Côte - Hay's Galleria

We frequent this restaurant regularly and have always enjoyed the experience. Whilst today’s main courses did not disappoint the deserts, tarte fine aux pommes was weren’t. It was obvious that they had been standing for some time as they we tough and with little trace of any apple. Whilst the manager did waive the charge it was a disappointing end to a fine lunch.

Food very good, lovely attentive staff. We had a booth by the window which is exactly what we requested. Wine good value and can reccomend the St. Germaine gin cocktail, far too easy to drink!! Great evening - thank you.

Food was nice and good quality. It took a little bit of time for us to catch the waitress’ eye to get the bill but other than that a nice team meal out.

I normally find the staff very polite and come to cote regularly however on this occasion I found the manager rude, unhelpful and quite abrupt. The waiting staff were also impolite and unfortunately it made the experience not as enjoyable - when you're going for dinner especially for an occassion and spending money you expect good service and for staff to be polite - but they were not

A really lovely birthday celebration, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made us very welcome.

Great seafood linguini. Excellent wine and very good service. To say nothing of the great view across the river. It was just a shame they started stacking chairs and clearing out the restaurant well before closing time and we left feeling like we were in the way.

The food was delicious and the service excellent. We wanted a leisurely lunch as we had a lot to catch up on and this was a perfect place for that.

Went for breakfast. Food and service were excellent. Good menu choice and waiter was very attentive but not overly so. Highly recommend.

Always good food and service but it just took too long to pay today. We paid for most of our meal on a debit card but I paid for my share in cash and there was no sign of any change coming back. It was only a couple of quid and I just didn't have time to question it but I think really I should have. We had paid the service charge so would not have left a separate tip.

The food was good, the drinks were good however it was really difficult to get the attention of the staff. I don't understand why when staff walk around the restaurant they are not looking to see if anyone is needing attention. I felt that I was sitting for up to 10mins trying to get someone to come and serve us. This happened on at least 3 occasions. Disappointing when it wasn't overly busy.

Meeting friends we’ve not seen for a while, this was the perfect place. Our table was easy to book on the day and gave us plenty of room and a relaxed atmosphere to be able to chat. The staff were attentive without being pushy and the food was excellent. Good attention to allergies which was reassuring. I’d thoroughly recommend it

Booked online, couldn't have been easier. Food was great and very reasonable for such a fantastic position.

Lovely meal but staff rushed us, gave us the bill before we asked for it. If she had asked us if we wanted anything else we would have spent more and ordered more drinks. She returned three or four times hovering with card machine. We couldn’t understand as the restaurant was empty. Felt like we were in Burger King rather than having a nice lunch on a Saturday afternoon. When we left staff made it clear they were annoyed with us. We left them standing around chatting with no one to serve as nearly empty. Not the usual cotes service I have experienced elsewhere .

Good attentive service, freshly cooked food - good value, highly recommended

It was an excellent pre theatre dinner. The staff made sure we were served at a good pace to make sure we had time for desert and coffee without rushing to go to the theatre

Very poor food. Soup for my guest & myself stone cold. Steak frites....the steak was uneatable ...like rubber....did the chef have a night off. Always use Cote......but this was really bad!

Had a lovely time celebrating my uncle's birthday. Staff and food were great and we had a round table inside with a view of the Thames. An added bonus.

My dish was left in the microwave and burnt at the bottom. 12% automatic service charge doesn't help. Beetroot and tarragon starter sounded lovely but was one beetroot cut up into small pieces with four whole tarragon leaves on top. Not worth just under £5. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This was our second time, two years apart for a ladies reunion. Excellent service, great food, no mine minds if you linger. Wonderful views accross the Thames. Now definitly one of my favorite spots in London for a casual, easy lunch.

There were some teething issues with the food including menu selections being out of stock and some of the food we were served cold. Both issues were quickly rectified by the staff and alternatives offered and the food replaced. The food itself was delicious, probably the best we have had at Cote so far and we eat at Cote quite often.

Great place - come here often and love the food - added bonus is you can sit outside near the Thames and enjoy the ambience of the river. Staff are always on hand and efficient.

Everything was perfect, great gluten free choice for my friend

It was an incredible Friday night dinner. The staff was accommodating. We waited for our starter a bit longer then usual and were offered for it to be taken off the bill by staff. Their attention to customer service goes above beyond anything I have experienced. The quality of food is flawless.

Food was fine but service was terribly slow and tables were not really cleared. I can only assume they were short in the kitchen as cold stuff came quickly but hot meals took a very long time

Amazing Service. Great Vibe! I had come yesterday for my sister birthday and Dominic our server had such an amazing attitude. You can tell he loves what he does! Also the front hostess was super friendly, warm and welcoming. Not to forget the Food was exquisite, felt like I was in France. Thank you!

The food was lovely as usual, but the waiters were too eager to fill wine glasses and there was not much time between finishing the starter and receiving the main course.

Excellent food and atmosphere, the view was incredible, I recommend sitting outside.
