had new main courses and extra vegetables. The desserts came quickly and the bill was reduced to reflect our experience. This was not the evening we had wanted. It was very disappointing. I think the restaurant was over-stretched and either needed more staff or the resolve to refuse admission when they have enough customers to cope with.

Slow start, got better good food, fun meal

Food great, price excellent, efficiency of booking very good, service awful. It took about 8 attempts to get the bill - only going up to the counter made any difference, and as many to pay, again needing to go to the central counter to have any effect. The brilliance of the model is poorly let down by the quality of service. Shame really

A bit slow service for a Sunday night. Whilst I appreciate that recruitment in London is not an easy job at all, I would expect this site to have an extra care in this aspect. The waiter served our glasses full of wine, they didn’t know exactly what was coming in each plate after being finding table by table who have ordered the food. I would say the steaks were a bit burnt. A bit disappointed to be honest. Positive the fact the staff was friendly in general and not rude at all (which usually happens when troubles and mistakes happen), they were also volunteering to take pictures, etc. Also £20 taken out from the bill as a goodwill.

We were after so well, the lady who served us was so attentive, a good selection of food on the menu, sea bass was excellent.

Table of 4, one dish arrived 18 mins after the other 3. Was taken off bill but made for a crap experience..

Restaurant very hot. We had to chase to order drinks. Pate and thick slices of brioche (like slabs of cake) not nice (waiter did get some bread - an acceptable solution). Fish pie - tasty but texture quite sloppy. One side of a coffee cup was covered in baked on coffee stain - obviously not checked before service - it was replaced. Experience ok but have had better there - staff very nice and responded quickly once issues raised.

Yet again, another great visit. Food, service and location all great!

We ordered steak and frites. Unfortunately one of our steaks was sinewy and tough and inedible. Put a dampener on the whole thing. We didn’t have time to wait for a replacement.

Cote advertise a "lunch special" starting at 3 p.m. If having a cheaper menu is costing you money, take it off and call it only an "early evening special". In any event, lunch is not at 3 p.m.

It was great!! Enjoyed it thoroughly!! It was my friend birthday celebration!!

Met friends for a catch up lunch at Côte and was thoroughly impressed. The menu was interesting and the food excellent. Our experience was made even more enjoyable by our very friendly and efficient waitress. Overall a great experience and we will revisit soon!

Fabulous as always! I mentioned that it was a colleagues birthday and not only was the a banner up for us, they gave us complimentary kir royales and then produced a cake! Amazing customer service. Well done Cote!

1. After waiting 15 minutes to be seated our waitress took another 15 minutes to take our order and bring us house water. 2. When our mains arrived they were both cold. My garlic butter could not even melt properly on my steak, furthermore I wasn't provided with a steak knife, so I waited and waited for the waitress to attend, and when I finally was given a steak knife (20m later) my steak was so cold and looked unappetising. 3. The mushroom sauce was so cold that it just sat heavy on top of the chicken. 4. The spinach was overloaded with creme fraiche and had such a watery consistency. 5. No special touches were provided despite me giving notice in email aswell as on the telephone. Our highlight of what was supposed to be a special dinner was ruined. I could not even complain as the bill took extremelly long to be served, we became so frustrated and dissapointed that we just wanted to leave ASAP. We feel extremely let down, we worked hard and just wanted to enjoy your delicious looking food as it should be, in it's full glory. Instead it was the complete opposite. We feel like we've not been provided with the service we paid for. Please see below a copy of our receipt and one of the disappointing dishes.

Great visit, arrived late and service was spot on and the food arrived very fast, steak frites cooked to perfection. No more to be said!

The staff were lovely, unfortunately we order a couple of Aperetifs which turned up and then before I had even buttered the first bit of bread they tried to bring my main course up! I then assume all they did was put our food under a heat lamp as when it came back when we were ready it was slightly dry and my huband's "pink" duck was certainly not pink!

As always with the Cote, excellent service and excellent food. Where possible, Cote is our first choice when eating out, particularly before any theatre.

Service was great, food also good (steaks) but one guest had a bug in her salad!

Service mediocre. On arrival waiting staff were huddled in a corner chatting. One of our party had to get up and go across to ask someone to come and take our order! This despite the fact that the area was not very busy. One plate of food turned up lukewarm but was replaced with a hot plate. One of our party ordered the special which was lobster but was not given the correct cutlery/tools to be able to eat it until requested.

Once again Cotes delivers on all aspects of dining out,the company has got it right. all Cotes restaurants have the same value for money plus really good food, we now always look for one everytime we are out and about.

We were very impressed with the quality of our food. The Breton chicken and lamb rump were perfectly cooked and the sweets indulgent. The young lady who served us was attentive but not intrusive. Overall a very good experience.

Service was nice and friendly. The steak and seabags were both nice. the half `Bresse chicken was horrible..dry all the way through. Have had this dish several times, usually nice and moist..but not this time

Everything was perfect apart from the burgers.....they were more like meatloaf than ground beef steak.Not upto your usual high standards . Why is a French restaurant serving american style burgers?

The whole welcome from the booking of the meal and the end of the meal was excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The food selection was very good and the food was well presented and tasty. We had an extremely pleasant time and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Everything was lovely, from the ease of getting a table by the riverside, to the friendly hostess, the awesome and attentive service by all staff and the food! All of our dishes were tasty and served hot. The prawn starter, the lamb rump and the veal sirloin - all equally delicious but the best was the creme caramel dessert to finish!! Wonderful night, wonderful food and awesome service. Highly recommend.

A wonderful birthday evening made extra special by the fantastic staff. I love Cote and particularly the London Bridge restsurant. I can always be sure of fantastic service, a really good and well priced menu and a fabulous location. I will keep coming back!

An excellent meal and good value wine. Service was very friendly and efficient.

This was a meal to celebrate our daughter and her boyfriends graduating, the food was first class, however neither the waitress or the manager took the issue of my partners dairy allergy serious, when we queried the contents of eggs and milk in white wine, they treated us us with contempt thereafter, this spoiled the evening.
