Excellent food, excellent service, for what more could one ask?

Lovely breakfast, great food and drinks! Good service and great atmosphere.

We met with a group of old college friends and were given the oval table, which is set slightly aside from the rest of the restaurant. Ideal. We were able to chat and move around without disturbing other customers. The staff were most helpful and efficient, and the food was also very good. I recommend this restaurant highly, and it's in a lovely location too. Good value for money.

Beautiful meal and the service was excellent. Literally couldn’t ask for any better of an experience.

We have been going to Cote at Hays Galleria for a few years and have always had great food and service. On Sunday we went with a party of 10 for my wife's birthday and the staff had prepared a lovely table with birthday napkins etc. We absolutely loved it- they even helped with a surprise for her and it really couldn't have been better- thank you so much for helping make it a special day! Please pass our thanks on to the team that looked after us.

We had a enjoyable meal and could not fault the staff and service. The only minus point was the size of the ladies toilet meaning much too much time was spent to queueing for the facility . Hi

We had a lovely meal with courteous staff , The only annoying thing was Not enough ladies toilets.,,at the time only one was working and queues were very long.

We have eaten hear several times as it is convenient for London Bridge and the food and service is normally very good. Unfortunately this time the food wasn’t great but the service was great and they managed our return well...although the potatoes still weren’t cooked! We will give it a go and hopefully this was an isolated case!

THE MEALS AND DESERTS MY FAMILY AND I HAD WERE FANTASTIC AND THE STAFF AMAZING THEY TOOK CARE OF US FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED TILL THE END OF THE EVENING , EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED, WILL DEFINITELY RETURN IN NEAR FUTURE. KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP.

We have been to Cote many times but this was our first visit to this branch. I would say that this was not the best experience we have had: our main courses were slow to arrive and one of the sides had been forgotten.

Overall very good with a great location, with views of Thame and Tower Bridge..

Lively atmosphere with pleasant food and service. Very reasonably priced set menus.

We visit a Cote once a month with our oldest friends. Usually we choose the Restaurant in St Martin's Lane which is always excellent - I don't think we've ever had a bad experience there. But last night we tried the Hays Galleria establishment and it's fair to say we were disappointed for the first time. A number of dishes were lukewarm, at best. Some options, such as the calamari starter, must be served piping hot to work. Allowed to cool and much of the tastiness is replaced by an oily rather than crispy texture. The chicken was also lukewarm, in fact no dish was served at the proper temperature, something we have never experienced at St Martin's Lane. Clearly the problem wasn't the cooking; the issue was that the dishes had obviously been allowed to stand for up to perhaps 10 minutes before being delivered to the table. The wait was unusually long but the delay from plating to serving was unacceptable. This was our first poor experience of Cote. I hope it will be our last.

As always we enjoyed our meal at Cote. However because it was peak time on a Friday evening it was Very Noisy Indeed. We had difficulty hearing each other! Not Cote's fault in truth. And staff moved us to a quieter table which helped enormously. (It was not their fault that there was a large table of very loud ladies just beside us initially!) The food was nice and I am impressed that the Cote chain have now really got to grips with the whole Gluten Intolerant issue. Well done! I thought my pork steak was a bit under-cooked for my taste and next time would specify that I wanted it well done. But everything else was delicious. And the price was really very reasonable for a high class meal.

A lovely as usual, however sometimes it was difficult to get our waitress’ attention.

A most enjoyable lunch with my sisters to celebrate a 70th birthday. All our meals were delicious and service was excellent. We will return

With so many positive points in dining at this location, we are frequent diners and have created a tradition of bringing our traveling friends and family to this wonderful establishment! It won’t disappoint!

Food was good. Service was ok but a little impersonal and we were challenged about paying incorrectly even though it was the server who had made a mistake. No apology or acknowledgment of error.

Very pleasant, friendly service, though we had long waits for food, between courses, for the bill etc as the room filled up quickly. What should have been at most a 90 minute team lunch took a lot longer. The main courses were fine - uncomplicated and well-flavoured, desserts rather too deeply chilled.

The food was up to Cotes authentic and high standards which are offered at great value. I particularly want to thank Merita and her general team and especially the waitress who hosted today - sadly I did not catch her name but she was brilliant. Core have their formula so well balanced and I have never had a bad meal or experience and regularly use Windsor (Eton) and occasionally Marlow. As General MacArthur said in WW2 “Be sure, I will return!” Thank you Mr The

Wonderful birthday lunch. Service was great and the food was good too. It was a busy saturday afternoon but we were treated very well.

Fantastic breakfast with outstanding service. Each member of staff was so kind and we were even given a Bellini on the house as we were seated between 2 large groups! Great experience from beginning to end.

I love Cote at London Bridge and have been numerous time. The staff are brilliant and super attentive and the venue itself is in a brilliant location for me and my friends to meet. But my last experience the food wasn’t up to the usual standards. I had the burger :( and will not be having it again. But the chocolate fondant was lovely !

Despite it being a very busy Saturday afternoon and having booked, we were shown quickly to our table. The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. This is our second visit and we will definitely return....thank you x

Excellent food and pleasant surroundings by the river. Service was rather slow but there was a party adjacent having extra drinks orders which may have taken priority. Server didnt seem concerned. .

The lamb was supposed to be cooked medium but was partly raw and chewy. The meal was taken off the bill. Also the place was noisy and not helped by a very loud group nearby. Otherwise the service and food were very good.

Lovely experience for a 50th birthday. The restaurant were more than accommodating when we needed an extra table for more guests than expected. The food was also lovely, especially the prawn starter. Service was excellent - all courses followed each other at a reasonable time, we were regularly checked on. Brilliant evening and will be coming back.
