Our favourite chain lived up to expectations. Hiowever they were very busy and had sold out of our favourite steak tartare. The staff were great and food fabulous

Food good but how people are served needs training and staff organisation needs improvement. Not as good value as before. The food is becoming pricey.

Good food- good service- good atmosphere - as usual! Its difficult to find new positive things to comment on! there's no reason to look elsewhere.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, amazing value for money, we had the 3 course pre theatre meal and a very nice bottle of wine which was just the right size portions not to feel too full sitting watching a play for 2 hours! Very good service too.

Welcomed on arrival and taken to the table. Given time to chose from the two menus. Food came quickly, wine was excellent. We were away in time for our concert.

Côte always offers good food at an affordable price. In other words, great value for money. The staff are always efficient, good natured and helpful.

great food, great staff. Celebrated a special birthday which the staff helped us celebrate Staff friendly and attentive without being to fussy. As usual a great evening.

The pre-theatre menu was varied and attractively priced, and the meal delicious. The decor, lighting and ambience made for a pleasant occasion. Staff were attentive but not obtrusive, and although we arrived early we were seated immediately.

Dined at Cote Chichester last evening before going to a concert in the cathedral. As always the food on the fixed price menu was excellent and the service was first class notwithstanding that the restaurant was full of pre-theatre and pre-concert goers. By reserving the table for 6pm we were not sure that we had left ourselves time for three courses, but our server and the kitchen excelled themselves in producing the food quickly (but without rushing us) and we even had time for coffee! We shall be back and soon.

We were served by helpful friendly staff. The food was good and well presented. A good wine list with something for all tastes and budget. Restaurant well situated near to the Cathedral and shopping. It represented good value for money and I would definitely go there again

The theatre supper was excellent and we went back for pudding and coffee after the performance, rounding off a perfect evening perfectly. Good suggestion from the manager some years ago. Will return

Excellent lunch, spot on!! I often visit for dinner and this was my first lunch. Very good. I must try their breakfast in the near future

We had the set menu. The starter was delicious, pork loin slices with celeriac remoulade. The main course, however, was disappointing. We both had the haddock with pea puree. The haddock needed seasoning. The few lardons scattered on top looked sad, so the presentation was not good. The creme caramel dessert was excellent. Service was very good though.

We had a very good experience. Staff friendly an d food excellent. I would certainly recommend the restaurant and look forward to visiting again very soon

Good food at good prices. Staff very friendly as usual. Have visited several Cote restaurants in various towns and cities and am never disappointed. Highly recommend this restaurant chain.

Well presented, tasty dishes for adults and kids alike from an interesting menu. Alert, friendly service and good value Saturday lunch, perfect for a pre-theatre meal.

Cote really gets it right , there are a few chains in its class but none seem to touch it for value for money and quality.

Great atmosphere with a very reasonable price and the food is really delicious. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Will always come here.

What stops this establishment from being rated 6 is the ridiculous 12.5% surcharge for taking the top off a bottle of Meteor or opening a bottle of wine

The food is always good and the service is quick. The waiting staff are friendly. Always good value.We usually choose from the set menu which has a good choice.

Food always good, atmosphere always great and service good. Wine could be colder when first served, this does need to be addressed as it is an on going problem.

I have been to this restaurant twice now and I have never been disappointed. Great food, great staff and overall, a brilliant exsperience! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent food, good service and lovely atmosphere. we have been here several times and the food has always been better than expected. classic good food. we felt slightly rushed this time as our starter came very quickly but we asked them to hold back our mains for a bit which they were happy to do.

As always, the set menu was well served and delicious. My friend and I were given our favourite table as requested and the service was efficient and friendly without intruding. As always, a most enjoyable lunch.

Fabulous meal and service love this restaurant will definitely return and recommend to all of my friends and family 😊 Had the butternut squash and carrot soup to start it was amazing and for main course I had the chicken with dolphina potatoes couldn’t fit in a pud and finished with an amazing cappuccino.

The food was very good with an extensive menu offering lots of choices. My wife had the monkfish wrapped in bacon & I had fish parmentier- a most excellent fish pie. For desert my wife had creme caramel & I had the tarte aux pommes. The service was very good and all in all it was a most enjoyable evening.

We always enjoy our visits to Chichester, and especially Cote. The staff are always very friendly and the food was delicious as usual. A most enjoyable evening. 😊

Very welcoming attentive staff. Cram & tidy restaurant. The food was lovely. We didn’t have to wait long to be served and it was piping hot.

Good menu selection including plenty of classic bistro dishes. Dishes were generously portioned, nicely cooked and presented well. Staff were welcoming and service was excellent.

Great service but personally felt some items a little over priced considering the content. The cod gujons dish for example is little more than fish fingers and chips with a lot of peas !

This was a really enjoyable meal. We had visitors fro France who were impressed with the food and by the fact there was French beer and cider!

Food was good as usual- eventually. Service good at the beginning and end. We waited about 30 minutes after ordering and were ignored for the bit in the middle. Had to struggle to attract attention to get another drink. No one told us there would be a wait for our food. But I will be back.

Good welcome. Food quite good - the Fish Parmentier was a little bit dry. The wine was good and served at the correct temperature. The Crème Caramel was divine!

Buzzing atmosphere. Very good service and excellent meal. It was a good job we had booked a table - at 1.00 p.m. on a Tuesday they were turning people away. As always good value for money. No wonder it’s so popular.

We had a lovely meal the staff are always friendly professional very helpful and we noticed the staff are happy and very pleasing. The presentation of our meals was excellent our steaks were cooked to perfection it was a delightful Lunch Thank you.

Excellent staff and service and good food. Booking easy with prompt confirmation. It would have been a six but for the salt cod starter which did not live up to expectations.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night and staff were great. Our meeting finished earlier than anticipated and therefore the restaurant were able to sit us down much earlier than booked.

Wasn’t given enough time to Look at menu felt very rushed. White wine was not cold, and creamed spinach was tasteless. For a £75 bill I was not impressed at all. The atmosphere was very pleasant though.
