Côte - Hay's Galleria

Great location! Very well served by friendly and helpful staff. Food, as in all Cote restaurants was lovely! This was my second visit here and will certainly not be the last!

We were a table of 7 people and had the chance to have dinner on the terrace which was really nice!! The view is just amazing and the food was really good as well. I would recommend this place.

Table by the river as requested. Staff were efficient and very friendly. The lunch deals are such a superb price. Wine isn't incredibly over priced like most restaurants!

It was our wedding anniversary so we decided to go to Cote. We ordered steaks, one was ok but the second was cold, so I returned it. Solution of the chef: put it back on the grill. Result second time I got it: burnt and (too) well done steak, so I had to return a second time. In the meantime my husband was eating steak and I was eating fries. Took another 20 minutes (chef said it takes time, which is bullshit) when I got my steak. I was eating alone and the bottle of whine was empty. I told the chef that if Gordon Ramsey would have seen this, he would have said: What the fuck were you thinking? The solution, although my anniversary was ruined, was good: we paid absolutely nothing.

I arrived early and queued for an outside table which was great as it’s been hot today. Service was good and food was excellent. I will definitely come back.

Service and food ok - wouldn’t rush back good location but waited a long time for anyone to ask if we wanted to order pudding and only one toilet

Terrible terrible service. Waited an hour for our starter to arrive. And they had the cheek to charge us for service. Food ok but poor service spoiled it.

I went to dinner with my two best friends and a friend, it was our first time in a Côte Brasserie. The place was really friendly, nice location, good service and delicious food. We enjoyed our dinner so much!

The service and food quality is consistently excellent at a comfortably affordable price. Cote is easily becoming my new favourite restaurant at various locations. Well recommended.

Have been there in several occasions but sadly this had not one of the better experience. Waited over an hour for our starters due to some problem in the kitchen.

We have been to this restaurant before. We love the set menu and it had recently changed (still really good!). We turned up early, but this was no problem for the staff. The service was attentive, but didn't rush us. The drinks menu had lots of choice too. The only reason its not the highest review is that one of the ladies was out of action, so there was quite a queue!

Have been away for four months and upon return, everything is just the same, excellent. The steak frites were perfect. Great wine, service outstanding. Minimum wait. This restaurant boasts the most efficient and consistent kitchen, complements to the chef, a staff of enviable quality and a wonderful place to just relax and dine with no hassle whatsoever. Sublime. Congrats to every member of the team. Consistent perfection has been achieved. Indeed rare.

Food and service were fine and good value. But there was a long queue for the women's toilets: there were only two and one was out of action. Not enough for such a popular and busy place.

Service is poor and slow but the food is reasonably priced and the fries are amazing. It took ages for us to get our orders and our bill.

I came here for a business lunch, we were sat upstairs and the atmosphere was very buzzing. The food came quickly and the fish stew was beautiful.

Another enjoyable meal at Cote. Pork belly, duck breast, chargrilled chicken and desserts all very tasty. The usual reliable, good service at a reasonable price.

Restaurant had a nice relaxed feel & attentive waiting staff. As always food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. Wine menu is very good!

We have eaten at many Cote Brasseries and this one is at the standard we have come to expect. Very busy at 7pm - we did book in advance - but efficient and friendly service was maintained. We usually order from the main menu and have Calamari which wasn't available so for the first time we ordered from the 'Specials' menu and it was excellent. Made all the more enjoyable with a complimentary bottle of wine.

My chicken, bacon, egg and avocado salad had not one slice of avocado in it!! Loads of walnuts which I really don't like, but no avocado. Very disappointing!

Early Sunday eve meal, a couple of items not available on the menu, but otherwise all great. Good service, great value, great location. Would go again.

Attentive, lively, enjoyable service, good food and OK wine (you need to source a better Pinot Noir i think - too 'plonkish' for my tastes). Also a little too noisy for a business meeting (hard to hear at times) - otherwise would have been a '6'

Lovely location, staff very keen to take your order, about 5 different people came up to us while we were chatting. Food good value for money, they do try and flog you bread and olives etc but that is their job I suppose

As ever, food, service and ambience were all excellent. I find Côte as a chain uniformly high and the location at Hay's Galleria makes for a particularly enjoyable experience.

My friends and i had an excellent time and the staff provided an excellent service. The food was very good and at a very reasonable price.

I asked for an outside table, they told me they had none but from my table i could see available tables outside. Other than that the experience was very, very good! Great food and service!

It was very busy and food came cold, Breton chicken long off the grill and pork belly cold and greasy. Staff were very good and helpful but need better managing of dishes

The staff were very helpful and understanding with my food allergies, and the food itself was delicious. I will definitely be returning again in the near future.

The food took over 45 mins to arrive and we chased at least twice. The answer was the delay was due to a well done steak which is a poor answer. As we left we heard that there were problems in the kitchen and no further orders were not being taken. Much better to be honest about the delay. The whole experience was not up to the usual high (& fast) standard. We also had to chase a couple of times to get the bread ordered.

Great service in a light and airy space. Food quality top notch as ever.

I don't eat red meat and try to avoid dairy. I found this limited my choice from the menu. I also found the overall night quite expensive. I enjoyed the setting. Waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Towards the end of the night it was difficult to attract their attention for the bill.

The service was great and the food excellent value for money considering the location. We got there half an hour early but our table was already set up so no problem. Highly recommended

Not enough staff on duty to receive a slick service. Starters ordered - 10 mins later told one was not available. Water not replenished - it was a hot evening!! After a good hour or so the main course delivered and they were satisfactory but not worth the waiting time. I have been before and this was by far the worst visit.

In view of the unseasonably beautiful weather, this was a perfect location, outside right next to the river. Together with good food, what more do you need?

its was a lovely trip to Cote and seat outside on the river was accommodated very quickly when waiter found out that table has been booked inside. All great, food very tasty, staff helpful. Just very busy so had to wait for a bill, wine etc, otherwise great !

Waitress gave us a good service, we sat downstairs and there was a nice atmosphere, and the food was good and the wine was very nice.
