Great meal, always so pleased with their service as a celiac!
Excellent service, great choices on the menu. Food tasted superb
Excellent service and food. I am Coeliac and can eat with confidence at Côte
great food, atmosphere, and service. thank your Cote very much
Excellent food. Great ambience . Very efficient and unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.
Excellent food , staff very attentive and great all round ambience. Good vegetarian options. Will always recommend this restaurant. Also as you would imagine a good wine list.
Fantastic food with a great choice of menu ,superb service our waiter was very attentive without being intrusive. The resteraunt is one-off the best in Glasgow
Service very good Food reasonably priced and very good Would definitely recommend
Great breakfast served by friendly , professional staff. An excellent choice of breakfast dishes to choose from.
Very good service. Attentive waiters. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. It was warm which was lovely as it was a freezing day outside. Food is always delicious. We go regularly as a group.
Had a great meal at Cote made even better by the fact that my husband and I were using the gift vouchers that we received at Xmas from our son. Delicious!
Great service and food - the fixed price menu is superb value. It’s worth booking ahead as it gets wet busy at lunch time .
The menu choice was good, the food was lovely and the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy and there was a nice atmosphere.
Avery worked hard and was good but several other staff were poor ...ignoring us and even giving up half way through taking our order ! We had to ask 3 times for the 2nd basket of bread . The bill was wrong in two respects when it arrived . Altogether a poor experience at a restaurant we like and have been to often.
Had a very enjoyable post Xmas / New Year lunch with my friends. We meet up every year after the festive season rather than during it. Meal was delicious as usual and the service very friendly. Will be calling in again soon during Celtic Connections Festival.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, staff were welcoming without being overbearing. The food offering was wide enough to suit most tastes both in the set menu and a la carte. Our choices were lived up to expectation and indeed surpassed them. Thank you, we will be back!
Another lovely meal. We had the prestige set menu which is always great value for money. Mussels and calamari starters were fab and had the steak- delish! Thanks again!
Great Service, great food, ambiance a little stark, value for money good, service at 12.5% a little high 10% would be more appropriate in Glasgow
A great place to meet friends due to its convenient location. Extensive menu gives great choice including gluten free. Quality of food and service excellent.
Lovely lunch with excellent service in very pleasant surroundings. An extensive menu gives plenty of choice.
Very warm welcome,a good varied menu catering to all especially if you follow a gluten free diet ,will definitely return ,a very enjoyable dining experience
As always an excellent meal with very good service in very pleasant surroundings
Excellent food and attentive but not pushy service. My husband said his goat’s cheese salad was the best he had ever eaten and the creme caramel is a small slice of heaven!
Lovely food, nice wine, we never felt rushed at all by the staff. We go there regularly and it has never disappointed us. Two of our group were first timers at Cōte, but they will be back I’m sure
Excellent food - great night. Calamari fantastic and the cod was delicious. House wine more an drinkable. Will be back in the not too distant future!
Cote Glasgow was buzzing a few days ago at lunch-time. The service was excellent, as usual, and food from the Christmas Menu delicious and good value.
Second time. It has interesting French menu but It doesn’t produces food to bistro standard . House Wine is expensive and rather bland however if you just want something different and are in a hurry reasonable option. Should drop compulsory, effectively, 12% service charge and leave it to customer
Fab food , the fish patmentier was delicious the service was impeccable and there’s a great atmospheric in the restaurant. Have been before and will return
Bright cheerful modern decor nice staff ,and good food City prices Busy and quite noisy but it was xmas.enjoyable but as usual it is what you make it and on the company youre with.
Five of us got together for a pre-Christmas lunch mid-week. As usual, service and food were excellent and there was plenty to choose from with more than one menu.
Great food pleasant service, real nice place relaxed atmosphere, just what you need after you have been shopping or just before trip to the theatre.
nice atmosphere , attentive staff and fabulous food. Menu caters for all tastes at a reasonable price . Wine list is good and reasonable priced
Enjoyed another tasty meal, but they forgot to bring a side dish of potatoes which arrived( after we reminded them) half way through our meal. No charge which was good.
Good food and good service at reasonable prices. An overall excellent dining experience in very pleasant surroundings. The variety of the food on offer is first class with a slight emphasis toward French cuisine- all the better for that!
The really great aspect of our lunch was the service; we were looked after by two charming girls who proved to be very efficient and helpful. The starter was delicious as was the dessert. My one criticism was the main course which was the steak frites. It looked a bit stark on the plate (perhaps add some salad?) and the steak was overcooked. There was an excellent choice of wines with a good range of prices. I will certainly go back, as will the friends that were with me.
Amazing as always! Thank you for another fantastic meal from start to end!
This was my 2nd visit but my friend's first time and they weren't disappointed. What did we like? Let's start with the booking process which was simple but the option of prebooking course made everything even easier. I did call ahead as one of our party has limited mobility and Claire was awesome in giving us the perfect table (Booth)for access and near the accessible loo. That was so appreciated by all of us. The food was delicious and of the highest quality. All courses arrived at a great pace and nothing was rushed. The staff: What a great team of people. The restaurant was heaving with Christmas revellers (like us) but nothing was a bother, lots of attention and awesome service which was reflected is us increasing the 12% optional tip by an extra tenner. Worth every penny. What could have improved the evening? A wider bar offering for sure. The wine selection is superb and not lacking however we'd have spent more money had there been more options on liqueurs, gins, malts and even soft drinks. This criticism is minor as this shortfall did not impact on our enjoyment. Thank you Team Côte Brasserie for affording us your wonderful hospitality and ensuring we had an awesome evening. We hope to see you all soon. Helen C Mitchell
Restaurant was incredibly busy but the staff were as attentive and friendly as usual despite being under pressure. the food was excellent as usual. A very enjoyable lunch.
Experienced excellent food beautifully cooked and served by efficient pleasent staff. My colleagues and myself have visited the restaurant on two previous occasions ,this restaurant has maintained its high standards.
The quality of food and standard of service are both very high. The price of food is more than reasonable and I would highly recommend Cote to anyone
Very enjoyable as always good standard of food and service recommend as a tried and tested place to eat when in Glasgow will not let you down
Amazing meal pre-panto for 6. Delicious food and great friendly service. Can't fault it. Plenty of meat, fish, veggie and gluten free options. The merlot very tasty too.
The perfect breakfast. Highly recommended for a perfect breakfast when you are in Glasgow. The perfect breakfast. Highly recommended for a perfect breakfast when you are in Glasgow.
Table at door to stairway leading to toilets is drafty when a door downstairs is opened. Results is a gust of cold air Food was very tasty Enjoyable menu
Cote is a pleasant, comfortable, warm restaurant within close walking distance of shops in Buchanan Street. The service is good and the food is also good. I am coeliac and therefore have to follow a strictly gluten free diet and Cote are very good at accommodating this. There was a set gluten free menu and also gluten free a la carte menu. Food order is taken by a member of staff trained to take a gf order and they have separate fryers etc. Food comes clearly labelled. thank you. This makes dining out a pleasure rather than a stressful event. Service charge is included in the bill. We had to ask for our change!
Great food, good atmosphere and first class service. What is there not too like about this place. And yes the prices are very reasonable with a great selection of wines.
Excellent service and good food but the autumn salad should have included dates and didn't. Minor issue but compared to previous visits an irritation nevertheless.
It's nearly a year since we visited this restaurant and I'm pleased to say that nothing has changed. As far as casual dining in Glasgow goes, Cote is hard to beat, the food is good, reasonably priced, the staff are friendly and although you pay for it the service is second to none.
Outstanding service, ambience and food quality. Pork dish was dry and over cooked. Great value, will return. Good to see a quality wine service staff member.
Top class restaurant. We had the sea bass which was served with some mussels, an unusual combination which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Fortunately, or unfortunately, they continue to have Coupe Noire on the dessert menu. This consists of vanilla ice cream over which one pours a warm chocolate sauce. As a result other desserts never get a look in, the poor things.
