Reasonable meal again. But no points again! Shown as cancelled!!
Very nice meal. Enjoyed the wine too. Busier than normal.
Always happy with my visits to Cote. Friendly staff and great food!
Cote never disappoints. Lots of choice and it all tastes good. Lovely friendly staff as well.
Enjoyed Vegan Burger this time although not very French! Service was excellent.
Nice food, nice service! A bit crowd on the day visited but still good enough.
Starters not great. Crab not fresh and beetroot salad lacked flavour. Fish stew was nice and rich but bread slices were stale. Desserts were good. We had h to be pear and almond clafoutis and rum baba. The house wine was fine and complimentary. The service from the waitress was indifferent but her make trainee was pleasant.
Breakfast good but a lot more expensive now. The formula deal has gone.
A very good meal, we all enjoyed our food. A bit too noisy with Christmas parties. Lovely staff
Popped in for lunch and had the wine pairing menu. Had a great afternoon, meal and great service!
This booking was made on behalf of my Mum, for her birthday. She took herself for lunch and said she had an amazing afternoon. Sofiane, who is one of our favourite waiters at the Ealing branch, was looking after her. She said everything was great - food, atmosphere and service.
Fantastic service and great food! The atmosphere was nice and the cocktails were delicious!
Very friendly service at this Cote always. Also the food was so delicious. Highly recommend!
Great food and drink and brilliant service! Thanks guys! See you soon!
Great prix fix menu. Still good value. Service is good.
We had the set menu. Good value but not as good as usual.
Ealing reopening celebrations when we arrived but didn’t know about beforehand. Group of singers outside which was nice. But had ok meal but service was not so good. We realised when we left, after noticing a discarded card that we could have had a complimentary drink! As regular customers we were not happy as we weren’t offered it.
We both had the set menu last night with a bottle of white wine. Overall it was very nice. Food portions and cooking were better than last time. Excellent value wine! Service was good.
Came for a birthday celebration and they were very polite and the food was glorious and fresh as usual
Always great food and fantastic atmosphere with attentive staff, never fails to deliver a wonderful evening
Always wonderful to come to Cote Ealing, the food is lovely and staff are so polite.
Went with my family from Spain and they were so happy to find traditional well cooked food wit attentive staff
My family and I love coming here, we love the food the atmosphere and the polite staff.
Not as busy as the last time I went, but then it was a Tuesday. The staff seemed a lot less bubbly and enthusiastic than the last time I was at Cote in Ealing, so overall a bit lacking in atmosphere. Food as always was good and the set menu still excellent value even at the new higher price .... But... I need to know what's happened to the usual stoneware water bottles?
Great food as usual and nice service. I love the fixed price menu and the options it offers, great value for money
we had a very food time in this Place really all very food recommended
We had a lovely meal but unfortunately they had run out of all the deserts in the set menu except for one.. Our dishes were delicious though.
Brilliant new menu. Lovely Good Friday evening! Thanks guys! Mark
I love this place I could easily eat breakfast, lunch and dinner . 😛
Côte has excelled itself again, this time with its stunning Seasonal special offering of châteabriand: the ultimate sharing dish. I keep inviting different friends to join me in the treat; and all have judged it a "wow!". It is attractively presented on a wooden platter with a generous bed of delicious red cabbage. Also included in the price are two side dishes, for example fries or gratin potatoes and one if the lovely vegetable dishes such as spinach or green beans. The recommended wine is St Emilion, but I opted for my all time favourite Château Treviac, now also served conveniently by the glass.
Christmas has arrived, in the form of Côte's Menu de Noël. it went down a treat with the whole party. Most went for the Wild Mushroom Paté, and the Gravadlax Blini was also tasty and generous. Two had Chou Farci and the Breton Fish Stew and Rib-eye Steak were also hits. We nearly all had the stupendous Chocolate Fondant, and the Tarte au Citron was deemed enjoyable too. One of our party is susceptible to infection, so we asked for the servers to wear masks, which they did willingly. We were grateful and it helped make the occasion. Thanks again.
Another delightful meal at Cote Ealing. The French onion soup was tasty and the perfect winter warmer. Sea bass and fennel superb and my companion enjoyed the Côte burger. The quality of service never ceases to amaze me at Côte. Sofiane remembered my favourite main course (sea bass with fennel) and even how I like it cooked. Not only that but our favourite wine (Treviac - red, now also available by the glass).
Delighted with the new "Fall" menu. It includes some wonderful winter warmers such as French onion soup and Cassoulet de Toulouse. just like going back to France, but without the hassle. Welcome to new manager Reesh who has a long history with Cote for an exciting new period that, I am told, will include a refurbishment early next year.
Cote never fails to impress and that is why I had no hesitation in inviting three guests to join me. everyone was delighted with their meal. including the one of us that had the stunning value prix fixe. of the starters, the chicken liver pate and pate aux cepes went down especially well. of the mains we would recommend the Ribeye and roasted seabass (especially generous as a la carte) with its delightful braised fennel. Next came the mess aux fruits rouge, a lovely if indulgent reminder of autumn. Presided over by the super-efficient and charming Anja. I have just learned that the moules specials may not be on the new menu coming shortly, so need to book again quickly to sample them again. Last time they were superb. Let's hope they make it back on a later menu while the season lasts.
Good meal for everyday dining but don’t expect anything special. We had 3 courses. Crab starter ok but needed some vinegar or lemon juice. The mussels were fresh but sauces were a bit weak especially the Provençal one. The Eton mess type dessert was again nice but pretty basic. Wine reasonable cost.
Yet another delightful meal. Despite the new restaurants opening up, Cote remains the best in Ealing. And unrivalled value, especially the prix fixe menu. Efficient and smiling service from Panos. Food fresh, well prepared and generous. The heritage tomatoes starter and chicken main from the fixed price menu were enjoyable as was the red Berry mess. The Devon crab was a first class treat, so too the sea bass and scrumptious fennel.
We had a lovely evening especially after a busy day site seeing in London
Lovely staff, warm welcome and my fish was excellent. Found it noisy though and difficult to hear. Maybe an age problem?
A warm welcome on a cold day! Back to a lovely alternative to home where you know the charming AND efficient staff, though ‘staff’ seems too cold a word! Breakfast was lovely. And the three of us will be back on Sunday. And a birthday next week. And Christmas on the 22nd. And some Côte at-Homes...
Great veggie breakfast but would like burford eggs. Good service.
Had French toast breakfast. Very nice but not enough fresh fruit as in photos! Cappuccinos are good there but pomegranate juice was more like a cordial. Friendly staff.
Great as usual! Good service and nice brunch. Still good value.
Good but not so great. Food average and little change to menu. Service good.
Hello - As I have mentioned many a time in the past, Cote is our preferred restaurant in Ealing and this very, very much because it's run by Ania. We've been coming to Cote ever since it opened and for many of us who are local, we treat it as a stand-alone restaurant, knowing full well it's part of a big chain. Back to Ania - as she's been involved in this particular branch for so many years and in various positions before she became the GM, she's become family to many of us and she always treats us as long-lost friends when we come back, this either for a single cup of coffee, or for a sit-down dinner - she's genuinely happy to see us. I hope you appreciate what you've got in Ania and treat her accordingly. All going well, I'll be back having dinner before the year's over, if you're allowed to open again before the end of this most troublesome year. In the meantime I'll head out to Bahrain and China, being in the service business myself - and being in that, I KNOW that you can't get much better than Ania. Thanks to her and the entire Ealing team.
Amazing service, fabulous food & great staff. Can't wait to visit again.
Great food and friendly efficient service, overall a very good experience
We had a lovely meal on the last night before the Xmas lockdown. We had the set festive menu. All our dishes were delicious.
Consistently reliable and good. Wonderfully friendly staff. Just keep going and enjoy ........
Lovely, friendly, attentive service. Wishing them all the best for the festive season.
Really excellent food served by friendly, efficient staff. My favorite restaurant in Ealing!
