Good food and wine Busy restaurant on a Friday so best to book

We sat outside and had dinner under the heat lamps. It was lovely, looking out to the river, beautiful Tower Bridge lit up and the majestic HMS Belfast. Food was hot and delicious and the ambience superb. It made for a really lovely evening.

First class food - again!! Mix of flavours perfect and most enjoyable. Good choice on the menu and something to please all diners. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and service polite, efficient, and attentive. I will most certainly return.

Cote at Hays Galleria is my go to restaurant especially for group lunches. You are never rushed by the staff even though it is always busy and you can enjoy a really relaxing time with great food and a very good selection of beverages.

Lovely service. We were celebrating my Mum’s birthday and the staff went beyond our expectations to make it special for her, even writing a lovely card for the table. Would recommend!

Excellent food, quick, attentive, efficient and friendly service. The only slip up was with the piece of bread from the basket. It was as tough as old boots! Must have been back and forth to and from tables for many hours. Don't know if the other pieces were similarly well travelled - maybe I just struck unlucky.

Excellent staff and excellent food. They made the celebration of my dad’s birthday extra special. The waitress was so accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent.

The food is always excellent at cote and the service is impeccable. There is nothing too much trouble for the staff and they make the experience eating at cote lovely and relaxed.

The food came out far too quick my chicken was cold and the mushroom sauce was disappointing.

Food, as always, was lovely. As a coeliac I really value having a full menu, with lots of variety, to choose from.

As always, delicious food in a great location overlooking the river. We had the steak frites as we had to rush off to the theatre. Service was prompt and professional.

Best meal I have had at Cotes Brasserie. Excellent prawn starter with finely diced bacon and then a fish casserole (with salmon, haddock, and prawns) which was exquisite. Service efficient and very polite. Good customer focus. Most enjoyable.

A busy lunch location with a mix of business and tourist patrons. Staff is efficient and attentive enough. And the food is always reliably delicious. It’s not haute cuisine - it’s the classics done correctly.

Thank you for a lovely evening! I mentioned in my booking that it was my brother’s birthday and we arrived to a table with birthday decorations, a card and Kir Royals! And a birthday dessert to finish. A great evening - thank you! The steak was perfectly cooked too!!

Four of us dined here but sadly two of the party had to send back their dinner as the vegetables were not properly cooked. The next time the dishes came out, the problem was the same, so they simply ate the chicken and left the vegetables, as we were pre theatre diners so we had no more time. Very disappointing

Lovely night. Food was a bit slow but they were very busy so that is to be expected. When it did arrive the food was delicious as always and the staff at this particular Côte are always amazing. Always come here when I am passing through London and am never disappointed Thank you

Staff and food are outstanding, tables weren’t too close and so it felt nice and private but with a good atsmosphere

Lovely food and atmosphere. The only criticism I have is that they bought bread and butter (which we paid for) but didn't bother to give us plates. No problem when we asked for them, but should be automatic. Also, as usual, poor options if you are veggie.

A very pleasant restaurant in a prime location near the Thames. The food was excellent and a good selection on the menu. The staff were really attentive and the service was very good. I would thoroughly recommend the Cote Brasserie at Hay's.

Booked this venture for a retirement meal ... This is a lovely restaurant by the Thames staff are attentive and helpful especially the girl who was at the entrance ! accommodated an extra 2 guests last minute food is lovely and reasonably priced hope to return in the future would definitely recommend

I’ve been meeting some friends here for a get together for breakfast every couple of months for the past few years. Service and Food are good which is the reason we return here. Had one bad experience when some workmen were doing some work and the noise was dreadful but usually a good venue.

Welcome and service excellent. We dropped off our own birthday cake for a party. We had a lovely lunch, the food was very good! When we asked for the cake it was brought out with candle lit and several staff all enthusiastically singing happy birthday! Couldn’t have asked for more. Superb food and service.

Staff took great care of our party even though we gave no advance notice it was a birthday celebration. Food excellent and terrific value for money. Because of its popularity it was very crowded and noisy but that's to be expected on a Saturday evening. A lovely evening. We've been before and will continue to eat here. Highly recommend Cote.

We have visited many times and are always delighted by the experience. The best thing is the staff, who always give service with a personal touch. Our waitress today was Sylwia, who was lovely- efficient and warm. We always look forward to Pain Perdu being on the specials menu and it didn’t disappoint. The roasted pork belly was gorgeous too.
