We received a very warm welcome & a fast friendly service

Tasty food. Good staff. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Set menu great for an early dinner(very late lunch 😁).

No delay for the table service up to the usual high standard .attentive but not overpowering. Excellent quality meal. Came away completely satisfied. Will continue to eat here.

A good deal for the early evening. We ordered food and drinks but the drinks only arrived just before our meal and after we’d had to remind the staff (and a good 5 minutes after a neighbouring table who had only just ordered theirs). Staff helpful in getting a window seat. The food was fine.

I could not fault either the food or the service. The waitress who served us was attentive, polite and friendly. All the food was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. A very pleasant experience that I would recommend.

Really enjoyed our meal. The staff were so attentive, they noticed when we had used our table water up and brought fresh ones to the table without us having to ask and booked a taxi home with no issues. The food was incredible and lovely warm atmosphere.

On our visit with friends last Sunday, we all thought that Côte had shot into the lead of restaurants in the city centre in Chichester. The standard of the food was very good and the staff most helpful. We also liked that the waiter called us Sir and Madam and not Guys! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the whole experience.

Jasmine was intuitively helpful in timing our main course, allowing us to enjoy our olives, bread and wine first.

Service and food very good. Staff excellent, very helpful and professional, especially as we had to change table as too noisy for our anniversary meal. it was no trouble and we were really glad we did move as we wanted to have a quiet, romantic dinner but were sat next to a table of 6 from a Goodwood event who were a bit loud. We have been a few times and always find the section further in too noisy; section nearer the entrance is much better.

Lunch with friends we had not seen for many years. They had never heard of Cote. We were all impressed by the service that gave us ample time to catch up. We were not rushed in amy way. Thank you

Always a good meal in all the Cotes I have visited, reasonably priced and great taste, The creme caramel is to die for!

We visited Cote in Chichester with our son last Thursday evening. My wife & I knew we’d enjoy it because we always do, but we weren’t quite sure about how our son would respond! He was totally positive! We ate three courses off the early evening and pre-theatre menus and all our food was delicious! The service was (as always) excellent and the ambience just right! Thank you.

2 meals one good the other poor. My main course (the July special) of veal sirloin was awful - a reasonable veal steak swamped by butter on ? Smashed potatoes and surrounded by a mountain of peas. Poor.

Two meals, one good, one poor except for the chocolate fondant. Disappointing meal considering bill came to almost £100 for two. My wife’s meal was good - crab starter, salmon main, tart au citron dessert. Mine was poor apart from excellent chocolate fondant. Starter very ordinary tomato salad, pretty awful veal sirloin ( the veal was fine but absolutely drenched in butter and surrounded by a huge quantity of peas and sitting on greasy potatoes). Even the waiter commented on the peas! With 2 glasses of Sancerre, one 0% alcohol beer and 2 coffees definitely not good value for money. Pleasant, efficient staff.
