My Mum and I shared a wonderful Saturday evening at Cote. Found the staff very welcoming and genuinely friendly. Food service was very quick. We enjoyed what we ordered - generous portions and delicious food menu! A great introduction to Chichester. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality especially for the South African gentleman who was so kind and lovely to us. Please let him know we say hello! Excellent service from long-serving staff - friendly and efficient. Food as high quality as ever - the tournedos Rossini was superb and the espresso martini was a very agreeable alternative to coffee!

Excellent food and excellent service! We arrived very late for our meal, due to two accidents on the Chichester Bypass. However, the staff were totally un-phased and enabled us to have all three courses before leaving in time for the theatre! They turned an initially stressful evening into a really pleasant dining experience! Thank you!

The weather contributed to a peaceful and well served meal at Cote.

The cassoulet didn't quite work. The sauce wasn't thick enough & the croutons a mistake. The duck was very nice tho', the sausage fine. The creme caramel was blissful & the coffee good. A Xmas tree would have been nice + some Xmas lights.

Chichester: Service with a smile, staff that obviously enjoy working there, with a manager who cares. Manager treats customers as if they are visiting his home, not just a restaurant. Food: full of flavour and so enjoyable; we knew we wouldn't be disappointed! Cutlery and crockery clean. Background music enjoyable and good volume Restaurant: warm, wonderful atmosphere with happy, friendly staff. This will always be our first choice for eating out. I hope that other Cote Brasserie restaurants are of the same standards as we are fortunate to have at Chichester.

We came for a late afternoon lunch at 5:00pm. The starter was excellent, however, the Haddock Parmentier had a lot of water in the dish which I drained away onto a separate plate. For dessert, the rhubarb crumble was only warm. The waitress was very helpful and change the dish for the Chocolate Mousse which was fine.

Another great night! Everything came together again to make this a memorable night for all the right reasons. Atmosphere, attention to detail, quality of the food and drink menus, continuity of the staff who obviously enjoy working together and good to see Tyrone back at the helm! You will not find a more accomplished GM anywhere else in this industry and all credit to his team too with special thanks to Georgi, Ana and Wael who looked after us so well on the night.

The food was very disappointing. December starter - Crevettes - 1960's prawn cocktail by another name - pretty tasteless. Main - Whole SeaBass - if it were not for the occasion I would have sent this back - obviously been under a heater - dry and over cooked, poorly filleted - 3 bones. Most unlikely to return or recommend.

The restaurant was full with Christmas diners but the service was nevertheless attentive, professional and personable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere warm and welcoming as always. We’ll be back!

Get friendly efficient service. Quick to take our order and provide the food. Good value as we shared a large Florentine breakfast (too much for just one!) and my daughter had the juice and I had the coffee! They even provided the food (poached eggs and avocado) on two separate plates. It was also no problem to swap the muffin for sour dough toast and leave off the Hollandaise sauce. This is the second time I visited in two days - the only reason it's not 6 stars is I wasn't happy to have a 12.5% gratuity added to the bill on the first occasion when there were 4 of us and on the second occasion had to get the bill altered as they hadn't charged the right amount (the breakfast deal £10.95) as each item appeared separately. However, they changed both bills without too much fuss, allowing us to tip what we considered was appropriate.

Fine except for the surprise when the wrong main dish appeared - no frites etc but all replaced rapidly when pointed out.

Regularly eat at the Chichester Cote restaurant. The service is good, the food is pleasant, the ambience acceptable. All in all a pleasant place to have lunch or late breakfast.

A shame the main course was served cold, but the staff acted upon this very quickly and it was sorted out very efficiently. The main course was beef bourguignon. We have had this course at two different Cote restaurants and both times it was served cold. Maybe needs looking at! We had a lovely evening as is always the case when visiting Cote restaurants.

We had a lovely meal but because it is the Christmas party time of year it became very noisy towards the end of our visit.Shame because up until then it had been a very pleasant evening.

The service and meals for our party of 7 was First Class. Well Done & Thank You.

The food was extremely tasty and well presented. Plenty of staff so things were done in a timely fashion. There were four of us and we all ate off a different menu. The only criticism I had was that my starter was not hot enough. Would go back again and again.

Food as well prepared and enjoyable as ever. But Christmas season....and two unrestrained office parties of people who would have been better placed in a gastro pub. This spoilt our relaxed pre-theatre experience but probably inevitable at this time of year. Grin and bear it. The espresso martinis certainly made up for some of it.

We have dined in Côte Brasserie in Guildford (regularly), Weybridge (before it closed), Harrogate (three evenings on the trot), Richmond and, most recently, Chichester. WITHOUT EXCEPTION the staff, food, drink and service have all been excellent. Thank you.

The booking system on the web worked well and although we were a few minutes early, you managed to find us a table. We enjoyed our rather rushed lunch with our disabled daughter. The food was delicious, the service fast, efficient and attentive, just what we needed as she had to be back at work at two. We found the noise level rather high.We have been before but not for a year or so and we will certainly come again.

Food and service was excellent which we always get from Chichester branch, had the pre theatre menu which is great value for money, well do again for a lovely meal
