Food was excellent and staff were excellent to,whilst there we noticed a lady become unwell we alerted a waiter who promptly got her help ,I feel the guy who attended her was probably in management but he was excellent treating and making sure the lady was okay, Giving 100% to all customers was our first visit but won’t be our last,thank you

Very pleasant. The front of house staff were very accommodating, however the feedback relates to the kitchen. The pork belly skin could have been a little more crispy- the staff tried to correct The chocolate sauce for the Coupe Noir could have been served warm, not cold The plate that the Tart Fine aux Pommes could have been warmed.

It is always a pleasure to eat here. The food is delicious; the wines are always good; and the service is excellent. We eat here quite a lot as it is our favourite restaurant.

My wife & I visited Cote in Chichester this evening for a pre-theatre meal with two friends. As usual, it was a delightful experience and incredibly good value for money. All four of us ate off the fixed price three-course menu, enjoying the special January sale price! We all agreed that when looking at the menu, the only problem was deciding what not to have! The restaurant was understandably very busy, but the service was as good as usual! Thank you Cote for another lovely meal!

As ever we could not fault our visit and the Cote experience. Service, food, wine and atmosphere the best in Chichester. Well done to all including the Chefs.

As I always say the gang at Chichester are the best you can get, we always have a lovely welcome a hand shake and a laugh .

The service was good with a friendly, helpful waiter, but the food was disappointing. We chose the set menu for three people, one portion of the french cottage pie and two portions of the chicken with sarladaise potatoes. The cottage pie was burnt and the chicken was tough and chewy. We mentioned our concerns to the waiter and the cost of the three starters was deducted from the bill. The food at Cote is usually very good and we were disappointed by the poor quality of the main course. The experience means that we are will think twice before going to Cote again.

We booked a table for 6.30 for the pre-theatre menu but despite having eaten our starters by 6.45, we had to wait until 7.25 for our main course to arrive - despite several queries about where the food was. When it did arrive the chicken was a little tough and overcooked. Consequently we were VERY rushed in order to get it eaten to get to the theatre in time. So overall, a very disappointing experience of Cote.

One meal had to be sent back as meat was rubbery. The replacement was fine. The potato on the French version of the cottage pie was dry and unappealing. We also kept having to ask for water. The waiting staff were professional, but are let down by what was a poor dining experience at this Cote, when we have had some lovely meals at others. We wouldn't eat here again.

Excellent food as always at Cote Brasserie. Head and shoulders above most of the other restaurant chains. Please can we have one in my home town of Rye.

My Dad and I went for breakfast, which we have done may times before and thoroughly enjoyed it, giving top ratings for my review afterwards. This time however, even though the service and staff were as excellent as ever, the breakfast was lacking - it seemed smaller than usual and lacking unfortunately It was disappointing when we compared the breakfast to previous visits. It still tasted good but looked underwhelming this time.

We had a table booked for 2pm on a very busy Monday just before Christmas. We were 25 minutes early but couldn't be seated anywhere to have a drink while waiting so had to leave and have our 'aperitif' elsewhere. However, when returning at 2pm our table was ready. The service was fast, friendly and efficient and the food very good. I would thoroughly recommend Cote Brasserie (the Chichester branch at least) but they are missing a trick (lost revenue and customer service) by not having an area to sit and have a drink & nibbles while waiting for the table.

Efficient and friendly service. Food variable. The chargrilled salmon and the special starter(baby artichoke and goats cheese) very good, the warm roquefort salad OK but no walnuts. Cod special woefully under seasoned. Special dessert was unavailable (at 20.15!) Icecream very good. Espressos excellent.

Salmon was lovely but the steak and frites not upto your normal standard It was overcooked and a little tough. Also the mains were served on cold plates which resulted in cold food. However your signature pudding the Creme Caramel was delightful.
