Thank you for still accommodating us as we underestimated the time needed to walk along the riverside to you ! Also then for prompt service to enable us to get to the theatre on time ! Hope to return for a more leisurely meal ....

The food was extremely delicious, and the staff friendly however at times we felt forgotten about with nearly 30 minutes from our plates taken to the dessert menu and a further 15 to the bill.

We had a fabulous time with great food and a very attentive waitress. As it was a 50th birthday a small cupcake with a candle would have topped up the evening!!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left experience was excellent. Staff attentive but not overbearing & food was excellent. Would highly recommend the Cote Brasserie at Hays Galleria

The table we were sat down on was in the middle of the restaurant... far too crowded. I asked for a table on the side and was grudgingly given one. My potatoes arrived cold and when my guest asked for smoked salmon without onions he was told ‘that’s how it comes’

Another good meal from this chain. It's my go-to default choice wherever I go in the UK as I know the food will be consistently good and tasty. Unfortunately the waiter mucked up a guest's order but fortunately he and the manager took immediate responsibility for this with no quibble and made very agreeable amends. That's good service.

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD INCREDIBLY NOISY AND SO WE DID NOT STAY FOR DESSERT AND MOVED TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT. NOT SURE I WOULD COOSE AGAIN FOR A FRIDAY EVENING

I took my husband for his birthday and they were really nice throughout. They wished him happy birthday (sans the singing luckily). The service was amazing, never waited when we wanted something. The food was incredible and plenty of choice for vegetarians. I’ve been to other Cote restaurants, and this is another one that I’d happily go back to.

Very crowded this evening so some food not up to usual high standard. Most staff friendly and considerate, this occasion won't put me off returning.

Delicious food and great friendly service! What else do you expect from a restaurant? I am a regular customer of this branch of Cote and I am well pleased with my experience every time.

Once again we enjoyed the attentive and courteous service that we have been accustomed to experience. Our waitress a young lady from Moldova was unfailingly friendly, efficient and courteous.

Our table was too small/oddly shaped for 5. We were offered to move but we had settled in. There was no welcome and the service was poor. The waiter removed all plates and handed out dessert menus while one of us was still eating. We had to constantly ask for more water and had to go and find someone to get a wine menu and order wine. We did complain and all desserts, tea/coffee and service charge was deducted from the bill. I won't be returning.

A courteous welcome and a good meal (set menu with plenty of choices). Has asked for a quiet-ish table, and was given one.

Had a brill family meal at the London Bridge cote for my 65th birthday, with complimentary pink fizz to start-nice touch. The food as always was of a high standard and quality. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was excellent and our waitress was friendly, professional and pleasant. A lovely evening.

Exceptional service. After some confusion over a vegan meal I ordered, (turned out all was fine in the end) not only did we get a complimentary bottle of wine, but our entire meal + additional drinks were on the house. I'll certainly be back, thank you for your exceptional service and kind consideration for your vegan customers!

Waitress good but food very slow coming to table especially as we had pre-ordered. Told we should not at 12.15pm have had the set lunch though this was sent to us as an option. Also very difficult to get a response to calls when make a booking. I use Cote regularly but this was disappointing.

Food very good, but restaurant itself very warm and quite noise at the start (6.30 pm). Quite a few issues withe service but they did acknowledge this by adjusting the bill. Nonetheless, I'd happily return.

In a restaurant that was practically empty when we arrived, the service was seriously lacking, and the waiter was never attentive. The food was very good. The service was poor so I doubt I’d return
