We love Cote however this branch has pluses and downs. The brusquettas we ordered were 2, one was missing more cheese to balance the sweetness of the onions and the other one had so much caponata it killed all the other flavours. We had fish stew for mains and they were ok, but lacking flavour. The service was nice, but again, nothing uber special. And the toulet... what is it with architects and female toilets... 2 puby tiny loos with no space, hot, and not specially clean... lots of room for improvement to be made
As always the welcome was warm and inviting. Food was lovely though a little fast on the service... and tha k you for the fizzy rose for my birthday.. wonderful staff and food xx see you in 2 weeks again
Excellent location with river views. We had the fixed menu option with three courses for £12.95, available before 7pm. Great value, wide choice, service was excellent. We have been a number of times and will certainly be going again!
Fantastic value. Went for the pre 7pm set menu. 3 courses for £12.95! And every one was well sized and delicious! Great location near the river. What more could you want?
Nothing for children to do, with regards to colouring, games. A member of staff spilt half of our champagne on the table, no apology, no discount.
They have a great selection of food and great service as usual! I definitely recommend Cote Brasserie for a lovely evening with friends or family!
Excellent restaurant (cadre, accueil, cuisine). Seul point négatif: le restaurant est bruyant. Il faudrait améliorer l'acoustique intérieure par des dispositifs adaptés (Plafonds par exemple ou autres).
An enjoyable business lunch. The food was good and the service fine. This is a busy place so it is advisable to book. Our meal came to £80 for 2 incl wine. This is one of the better Cote brassiere in what is a fast growing chain.
Very dissapointing! Main dish (veal) was quite tasteless. The red wine was served too warm. Waitress too busy to give attentive service. Very good dessert.
Great food, good wine, reasonably priced, good service. Great view. Definitely one of the best restaurant in this area. I will be a regular customer now.
Excellent service ,excellent food ,many thanks for the lovely wine, the menu was excellent choice l took some friends every one was happy and we all said we will be backs
Great, friendly and attentive service. Lovely waiter gave us a free glass of bubbly as it was my friend's birthday. Good food and nice ambience
Excellent location with perfect view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was ok and actually quite delicious, but the choice was limited. The really bad point is how this otherwise tasty food was presented. It looked like as if it is out of a fast food chain kitchen! It is easy to be rectified and full set of points to be given.
We had good service and lovely food. Our waitress overcame the initial problem of only one table and found us a wonderful table for 12
A very pleasant evening with prompt service and good food. Only slightly spoilt by a table of loud people. The view was lovely but maybe upstairs would have been better.
The calamari had too much in the way of breadcrumbs so tasted of more bread than Calamari. We also left a present behind and this had disappeared by the following morning when we rang up to see if it was there so a bit disappointing. Otherwise a nice experience.
I had a lovely evening with great food and company and complimentary wine from Cotes and overlooking the river ! I would definitely recommend it.
Food and ambiance good as usual. Initial greeting and seating was charming. Annoyingly, the waitress who actually served us was obtrusive and pushy. Seemed to be on commission for pushing us to spend more. "No dessert thank you" means no dessert"!
Excellent food with friendly staff by the river. Don't tell everyone! Great value early bird meal with plenty of choice for all tastes. Highly recommended.
Close to perfect. Quick and kind service, everything cooked exactly like it should be. Just would've liked a bit less sauce in the tartare, but that's nitpicking.
Welcoming and efficient staff. Good variety of choice on menu. Minimal time waiting for food and drink orders. Food excellent for price range. Overall a very good experience.
Excellent value food and drink. The early afternoon menu has a huge choice at a very reasonable price and they don't mind if you want to swap potatoes for salad
Good but I can't help but think that all their food is made in a factory and heated up on site. Apart from fougasse, I don't think any of their food is prepared by a chef to your order.
The restaurant was by the river. Table for 5 people. Good service - catered for our needs. The food was excellent - tasty and good sized portions
Good service , good food and free drink. Friendly staff. Welcoming and catered for our occasion - birthday. Nice location with good view of river
Starters were very good indeed. I had the prawn gratin yum! The main came immediately after we had finished the starter so we struggled eating it all. The dinner plates were cold and the food was luke warm. Despite it being a bit on the cold side I would recommend the salmon fishcakes great sauce! Husbands rib-eye steak and sauce was disappointing. Chips were undercooked.
We have used several of the branches of Cote and have never been disappointed. This was the first time we have used Hayes Gallerie which maintained the high reputation we have come to expect
Excellent meal Lovely table and great friendly staff. Would love to return and eat outside when warmer. Would also like to bring the kids Thank you
delicious well priced set menu and friendly service in a good location. Good value house white wine. Only down side is that it is noisy.
The table we had was a bit squashed and one of the meals came late. However they did take it off the bill without asking.
Food and service was good but the ladies toilet wasn't great. One was pretty horrid, but I did report it. Having one toilet and very limited space isn't great so the queue was long. A nice evening otherwise as usual!
This was our second visit to Cotes at Hayes Galleria - a lot more roomy than some of the other London branches we've visited. Great location, great service and super food - a return visit which did not disappoint
A nice meal. 2 points 1) Toilets not adequate. One toilet was blocked and one in use, had stains on edge!! (2), don't overlook fish.
The Cote' restaurant, located in the Hays Galleria, was excellent and the food, customer service and ambience first-class. Highly recommended in respect of the restaurant in this location and to add to others we've visited around England.
Friendly, leisurely, good food and good value. Reasonably priced selection of good wines. The garlic bread is delicious, and the chicken and chips always good.
Very nice servers and managers good basic food on the set menu. Good wine. I enjoyed the restaurant position overlooking the Thames. I will go back.
The food was good, but service poor. We were given 1 kids menu despite having 4 kids in tow. And service was slow. Had to flag down a waiter to place our order and then to pay the bill. Overall the waitstaff were not very friendly which ruined our dining experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We all enjoyed the food, choosing from both the daytime and a la carte menus. Service was very responsive, even though it was quite busy. Costs were very reasonable, including the drinks. This is our third visit to this Cote and we will definitely be back again.
Waited quite a while before our order was taken but then usual brilliant service restored as normal. Food excellent and lovely wine. Waitress on the ball as well
my friends and I had a great evening. The complementary glass of fizz for my birthday and 3 guests was really appreciated. The early bird menu provided both value for money and quality as it usually does . We like the fact its changed periodically as we eat here 1 or 2 times per month. The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant was busy so we had to wait slightly longer than usual for the mains. But it did not spoil the whole experience
I went to Côte with a colleague after work on a Friday. Staff were very accommodating, giving us a table overlooking the entrance on the mezzanine level. Food was tasty and arrived quickly.
Ir was excellent as always. Service was good and the food was presented well and tasted fab. I shall always attend these restaurants as very well run and efficient.
Booked for a lunch time meeting. Table requested was provided and was perfect. Food excellent and service fast and efficient. I booked for a Partner and he was very happy with everything. He said he would definitely use Cotes again.
Over all very Good food at reasonable price for London. Pleasant staff with very prompt service. Ambience of restaurant was pleasant . Happy to visit again
Nice atmosphere and good eggs Benedict! The coffee & tea were very nice. The restaurant has a nice location right on the south bank. Seems to be family friendly too.
We came for a family brunch and were so pleased to be offered three menus! As ever the service and food were exemplary. All Cote restaurants are all really good but this one is outstanding.
Been here prob 300x past 7yrs.knew kelline brazilian maitre d.never fails.gr8 location views service food. Was given requested fav indoor table although often sit outside. The white c French bergerac wine was crisp beautifully chilled. Superb.. fish pie amazing and ice cream with hot chocolate sauce. .as always brilliant. .thank you
Always good - I have eaten at Cote Hayes Galleria 20+ times - always reliable. Food good, Staff friendly and helpful, service quick and unobtrusive, if the weather is good, sit outside and watch the river go by. If you're stuck for time, Cote can serve you two courses and coffee in under and hour.
A warm welcome, good view of the river, and the usual high standard of food. Pre theatre menu excellent value, with a good selection of favourites.
Really nice restaurant inside and out. Food was delicious and the service was great. The complimentary wine was a nice touch. Only slightly annoying thing was we had made a reservation and the table wasn't ready when we arrived. Walk-ins were being seated before us and there wasn't really a place stand and wait. Overall great experience!
