Côte Ealing

Did not get the table we requested but manager apologised. Gave us quite a nice table out of those that were available. Service was pleasant and helpful. All dishes good, especially the goat cheese salad starter and fish stew. Reasonable price.

It was so hot in this restaurant. They said the air con was broken but I think they didn't put it on because the folding doors were open and it would be too expensive. The wine was warm. The next table to us sent back their beer because it was warm. Seriously on the hottest day of the year to get warm drinks is poor.

A lovely dining experience with great service. I didn't think the Breton chicken was quite as tasty as last time I chose it about a year ago.

Excellebt service. Food delicious as usual. Good atmosphere and happy customers celebrating a happy Fathers Day. Nice to see several American parties enjoying the food !! Salads seem to be a big hit. My steak was excellent.

The food was good, recommend the creamed spinach. We had the set menu 3 courses, great value for money. One remark was that my friend had the frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce but the sauce was not that hot i.e. to melt the berries. Friendly service

Great service, amazing food. Sat by the open window for a lovely breakfast and the waiter was very attentive and the food and drinks brought out quickly.

The service was terrible. After being seated we waited 10 minutes for a menu then another 40 minutes for our meal. The final straw having asked for the bill was having to wait 15 minutes to pay - in the end I had to go and stand at the counter to stand any chance of being noticed

Great as ever. Though the fougasse was lacking. My fellow diners tried the burger and were impressed. I was disappointed I could not have the poussin.

Atmosphere and food excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. As there is such a varied menu and the prices are very reasonable we will make cote a restaurant we visit regularly.

Excellent meal and service. I booked on line and got the booth, as requested. The staff were polite and attentive. I had the omelette which was delicious.

Despite being offered complimentary dessert, the service here is not acceptable. After approximately 40 minutes of waiting for our food, the waiter came over and apologised for the delay and advised it would be another 10 minutes. We had to wait a further 20 minutes for our food to arrive.

Nice friendly staff and good hearty food,the ambience was good and it's in a nice location plus the restaurant was clean and professional, will definitely go again.

Food great, staff attentive - except when it came to getting the bill - we were trying to get away quickly. It took a long time to get the bill - & it was incorrect first time around.

Brilliant service always with a smile and top quality food. Wide range of wines to complement the food menu and I would return again soon.

Friendly staff and excellent food. The manager dealt with spilt champagne blowing up the fridge very well- just the right amount of humour and reassurance.

Like cote but waitress took ages and had to call her over to order despite being quiet and the steak was tasteless but wouldnt stop me going again as normally good

Fun, relaxed afternoon with friends! Relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff, but didn't rush us. Cote is on the pricy side, but we knew that before we booked! Will book again for a special occasion :)

Poor service, good food! No matter of the location, the service is poor, today they brought bread and butter to the table to share but we had no plates and we waived and ask for plates!

A delightful experience. Staff very welcoming ,helpful and food excellent as it always is. I recommend Cote to many friends and especially families with children. Th Restuarant never fails them . Thank you.

Went for lunch (24May17). We were looking for lighter (summer) meals and were not dissappointed. We enjoyed good tasty food in pleasant surroundings. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

I admire this restaurant for it's freshly cooked meals and the quality of the ingredients used. The service is always impeccable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Above all I like the portion size. This means that wastage is cut to the minimum. If you feel hungry and want more there is a usually a good choice of side dishes. I also think the prices are reasonable. No wonder its my favourite place t o dine in Ealing.

We had a lovely meal. The food and ambience was so good. It was very busy and it was just unfortunate that we were initially given the wrong bill and it took so long to pay!

Excellent service.We came here for my daughters birthday and had asked if the staff would be able to place balloons and presents on the table before arriving for us,they did this for us and her face was lit up so nice!.We dined from the la carte menu and all food arrived on time.Would highly recommend coming in day or evening.Thanks so much to all the staff for making it a brilliant evening once again.

Good service. Food tasty but the gratin potato was dry and not very creamy. The apple crumble was delicious and I will definitely be returning.

Food good as always but the service was a bit erratic. When the bill arrived we had been charged for complimentary items. So do be sure to check!!

Too much noise, one could hardly hear oneself speak, and slow service. We had to beckon the waitress over to place our food order, and again later to request the dessert menu. Need more staff.

Very good service as usual. The food was very good. We go there about every 6 weeks because it is good value for money and NOT noisey!

The restaurant has a lovely ambience. The meal was very good apart from the fact that there were a number of large fish bones in my friend's fish dish. The dish had potato on top so she did not notice until she had a mouthful of bones, which was very distressing

We took a friend who had not been to a Cote before and she was very impressed, especially with the quality of the food. We were very happy as usual but I have taken off the highest mark as our waitress, though very pleasant, was a little over attentive. We were frequently asked if we were all right and our plates were whipped away while the last mouthful was being swallowed. Otherwise it was good and we look forward to our next visit. What has happened to Cote Rewards? I have been booking regularly - twice a month or more but nothing has been offered us since February.

Starter was excellent, also the main course was excellent. A special offer on Viognier wine completed the meal to a very high standard. Marchin the waiter gave a really good personal service

Excellent food and service. The Breton fish stew was delicious. The server was attentive. I will definitely return. I really liked the large linen serviettes.

Service was very attentive and sppedy which was appreciated as we were off to the theatre. Fish and chips was under seasoned but minute steak was well cooked and tasty.

It was easy to book online. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and the service was good throughout the meal. We only had one course as we were going to the theatre. Would defiantly recommend.

Good food in a relaxed informal atmosphere. Service was prompt and friendly. We used the early evening limited menu for Starters and Main course and chose desserts from the a la carte. Overall a very good experience.

The food was delicious as always, and the main meal was even served up nice and hot! The Manageress was super efficient and friendly. We had a lovely evening.

Normally it is very good but on this occasion it was pretty poor. Under staffed and food was over cooked. They were not busy at the time so there wasn't an excuse
