Great venue for lunch but can be Very noisy towards the rear of the restaurant

Another wonderful meal at Cote Brasserie in Chichester. The staff are all excellent. we rate it among the top restaurants in the city. The only negative is the noise level.

Introduced. 4 friends to breakfast at Cote and we were delighted by the food and the efficient friendly service.

Did similar review direct from e-mail from Cote! Everything was beyond reproach, even giving us a break, asked for, between mains and dessert. Have been several times before, and will keep going back.

Food and service always great, value for money with good ingredients, only problem is that the noise level is always too loud nothing to deaden so echo's very difficult for people with hearing aids. please put back carpets or blinds. Thank you.

Lovely meal and service. My cold poached egg on the delicious smoked haddock fish cake stopped me giving 6 stars.

As usual, everything was of the best: food, wine, service and ambience, even though it was a Tuesday. We will keep going back.

Only niggle is that my son ordered moule's and frites as a main course and I felt it a bit small, more the size of a starter really. Lots of nice sauce left which could have been mopped up with some bread (as included) would have been nice too. Also the steak tartare could have been more generous with steak ( although I loved the flavour!) and I think the classic way of serving it with a yolk on top is best. The young waitress who served us was divine! A lovely personality.

You can always depend on Cote Brasserie for good quality food at a very reasonable price. The menu offers a variety of choice, the food was well prepared and well presented. The restaurant is in a good location and has a good atmosphere. The service, with a smile, was efficient and timely

A very pleasant evening, with good food and service but 2.75 for a few slices of bread was a bit much.

Cote Chichester never fails to deliver. Really nice meal this evening with the veal sirloin cooked to perfection As was my friends swordfish. We really enjoyed the complementary cocktail of the month but this was an added bonus and meal still excellent value even if this hadn’t been offered. This really is one of the best restaurants in Chichester for good honest fare and certainly one of the best Cote. It’s also nice to go to a restaurant with familiar faces and a stable management team.

it is good to see that the staff waiting at the tables have remained the same for many years. Though we only visit this Cote once a year the waitress and maitre d' recognised us and welcomed us warmly. The food is of excellent quality. In fact we had breakfast the following morning and the breakfast chef is to be praised for his delicious preparation of a hot 'Formule'. We were given our favourite table at the window. We'll be back!

Superb ingredients well prepared and coked, beautifully presented were simply delicious. Our waiter, Hugo, was the very best we have had in our three nights in Cote. He was attentive and courteous and enhanced the enjoyment of our meal.

Yet again another excellent lunch and the best minute steak around plus, of course, the very best creme caramel. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I had a most enjoyable supper with an elderly gentleman friend. The food was delicious, atmosphere relaxed and thankfully peaceful. The premises are surpisingly spacious. The ambience is delightful.

Dinner here with 5 friends on Saturday everything was perfect except the lobster had sold out! Returned today for lunch and lobster was back and delicious. This chain of restaurants is amazing. Which ever one we visit we have the same wonderful experience. Thank you

As always, a super meal. We've never had a bad meal in the Chichester branch of Cote: the food is top quality, but what makes it really special is the service. The staff are uniformly excellent, from Tyrone to all the others - Waal, Hugo, Giorgi, Page, Gerry, Anna and everyone else. It makes it a pleasure to eat here. Thank you!

Great couldn’t be better. I have No more to say!

Only disappointment was that the lobster, a July special, had run out...on Juillet 14! It was why we chose to celebrate Bastille Day at French Côte. Our substitute dishes of tuna and veal were excellent, as are the staff as ever.

Excellent food as usual and friendly helpful.staff. Best book.to be safe.

As always, and for breakfast, lunch or like this visit yesterday dinner - ALL boxes would have been ticked as perfect!

We cannot fault this lovely restaurant! The food is delicious, the staff superb and the ambience just right. My wife and I ate there last night and we’re going there twice more in July with friends and family. Thank you to all staff....you really have got it just right!

Côte is always reliable for good food, wine, ambience and service, and for not being exorbitantly priced. My early evening meal was excellent on all counts - Côte Chichester seems to be among the best of the chain.
