Côte - Hay's Galleria

Thank you for a really lovely evening. We were with friends to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday, and we had a great time. All the food was excellent, and we loved the surprise of a birthdsy pudding complete with candle and singing of Happy Birthday! Thank you!

We were served by Sam - he was extremely professional, made our evening very special. He is a five star employee

Food was amazing, waiter very polite, but service a little bite slow for a Monday night when not busy. The view from the Terrasse is stunning!

Overall we had a lovely dining experience. Couldn't fault the service, very friendly and efficient waitress. The only negative was a luke-warm steak being served to one of our ladies, so she was very disappointed. We sat upstairs which greatly reduced the noise levels and we were able to chat to each other without shouting. We will be returning for sure. Many thanks.

Another great evening at Cote. The weather was kind to us which meant dining Alfresco was tops.

We enjoyed a good brunch here to start our day off. Food and drinks were good. My vegetarian breakfast should have included avocado but didn't. Also, I don't like service being added to the bill, I prefer to decide whether or not to tip and I generally don't because prices are already high enough. Asked for tip to be removed, which it was but would prefer not to have had to ask.

Sat outside looking at the Belfast and Tower Bridge - great location espcially sitting outside in summer months.

Great service and great for Gluten Free . Really lovely staff . Food good quality . Great range of meals for anyone requiring gluten free - love that each gluten free meal comes with a gluten free flag to confirm that it is . The portions are good . Food was all well presented. Good choice of wines .

Lovely atmosphere and we were in a corner away from too much rushing about. Only problem was getting the wrong bread to start. And then being charged for both!

We sat at a outside where you can see all the boats! Beautiful weather, delicious food! Asked for special dish for son which was brought to us without a problem! Fantastic service! I will remember this lunch for a long time.

We had an excellent waiter who made our experience memorable by noticing anything that was wrong immediately and putting it right before we had to mention it . Food was delicious. Service excellent The free cocktail was enjoyed by my friends but a little bitter for me I prefer the Kir Royale My only criticism of this venue is the ladies toilet it took three attempts to get into it due to the long queues They are badly designed and have only two cubiclesWhen the place is busy it’s impossible to move in there. Otherwise s very pleasant time was had by us all I wish this could be altered Us ladies like to touch up our make up and other than the mirrors over the sinks where people are trying to wash ther hands it’s very difficult. the restaurant is too big to have so few facilities

Wonderful venue - we sat outside and everybody enjoyed the great views of London (the weather was good to us). We went at 3 o'clock and found it not too busy (hence sitting outside) and was able to chat. Food and service was excellent.

Great relaxed atmosphere, not noisy or crowded on a Friday night.

Lovely food and staff but waited ages for acknowledgement that we were waiting for our booked table, nearly ten minutes! Everyone avoided looking at us at Hays Galleria where the reception area is up one level to the downstairs restaurant. Despite efforts to catch their eye properly we were ignored totally. Finally someone came up and asked if we were being seen to

Very disappointed on the set menu with the main course. I ordered the seam bream and added mash potato The fish was so small, It came with some salad leaves dressing. I felt as I had only eaten the mash. I wish I had ordered something else. It was too busy to make the complaint, none of the waiters asked if everything was okay!

Wonderful food with an amazing view on the terrace. The service was also impeccable.

The lady showed us the way to our seats was friendly and nice. But the waitress is too professional-like, a bit stiff and not really welcome us from heart. Maybe because we booked our table at 2pm but the lunch menu was started from 3pm. We were labeled as “cheap customer” in the very first place. Anyway, overall the food was great and satisfied.

Great food, excellent service and good value for money. A favourite restaurant of ours.

The croque monsieur was the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It was ordered for a little boy who is a fussy eater and unsurprisingly didn’t tempt him one bit.

Great food and excellent service from a charming server, who did everything to make the meal an occasion. Wine was not properly chilled.

We had a very enjoyable lunch on Sunday and the waitress who looked after us was fantastic.

Excellent food as always, but unfortunately poor and slow service. Still don’t know who our waiter was as everyone we asked always said they would call our waiter... who never arrived. Felt very unwelcome.

This is the second time we have gone to Cote as a group. It certainly is a great restaurant, excellent food and service second to none. Nothing is to much trouble for the waiting staff who are friendly, polite and attentive. Service is excellent It was such a pleasant experience that we will definitely be returning again in October.

Wonderful place for a 60th birthday celebration, fantastic views, delicious food and great staff. We had complementary cocktails, an extra special pudding with a candle, and a happy birthday song. Very special evening, thank you!

Food quite average - the situation was nice but I had to queue for a table outside even though I had requested one in my reservation. Waiting staff were nice.

Vert enjoyable lunch in lovely setting on the outside terrace

Lovely buzzy atmosphere with a wide range of age group diners. Food reliably good and service with a smile from all servers who genuinely want you to have a great time.

I was disappointed that with the free bottle of wine i couldn’t order from the set menu - i must have misunderstood the conditions online - so was disappointed. I wasn’t keen on the table - was seated right next to the waiters desk area so was really busy and crowded with waiting staff with big trays in their hand. There were nicer tables available but felt as was greeted with oh you have there free wine wasn’t treated the best or given the nicer table. Offers aren’t always what they seem to be so I felt misled by the offer.

I was disappointed that the seating upstairs was closed for afternoon diners, such a shame to have such a lovely view and seat everyone in the basement instead!

Very good service, food and view. The only negative was that mains took a long time to arrive. The waiter apologised saying the kitchen was busier than usual. Overall, very nice and will go again.

Very well looked after and excellent food with very good wine.

It was the most disappointing meal I have had in a Cote restaurant. The starter was fine, however, the fish with very small amount of potato and greens was in water and soggy.
