Gorgeous meal, very good atmosphere, lovely restaurant, really enjoyed the whole experience. We will certainly be returning, and will recommend it to friends and family. We asked for a table with a view of The Thames, which we got, so were very pleased.

We had the offer of free blood orange cocktails and they were lush. Very attentive and quick, waiting and greeting staff, excellent. They keep a good tight ship!

Disappointing overall. Food came too quickly, felt like express lunch. Sea bass overcooked, beef bourg too rich for both men. French beans not delivered .... waitress did apologise. Lovely friendly staff. Sadly don’t think our friends will return.

As always, the food was lovely (although there wasn’t much taste to the apple and blackberry crumble). Waitress was very good. When we asked for more time between courses it wasn’t a problem

Fantastic lunch! Really enjoyed the French 75 cocktails and the Steak Frites was cooked to perfection. Restaurant was busy and really buzzy and staff were very professional and the service remained good.

Good points: attentive service, good menu choice (including gluten-free). Not so good: incredibly poor acoustics and mediocre food. This could potentially be great place, but the execution needs significant improvement.

Great location by the river. Good pre-theatre meal which was excellent value. Good idea to book table in advance as it was very popular and busy.

Excellent attention to details! I was here on my birthday, so I've received a glass of champagne and dessert on the house, which was a very nice touch to overall experience. As well as friendly staff and quick, professional service. Thank you for delicious dinner, we will be coming back for sure!

Not scoring maximum on food this time, the stake was rare instead of medium rare and the mushroom ravioli was too salty. Unfortunately the waitress didn’t offer to take it backcourt the kitchen or take it off the bill. Otherwise all was without fault

Had a fantastic birthday meal at the Hays Galleria restaurant. Was especially delighted by the complimentary Kir Royale. I had the duck breast - a huge portion artistically fanned across the plate. It was delicious and having started with crab mayonnaise could only manage a creme caramel to finish. Lovely service too.

My daughter treated me to a birthday lunch. Sadly, my haddock was overcooked so I shared my daughter's pork belly and then we shared a chicken dish. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The manager was apologetic and attentive. I even got a birthday brownie with a candle and icecream and the staff sang happy birthday to me. We were not charged for my main course, which was a lovely gesture. A really nice experience.

My third time this week so has to be good.... first time coffee with brunching friends. Service a little slow but it was very busy. Second time, Prosecco with a friend in the afternoon. Today, a very long lunch. Nothing too much trouble. Attentive polite staff when necessary. Didn’t chase us out. Food was fabulous. Steak frites, moules frites and sea bass. All fabulous. Thank you!

The tables were stacked up far too close to one another. There was hardly enough room to squeeze through the gap between the tables. To get in and out. It was difficult to to have a conversation, we felt like our table was adjourned to the tables either side. Our main course was brought out before we had finished our starter, which was not ideal. The quality of the food and service was very good, considering how was the restaurant was.
