As usual, we were greeted in a friendly and timely manner as we entered. offered a choice of tables (although the restaurant was already quite busy). Excellent service throughout and the food was of a very high standard.

Love visiting this Cote restaurant. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and good value. Look forward to going again soon. Highly recommended.

Service was very good as usual, staff friendly and helpful. My steak frites today was a little on the tough side, but good flavour. Will return.

Good service and good food. The lunch time menu had items that we enjoyed. Staff appeared to be happy working in the restaurant and were cheerful.

Very Easy to book online. Lovely delicious meal with excellent service from a happy team. Will definitely be going back to enjoy the experience all over again.

Service was good. No NS SAV blanc by glass French Bergerac okish. Asparagus w hollandaise very good. Breton fish stew average lots of onion not a lot of flavour. May be a while before I return

A very pleasant experience, catching up with friends and enjoying delicious food served by pleasant staff. And leaving feeling that you have not been overcharged. Well done!

Service a little slow even though restaurant was not over busy. As a regular visitor to Cote in Norwich found the atmosphere and welcome here somewhat underwhelming. I feel if it was my default Cote restaurant would not be a regular visitor. Food acceptable but not inspiring.

We had an excellent breakfast at Cote Chichester. Excellent value and all very tasty, and well cooked. The service was also excellent as always. Thank you.

Food prepared with care and attention, and well served by friendly, efficient and attentive staff. An enjoyable experience. My continued criticism with Cote is that some dishes are overpriced, and under portioned, ie: potato fries.

The Restaurant is very nice and buzzy, the staff are good, the food is excellent, but did not like the 12% added to the Bill, thought that was a bit steep. Much prefer to leave my own Tip

Really can't fault Cote. Good set menus - plenty to choose from. Perhaps the menu is slightly too large. Excellent wine list. Staff charming and efficient. The service has improved so much from our last visit, when the obsequiousness was unbearable.

First time. Found expensive. Breakfast was good but small for the price. Nice atmosphere. Still expensive. I heard lots of good things about this place but I was a bit disappointed, sorry.

One item ordered was forgotten and the whole meal was over in 1 hour with little if no gap between courses. It felt like a fast food outlet !,

First the good things: lovely main and dessert, good service in this lovely restaurant, as usual. However, the much flagged-up starter of asparagus with hollandaise sauce v disappointing. Both had no flavour and sauce was glutinous. The asparagus was overcooked - and there was absolutely no lemon flavour at all in the sauce. 5 spears at £6.95 worked at £1.39 each. When the waiter asked us, no, told us, that we had enjoyed it, yeah? we told him politely that we were disappointed and why. No further mention was made of it and no action taken.

The food and service was very good but there was limited choice in aperitif drinks especially alcohol free. Venue noisy due to hard decorative surfaces. Soft furnishings help to cut conversation noise levels.

Both the food and the service were excellent. We were well looked after. A quiet (at breakfast time) and spacious restaurant which is a pleasure to eat in.

Pleasant efficient staff. The chicken pieces in my salad could have been checked over a bit more - some not very nice looking bits, but all ok apart from that. Even thought the option is there to remove it, don't like the 12.5% service charge added to bill, would rather leave what I wanted, i.e. the usual 10%.

Our visit was excellent. The service as first class . Our waitress Paulina was so helpful and smiley. She couldn’t do enough for us . We will return . Thank you .

Good food, polite and efficient service, timing just right for pre theatre meal. I particularly enjoyed the smoked mackerel and beetroot salad - just a starter but could have done for a main. Delicious!

Good overall but one of my group really didn’t like her flat bread starter and it would have been a nice gesture if they hadn’t charged for her dessert.

Excellent menu with so many mouthwatering options it is always difficult to decide. Food and service were as good as usual. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday dinner.

Good food, one of my favourite places to eat in Chichester. Service was a bit slower than usual but it was a Saturday evening and very busy.

The service was efficient but relaxed and the food was very delicious. The decor was good and my Husband and Mum who had dinner with enjoyed their meal too.

Really good food, specials were seasonal and tasty. great atmosphere especially when the lights go down around 8pm and friendly service. Will be back again.

As a starter we chose onion soup. This was full of very stringy cheese, large wedge of bread at the bottom of the bowl and very little soup. It was difficult to eat and enjoy, most disappointing. The remainder of the meal was very good.
