Côte - Hay's Galleria

It was a very busy lunchtime, we felt slightly pressurised to vacate the table. Food was very good and the service was very efficient. Staff polite as usual.

Sent dessert back first time because it was cold. Then they incinerated it so it went back again. They did give me a refund to compensate me but I feel the second time was deliberate!

The service was A star,the staff fantastic and the price really reasonable, the food was utterly gorgeous Cannot recommend enough !!! Thank you for a memorable lunch XX

Lovely meal, as usual. We love the ambience of the Hays Galleria Cote. The waiter was very attentive and suggested an alternative that my husband enjoyed.

Really like this restaurant. Staff are always very attentive, even when the restaurant is busy and we have never had a bad meal here. Recommended.

The best of the French brasserie chains. Good food and service, on admittedly quiet and bitterly cold winter's day. Only drawback is that the cheap set menu was unexciting, so went a la carte

Delicious! I took advantage of the early supper offer, of two courses for £11.50. An absolute bargain! Would recommend and would return, excellent atmosphere and wonderful view outside the front, and within hays galleria to the side.

The food was as usual very tasty, the service was poor, lots of wait between starter and main courses, had to ask for everything all the time and ask again. No urgency when the waiting staff was seeing us calling by them. Hair in the dessert. My worst experience at Cotes Restaurant!!

We had a super time at the restaurant. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. She was efficient so that the Meal flowed easily from one course to another. Our meal was absolutely delicious and we had a complimentary bottle of wine. Wonderful! As I ate my meal how lovely it was to see through the arches pleasure boats go up and down the river. How lucky we are to live in such a beautiful city. You will be seeing us in your restaurant again soon. Thank you.

I had quick lunch with colleague - meet and greet was polite and prompt - we ordered from the Plats Rapide which came very quickly food was good. staff was attentive and approachable

Good food and coffee at Cote London Bridge but the service (particularly the time it took to get the food) was slow for a breakfast.

Our table was available on time and in a nice part of the restaurant. The service was good, the food was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. Very satisfied, and will certainly use the restaurant again.

Great views. Fantastic service. I will definitely be returning. The food delicious, and was hot and on time. Both Staff and Manager were extremely helpful.

As always the restaurant had a wonderful virbrant atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service both excellant and friendly. We have been to a number of branches of Cote, they are all very good, but this one in Hays Galleria is still our favourite.

Great service, no rushing, good food, good value. A very pleasant way to wile away the afternoon with old friends. Would recommend, and will revisit in the Spring for a table outside on the river!

Excellent value for a delicious meal nicely served in a pleasing ambience. The waterside location at London Bridge is very convenient for those going on to the West End or theatres.

I was meeting with someone that I had not seen for 6 months. We never felt bothered by the staff and enjoyed a very leisurely 4 hour lunch - the food & wine were also excellent. I would recommend this restaurant unequivocally.

Server was attentive & efficient. Food was very good, but not outstanding. Location very convenient for our purposes. Noise levels were fine in spite of the restaurant being very crowded.

Cote food is consistently good . Staff polite . The restaurant was busy and staff were quick to want to take orders and to bring dessert menus as soon as Mains cleared away . However I didn’t feel particularly rushed . Good value

Lovely atmosphere, attentive service, and great food. The only downfall was that we were charged for (what was meant to be) a complementary bottle of wine. The server was curtious regarding removing this from the bill when noticed.

It was a perfect lunch with a close friend of mine, having been other cote branches this is my favourite one nearby Thames River which has nice view during a sunny day. Quiet enough to chat and relax and staff always very efficient and friendly. Well worth time and money spent here.

Food good and service very good. At no time were we pressured to choose menu items quickly and staff were very relaxed. When the main courses were served a salad was forgotten and we had to wait a little while for it to be served but waitress was very apologetic and we later noticed that the price of the salad was refunded on the bill, which was a pleasant surprise as we hadn’t expected it.

The food and service were excellent but the restaurant did get pretty noisy when it was full. Nonetheless I would highly recommend it particularly for dinner after work as it is so conveniently placed for London Bridge Station.

Disappointed with this visit to Hays Galleria. In all restaurants I have been in there is a pause between finishing a starter and receiving the main meal. Yesterday we had barely started our shared starter when the main arrived. We graciously accepted it but in hindsight perhaps we should have sent it back. Consequently we felt very rushed. Shame because the food was good and we appreciated your complimentary wine.

A really enjoyable experience. The food was up to the usual standard. More importantly, as this was a long overdue meeting with an old friend, we weren't rushed and were able to catch up at our leisure.

We had a lovely lunch which included a complimentary bottle of white or red wine during the month of January which was a bonus. Overall very good food and service!

This is my favourite venue for meeting friends. Service and food always very good. Vegetables particularly fresh and tasty on this occasion. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great service, great atmosphere, great location. All together was a fab evening catching up with friends. Waiters were polite and inviting. Was offered with a free bottle of wine for the table with a deal from Cote which made the evening even better

The seating was a bit cramped, as they tried to squeeze 8 people round a table that was more suited to 6, but we managed. The food was excellent, and the service very good once they recognised our presence - it took about 10 minutes to get someone's attention to order a drink. We liked the atmosphere, however, and will definitely return soon.

Good food, lovely location and very nice staff. We have visited Cote at Hayes Galleria on many occasions and always received good service and very nice food.

Lovely service, delicious food, convivial atmosphere meant that everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Location is definitely a plus, too — and easy to get to as well.

As my Birthday dining experience with one of my best friends, I couldn't have been happier! As previously, the standard, taste, portion and presentation of the food was excellent as was my glass of merlot complimentary and enjoyable. The staff were all friendly, approachable, informed and accommodating. For my friend's first experience of Cote, she was particularly impressed with the staff. The ambience and lighting of the upper floor was also a pleasant environment to be in which we enjoyed from early to late evening, without feeling hurried or pushed out. The only drawback was the volume of noise which increases as other patrons arrived, so some cushioning or drapes would benefit not having increasingly have to speak loudly to shouting at one another across the table.

Excellent service, friendly attentive staff and a gluten free menu to go alongside normal menu. Great choice and good food. Did not feel rushed or under pressure to vacate table.

Food is good and the menu has something for everyone. The staff are all very polite but service can be a little faster, particularly during lunch.

We were highly delighted with our visit to Cote London Bridge. Very god location. The lay out of the restaurant is impressive. Our waitress was charming, most helpful and attentive. We all agreed that all the dishes we has chosen were well prepared and very apertising.

Staff are excellent, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Dodd was excellent as usual we travel to London once a year and always eat at Cote our first night n the city.

As usual, the service was great, the food was excellent and we enjoyed the friendly ambiance. Unable to book pre theatre dinner in West End so dined at Hays and had 10 minute train ride to Charing Cross
