Not my best Cote experience as I had to send a dish back but the staff rectified it quickly and my glass of wine was removed from my bill. Apart from that I had a good catch up with my son's fiancee.

This is the first time I have left a slightly negative review for Cote. The waiting staff were helpful and friendly but the food took a while to arrive and was less than hot when it did. Hopefully this was a one off and it reaches its usual standards by the time of my next visit.

A wonderful meal for my husband, Robert’s birthday. We were booked in for the actual day ( Wednesday) but brought the celebration forward so we could enjoy it at Cote. The fig cocktail was new to us and we enjoyed it very much. It’s proper cooking here so the Chateaubriand was the ideal special day choice . Tender , perfectly cooked and delicious. I chose the Crepes Grand Marnier and Robert had the Tarte aux Pommes. Both excellent. Crepes were tissue thin and pastry on tart was crisp. We are never disappointed here.

We popped in for a drink a couple of weeks ago and liked what we saw, so decided to return for a proper meal. Service first class, menu choice superb, but.... food was exceptional. Well done guys, we will be back.

Menu and service as consistent as always. Spoiled by percussion effect of noise from plate , cup saucer area adjacent to the dumb waiter. Hard surfaces combined with equivalent of the drummer in the Who moving crockery and cutlery. Can this noise be suppressed?

Food and service excellent as always. Fewer tables well distanced meant us was less noisy so more able to chat. Overall a very pleasant experience.
