Busy bustling french bistro. Great location. Good value for money, service can be a little slow but generally good

A warm welcome, followed by calm, efficient and polite service. The food was nicely cooked and we enjoyed our meal very much.

The staff were very nice and the food was good and came out in good time. The restaurant however was extremely noisy however it is Christmas time

We had a seat on the upper level in a alcove which was unattractive, noisy, and we had a pillar at the back of our table

Room for some technology improvement. Our main course was delayed for what felt like 30 minutes apparently due to a glitch and arrived dried up and unappetising. Ate it anyway as we were in a hurry. Delightful and apologetic server compensated with free olives and bread but I've had much better experiences at Cote.

As always this is a great place to enjoy good quality food, wine and service at a great price, been visiting here for over 10 years and consistently good.

Vote is always our absolute go to and have never been let down but we were sooo disappointed. Our starters arrived within10 minutes of ordering but then 50 minutes later had to ask where the main was. Was then served 10 minutes later dried out and pretty inedible. Won’t put me off but not sure I will go back to such a busy cote in London

We booked Christmas lunch for work and the staff was brilliant accommodating a few requests. We all enjoyed the meal and the service we received. Without a doubt we will be back. The location is simply spectacular.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon, an annual pre-Xmas family get-together to celebrate 70+ years of Xmas memories in an ideal and familiar setting.

Service was excellent Wine was good The steak frites, which should be your signature dish was good, but erring on mediocre. This is something you should nail every time. I will certainly be back, but I was disappointed. BTW. Because the table next to ours on the upper deck was rocky, a knife slipped off the table and nearly skewered someone on the lower deck. So not good for them or you. Must have interacted with five or more of your staff, all of whom were professional and lovely. Thank you.

Busy evening got the better of the kitchen, the whole table had to send cold food back after waiting an hour.

Food as always was lovely. However the service in this occasion was not so good. Had to remind twice about drinks that did not arrive. Had to go and find someone at the till in order to pay the bill

Wonderful service throughout our meal from start to finish. We had one issue with one of the meals but it was dealt with professionally and a new meal brought out. As we were celebrating a special occasion we had a round of free drinks which we really appreciated. Thank you for a lovely evening for my mums 60th. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Excellent, good service, good food liked the water on the table without being asked. Coffee strong and served with hot milk. Will be back.

A very pleasant dining experience, Cote never disappoints wherever you go. The staff are always first class, and the food consistently good. A nice touch with a free cocktail for signing up for the newsletter. The free water helps keep the bill down to a reasonable level. I would recommend Cote to anyone.

missed seeing Jan who usually welcomes us but he was on holiday, however, as ALWAYS great value ( pre 7pm 3 course set menu)..langoustineach tails delicious starter. Service excellento always. I patronisenjoy this venue often and it never disappoints on value and service..Likely to be back again next week but sad that Jan won't be around until after 14th to wish Merry Christmas too..All team always excellent. Have been coming as often as I can for around 9 years

Despite this being a very busy time of year, we were nonetheless impressed with the level of attention we received and the quality (and presentation) of our food. The wine list was agreeable with a wide choice available. From initial welcome to paying the bill, we had a super experience and recommend. Wed will be using this venue again.

Food was very good as was the service the acoustics were not so good - we were very close to a party of young women who were very noisy!

We had a lovely meal, our waitress Tatiana was fantastic! It was my birthday and I am recently engaged, she gave us a bottle of wine on the house and got me my french onion soup which wasn’t on the set menu my table went for!!! Just 10/10. Thanks so much xxx

As usual, excellent food, excellent service and a great location. Only thing that would top this is sitting outside with views of tower bridge in the summer!

Lovely as always. Have never had a bad meal here. Good quality food at a reasonable price, great selection to suit most palates and wonderful service. Even got a complimentary glass of fizz each to celebrate a colleague's retirement. This is the kind of food you would pay double for in some restaurants and by far my favourite chain. Would highly recommend.
