Despite the fact it was a busy Tuesday evening both food and service were excellent.

I’ve been there a few times and yet again a really good meal and great service. Highly recommended. Great ambience.

Although the restaurant was not busy the service was frustratingly slow and very difficult to get the attention of any of the waiters. Calamari and steak arrived cold.

Marta the manager introduced herself. What a lovely lady, she checked on us to make sure all was ok. The food we ordered was outstanding. The highest quality and cooked to perfection. I feel Cote is the very best multiple restaurant and the Hays Galleria one is the finest. Qualifications, I am a retired restaurateur.

Dreadful, starters only arrived for 3 of us out of 9. soup was cold. then waited another hour for rest of starters. Was given two bottles of wine as an apology but overall service and food was poor.

Wonderful food, friendly service but way too loud - average 87 decibels according to my phone!

EXCELLENT early evening meal, steak cooked to perfection. Attentive waiting staff, good value children's menu with mini versions of the adult's dishes. What's not to love!

Excellent food, wine, service and attitude in a buzzy ambience. Côte is the all-round bistro/brasserie experience you hope to find in France and increasingly rarely do. Outstanding value and absolutely dependable.

Never disappoints. Cote @ Hays Galleria is always busy and so has a lovely atmosphere. My crab starter & minute steak main were tasty. Cote's crème caramel is one of the very few desserts I get excited about (preferring savoury usually). Service was professional if lacking a little in warmth but it was very busy. Will be back.

Food excellent quality however very poor service. Left waiting for long periods and seemingly deliberately ignored.

We are regulars at Cote restaurants across the uk. Tonight’s Valentines meal wasn’t Cote at its best but what I really like is the fact that they accept that things sometimes go wrong and do something to put it right there and then so you come away with a positive not negative view

Table request upstairs not honoured. Place as too noisy and claustrophobic downstairs. Waiter initially tried to rush us through on arrival, but as long time Côte customers we are not there for a fast food outlet. Food was ok and good value for the price. Overall you are the victims of your own success. Staff need more careful training. They are not there just to take orders and to serve but to be welcoming and with grace and a smile..

What a magic evening. Fabulous service and cuisine, from the Smoked Salmion starter, the Canard à L'orange main to the Assiette. Best of all, the other half paid the bill.

Very good meal last night catching up with friends. We have previously met at the nearby Strada which has now closed hence booked here. We all opted for the fixed price menu and has 3 courses each plus 2 bottles of wine and it was just £29 per person which we thought was good value. We were all happy wit our dish choices which were tasty. Service was efficient enough for us as we were busy talking.

Great service and delicious food, altogether a very good experience. We booked a table which we were shown to straight away and were served delicious kir royales for a birthday treat!

Poor Staff were rude and surly Order was wrong and no offer made to put it right The space is very cramped and difficult to navigate when bush.

It was my birthday, the food was delicious, i had the duck and my companions had the Bretan fish stew. the whole experience was like being in a fine dining restaurant with an affordable menu and an exceptional view of London and Tower Bridge. We shall be returning and thank you

I have dined at Cote many times and never once been disappointed with the friendly and efficient service and the quality and value of the food. I will be returning in the near future.

Delicious food and the setting however, the service was terrible. The staff were more interested in chatting to each other that checking if we are ready to order or want more drinks. We were appalled that the service was charged for this. This type of service is not acceptable in London.

There was a hair in my risotto. Not really want I want to find.

I am not one to usually moan or leave a review to be honest but a few things need addressing here... Staff weren't attentive at all, i was still taking my coat off after being shown to table and was being asked if i was ready to order? I said no obviously not i haven't sat down yet, then we were left nearly 40 mins before anyone came back to take our order. The area where the table was, was far too cramped. both tables were so close i could've lent over and taken either tables condiments without stretching...also one lady next to use nearly wiped out our table, both drinks and bottle of water as she couldn't get through the gap, which was about 40cm max. it needed one less table in the bank of tables easily. Food was nice! We waited around 30 mins for the bill after requesting 3 times.... then had to run the gauntlet to get out as the staff had put ice buckets on stands in the main gangway and where all the tables are so so close together it was an awkward escape...all in all not great and i actually annoyed after I had left which hasn't happened to me in years in a restaurant and I eat out 2-3 times a week.

Superb meal; brilliant service in a packed and busy restaurant. Will come again when we are in London, without doubt.

Very pleasant, reasonably priced brunch. Went for eggs royale as part of a deal with lovely coffee and fresh orange juice.

The food was quite nice. The service was a little slow and there was an unpleasent smell, perhaps from the airconditioner?

My husban and I have been here few times... We like the food which is amazing and the service..Tonight our waitress was amazing unfortunatelly i don't know her name...she is young half long brownish hair. very cute... Only one thin' you should look after how they polish glassses because we has to send back 2-3times to get the clean ones.... But we still love this place and definetlly coming back
