An excellent meal out; the ambiance in Chichester is just right, the service perfect and the food delicious, Add to this very reasonable pricing and you have all the ingredients for a perfect evening out.

Our evening was as good as always. We are never rushed and the food is good. Service is good and value for money is excellent.

Food is always excelllent and the staff are friendly and helpful. My husband said the onion soup was very tasty and my duck pate was tasty too. We both had the chicken Breton, absolutely no complaints.

The food was very good - the mushroom soup and cod croquettes very tasty, as was the hake and beans. We really enjoyed the Grand Marnier Crepes too. Manager Wael very welcoming and staff attentive, as always.

Very friendly and efficient staff, although the service wasn't quite as fast as usual. A good selection of dishes on the early evening menu, well cooked and well presented.

we all know Cote by now ....reliable and flavourful food , good service and relaxed dining . My personal issue always is that all are trained to ask you how it is just after starting but very few clear the table st your convenience . That is when you have all finished. Some customers do not care but i do have an issue with looking at dirty plates for ten minutes when you have all well finished. Hence the reduced score on this occasion On that very personal -

Very good food and service as ever. Plenty to choose from on the menu. The iced berries were really tasty. Would definitely recommend, but you do need to book as it is always pretty full.

As always this restaurant offers exceptional food, service and value especially if you choose from either of the set menus......I always have the soup, which is delicious and the fish mains are great. Wines are a reasonable price although bear in mind there is a 12.5% service charge applied to the whole bill, although it is optional.

Lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. Lovely venue in the heart of historic Chichester - great food and service. They serve breakfast on Sunday up to 13.00.

Service was quick but noisy in the restaurant. Requested mayonnaise but the waitress didn’t hear so I requested it again and I do not believe she was pleased about it and banged it on the table. Disappointed

Another great meal for a great price! My friend who had dined at a very exclusive hotel in London the previous day declared that she had enjoyed the Côte meal more! The chicken chasseur was delicious.

The food as usual was very good and the service was exelent and the staff were very friendly . We very much enjoyed the evening.

I am a frequent customer of the Brighton Cote. This was my first visit to the Chichester one but found the same friendly staff and good food in relaxed surrounding. I will be staying in Chichester at Christmas with a friend and will certainly book again. Full marks!

Cote in Chichester is consistently good, with friendly, professional staff. On the set menu I'd personally prefer it if there were fewer options that included either capers or mustard, as I dislike both ingredients. Having said that, I can always find options that I want to eat.

Lovely meal as usual at Cote. The only annoying thing was that the waitresses were rather too quick at clearing our plates away after second and third courses - tried to take my husband’s before he had finished his chocolate pot! So we did feel a bit rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t at all full. First time we’ve ever had this problem, as the Cote staff are usually excellent.

Lovely lunch at Cote, the waiter was very knowledgeable and was happy to give us recommendations on food and drink. Very enjoyable- we will be visiting again soon.

Usually I would give Côte the maximum rating but this time the food was not as delicious as usual. The bean salad with the hake was dull and my friend’s baked Camembert was disappointing.

Everything about this restaurant is superb from the greeting as you walk in to the every detail on how you are looked after. Needless to say the food is excellent with a wonderful warm atmosphere. Thankyou.

As usual a thoroughly enjoyable experience, food good, staff attentive without being over the top. We mentioned it was a special occasion and lo two Kir Royals appeared at our table courtesy of the restaurant.

Always a warm welcome and great service - it was a birthday for one of our party and he certainly appreciated the complimentary Buck’s Fizz! The breakfast menu has something for everyone and was beautifully prepared and served.

Great breakfast today and staff dealt with our complex menu requests due to our range of food allergies! Food always cooked to a high consistent standard and staff friendly and professional.

Reserved a table. On arrival we were placed next to a very large noisy table. We asked to be moved to another area away from the large table but were refused. Cote down a £100 but we found a new restaurant to spend our money.

Cote is always reliable, whatever the occasion and whatever the time of day. The food is excellent, and the service always friendly and attentive. Thoroughly recommended!
