Very reliable with good food and excellent service. Good value for money. Staff very well trained. Position in Chichester makes it a good place to meet

We had a fabulous evening in Cote Chichester on New Years Eve. Food was very good and the waiting staff exellent. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Attentive staff but not overbearing. We felt well looked after on New Year's Eve. The fixed menu catered for all six in our group. Will eat there again.

Good food but service could be better. The waiter brought unwanted wine which we refused but it was added to our bill anyway. We queried it and it was removed before payment.

Visited for a late lunch today.Excellent gluten free options as usual and fantastic service by all staff. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again.

Our waiter Lesley was fantastic and was very attentive. Due to a broken glass incident, he replaced one of our meals without question. We had a lovely time - thank you.

As usual a lovely breakfast with superb service. Quality is very good and Cotes is certainly one of our favourites both for the food and friendly and helpful staff.

First time we have visited Cote for New Years Eve and we were not disappointed. The food,service and ambience were up to the usual standard so we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Had the New Year's Eve menu and as always the standard of food and service, given how busy it was, were excellent. The only reason it's not a 6 is for me the selection of the Hors d'oeuvres for the menu did not really complement each other. The bread went with the olives or the soup but the soup, which was a delicious cauliflower soup, was somewhat overpowered by the garlic olives.

Excellent meal, as usual from a Cote restaurant. I love their cheese and spinach pancakes in the light meals selection. Looking forward to enjoying it again.

The restaurant was kind and accommodating at lunch today bringing out, as requested, our toddler’s meal with the starters. Each of us enjoyed our menu choices: my main course, pan roast belly pork, was delicious though my starter of calamari was a little overcooked and a bit unrelenting in the breadcrumbing. That said, my daughter’s moules were the nicest she’d had for some time, the prawns and crab starters were praised, as were the steak frites. Just my calamari, then. 🙂 overall, a very good experience.

Fantastic breakfast for 6. Attentive staff, staff were informative and went more than the extra mile to make our celebration on new years eve that the more special.

The food was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. The venue is pleasant and spacious. Since my wife is coeliac, we particularly value the wide choice of gluten-free dishes and the seriousness with which her needs are catered for.

we dined after attending a performance at the Chichester festival theatre. Cote is located equal distance between the station and the theatre. As always food and service were both good.

Good food and quick service for party of four adults and a five year old child early evening. The child's main course was brought with the adult's starters. Good atmosphere. Best crème brulee I have had!

We visited on Christmas Eve when the restaurant was of course pretty busy. Nonetheless the service was friendly and efficient. All three of us enjoyed our meals which were well presented and tasty. As usual the Creme Caramel rounded everything off splendidly.

Great atmosphere. Very buzzy and lively. Excellent wine and range of food. For us the fish was just slightly over cooked otherwise it would have been five stars for the evening.

This is definitely the best Cote we have dined at. The food was excellent and the staff extremely efficient and courteous. This is our third or fourth visit and has been consistently good.

A very welcome and enjoyable return to our favourite restaurant in Chichester. Service, food and atmosphere were all everything we have come to expect and we look forward to our next visit.

THis is a very friendly, welcoming restaurant with cheerful staff who work hard to make your visit a success. The food is classic French bistro style, nicely presented and always reliable.

Regret that Fever Tree Tonic was not available for my Bombay Sapphire Gin!! When are you going to catch up with other top range restaurants who always offer Fever Tree as the house tonic?

Had a wonderful table in the window, staff excellent as always and really make you feel welcome. We had a breakfast with crepes and a croque monsieur. Both excellent.

Great food and service as always. Slight issue with one meal but Manager was quick to offer replacement and adjustment to bill. Great customer service goes a long way.

Another really good experience at Cote Chichester. We visit here regularly and are never disappointed - good food and wine at fair prices served by well trained and happy team - also the only place in Chichester you can go on a Sunday that has any atmosphere!

Excellent service, excellent food. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were warm and friendly and when the waiter misunderstood our drinks order, he gave us two drinks for free as an apology. He didn't have to do that but it was a nice touch.

Friendly restaurant, happily complied with our request to be moved from the music source, very good service and delicious food. We will go back when next in Chichester.
