Côte - Hay's Galleria

Booked a pre Theatre meal and had a table on the embankment looking over the river. Staff looked after us really very well and food was tasty. Good menu choices especially on the set options. Very much enjoyed and thank you to the lovely waitress.

Excellent service and lovely complimentary drinks. The Prestige menu is excellent value We had the moules and the salmon trout which were delicious. There was a good atmosphere it was good fun. My only concern was that I asked for no potatoes but still got them which is a bit of a waste

Natalia looked after us very well. Food was lovely and the range of dishes on the menu was great. Lovely setting shame it was pouring with rain otherwise we would have sat on the terrace.

We ordered Cote du Boeuf for two, which was 60% jellied fat making it impossible to cut or eat. Our daughter ordered linguine which had no flavour - it had so much pasta and almost no tomato sauce. Sadly we sent our food back and left to eat elsewhere. The manager was very courteous and we understand these things do sometimes happen. Luckily we were able to get dinner nearby without a booking.

Really loud restaurant with not enough staff. We waited quite a while for our food. An hour in and the olives we ordered hadn't arrived.

sorry the lunch as not a great experience The manager was told when we arrived we were rushed and needed to leave promptly She put the order through but my main course did not arrive for a long time, I waited for 45 mins the experience was not pleasant and did not enjoy it

I like the Côte brasserie, in general , and this one is a nice one. Competent and friendly staff, good food, good dressing on the salads ... we stayed chatting for hours through the afternoon and the staff did not mind.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in London Bridge. Service always good and food was lovely. You always get a nice welcome.

We were greeted in a warm, friendly fashion. We were then shown to our table which was set in front of a window with views of the river. The table was decorated with Happy Birthday banners and napkins, a birthday card and mini silver stars and ‘Happy Birthdays’. Daniel from Maldova served us with complimentary Kir Royale which was a lovely gesture. Daniel continued to serve us with charm, efficiency and a warm smile for the rest of the evening. We had a delightful, thoroughly enjoyable celebratory evening with excellent service, good, tasty food well presented, and a special bottle of Fleurie. Towards the end of the evening a very loud voiced group of people sat close to us. Made conversation very difficult, but that was not Côte’s fault.

Poor service, mains arrived before the starters and when we complained we were asked if we still wanted the starters. The waitress then passed us our cutlery from the galley rather than walk round and set the table herself. Lazy. Never again, however if you are ever in Brighton try that as they have got it spot on and service with a smile!!!!!👎

I had a fabulous 3 hour lunch at Côte today meeting up with a friend from 50+ years ago, his partner and my son! Food was delicious as were the double G&Ts!!!

Excellent position, especially the tables outside beside the river; excellent service and of course, excellent food. A really great experience.

Another superb dinner at Cote Hay's Galleria. Our favourite dishes on the menu as well - Cote de Boeuf followed by Creme Brulee! Wow! Excellent service and ambiance, and always a warm welcome. Our favourite restaurant on South Bank and a great way to unwind on a Friday.

Considering this was a birthday celebration, the staff did nothing out of the ordinary. For example we had gone for one drink beforehand in a bar and the staff write a card for me. No effort was made in cote. Also the desert was cold. The table was cramped. The waitress put a wine bucket blocking our exit. Will not be going back to hays.
