As in the previous visit I have been very satisfied with the service and food

As usual the atmosphere was busy but the service great. Staff attentive and friendly. A perfect birthday lunch with my husband.

Excellent as always , superb change of menu, good choices.

Lovely staff and food but resent the 12.5% 'discretionary' gratuity added on the bill. I never want to make a point of asking it to be removed and really don't think it is appropriate to make customers feel forced to pay such a high tip. It isn't discretionary at all - it's a liberty. I love Cote but that takes the edge off for me.

I booked table and it was as requested there on time. All pretty good. Only thing that annoys me is that the 12.5% tip includes the wine. It should only apply to the food.

As always Cote excellent food & service just found seating arrangements more crowded in Chichester than in previous visits to other Cote branches, but we are "oldies probably why we found seating a little difficult. Lovely to use a brasserie used & enjoyed by ALL ages, babies to octegenarians.

Limited lunch menu but good value for the money! Reasonable price for the wines too!

A very enjoyable lunch. A good range of choice on both set menus and all dishes very tasty and well cooked. Free birthday Kirs also much appreciated.

Main courses were not pIping hot. Starter and dessert were fine. Staff dealt with my criticism very well and deleted charges. No complaint. Will visit again. No complain

Lovely breakfast as usual. Staff can be hit and miss depending on who is serving. If you want your drinks hot and with your food ask them to bring them when your breakfast arrives.

Bit of a let down for Valentines night. No decorations, food rushed, no plates for bread and olives, desert spoon for soup, extra for vegetables.

Is Côte changing? Smaller portions, less attention to service and quality? Last two experiences (different locations) have been below par. Am due to visit another branch in two weeks so will see if this is just a blip.

A lovely brasserie and we always enjoy our meals there. A very good choice especially for gluten free dishes.We use cote in Winchester frequently for the same reasons.

Good service, enjoyable food and great for pre theatre supper because they are good at getting you served and out in time. Restaurant is somewhat noisy which is not so good for the hard of hearing.

Very nice atmosphere and service - food good value compared to other local establishments. a bit noisy eraly on at 1400 but better when less people in- coffee machine very noisy. stairs to toilets could/would be a problem for many older clienst but we managed (78/82 !!)j

We visited Cotes on a Wednesday evening. Fortunately we had booked a table as it was very busy. The staff were welcoming and our waitress particularly friendly. The meal was delicious and very well presented. We have been to this restaurant for lunch on several occasions and often recommend it to others.

Excellent service and delicious food prior to theatre trip.The only slight let down was the Tarte Au Citron pastry base was soggy . Good choice of dishes from the set and main menus catering for all tastes .

Chichester’s Cote never disappoints. The restaurant is the perfect location for a pre-theatre meal. It manages to combine a stylish outlook with culinary excellence. First class all round.

We find the staff very friendly and courteous, the food is nicely presented and good quality. We enjoying eating at Cote, atmosphere has a buzz. We always enjoy eating there. Robert and Una

The food was good, the prices reasonable and the service polite, cheerful, attentive and prompt. We like the ambience and the situation within easy walking distance of the theatre is very convenient. We shall continue to patronise Cote.

As always we were very happy with the friendly service and overall food quality. Our small complaint was dealt with quickly and in a efficient way. As we are regulars in. Chichester and Sloane Square we think the menu could be changed more frequently but that is a minor complaint

Absolutely excellent, as always. By far the best place to eat in Chichester, especially if you want a pre-theatre meal. Superb staff, quick service and excellent staff.

As always we arrived at Cote Chichester to a warm welcome. Our meal was excellent and amazing value for such a high standard at a very reasonable price. The service was friendly and knowledgable and that is why we are regulars here. Will be back soon

An excellent early evening. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than we'd booked, but no problem to the helpful staff here. Our waiter Lesley, was helpful, friendly and accommodating. My husband had cod goujons and I had the Breton fish stew, both of which were tasty and piping hot. The only downside was the citron presse, which was nothing like the real thing, just cloudy lemonade.
