Lovely meal. Great staff. Really enjoyed our visit last night.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening except the people behind us swearing badly! But that wasn’t your fault! Our waitress was brilliant and very helpful !

Placed at the back of the room, with people of a certain age ....on the naughty step Duck quite chewy, not crisp as stated, and after not wanting any potatoes, just the cabbage, was served potatoes, so food already plated up, and waiting in the wings ... Quite rushed , don’t put your cutlery down for a second or else you are cleared away ...

Well we had a restaurant booking in Petworth including an overnight stay but due to storm Dennis coming in we decided to stay local Cote had what I thought was a great choice of valentines menu and so I booked to take my gorgeous husband out for dinner Our experience was excellent and we both cannot wait to go back and are going to try breakfast next time

An excellent evening. The food was outstanding, dishes you would not normally get except on such a special occasion. The service was attentive and the atmosphere buzzing.

We dined from the Saint-Valentin Menu - the Chateaubriand was excellent and the Assiette Gourmande dessert was superbly presented. Staff and service as professional and friendly as usual!

We visited for valentines night where it was exclusively for valentines. We were disappointed that there were no extra special touches. The candles were white, could of been red. No treat such as a rose or chocolate gift as given in other restaurants we have visited before for valentines. The evening felt just like any other at Cote

The food was delicious and the service perfect as usual. Great buzz on a Saturday night and we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail. Always high on our list of preferred restaurants in Chichester.

I understood that the offer of free cocktails was valid when one of the diners ordered from a la carte menu. However the acting manager insisted that everyone had to choose from a la carte. Please clarify the situation. Thank you

As always we had the perfect and in our view the best breakfast outside our kitchen at home - in the Chichester branch. Delightful welcome, spotlessly clean, excellent menu, the ultimate vegetarian with accompaniments with superb service in a relaxed, quiet environment and all at a very reasonable price. A true pleasure to visit!

My wife & I enjoyed another really good breakfast last Saturday at Cote in Chichester. The value was exceptional and we both enjoyed a cooked breakfast + a fruit juice and a hot drink! The staff are just delightful and service is swift, yet totally un-rushed! Perfect!

Always rushed, you have barely finished before they whisk it away and bring the next course, they are often hovering waiting for you to finish. The tall guy,assume manager, has an attitude, he didnt like that i found the coffee bitter, he has been rude to a fellow diner in the past. Wont be returning in a hurry

The first time I have visited this establishment after being recommended by a friend. It was very busy when we arrived but I had booked a table and were offered one right by the window which fortunately did mean it was a bit quieter than in the middle of the restaurant. The service was prompt but not rushed and was very efficient.

Sampled the new February set menu-hard to choose as all sounded good and indeed what we had was superb as usual 😀

We tried the pre theatre fixed price menu. Really impressed by the choice but weren’t quite prepared for the superb quality of the dishes. Wonderfully tasty. Great staff. Highly recommend a visit Thanks!

Met friends for lunch at Cote Chichester on a Tuesday By 12.30pm it was busy! Was a good atmosphere and seating very comfortable and tables not too close together. Service was quick and efficient without feeling "rushed". Reminded me very much of the auberge that we use in France that has a lunch time menu du jour Very slick and professional. The food was very good and well presented. My martini of the month was delicious. If I have a criticism it is that a table of 4 near us were very loud and "braying" which was a bit disconcerting but that's not the fault of Cote, it's inconsiderate privileged people who have no consideration of other diners. Would highly recommend this brasserie.

Excellent lunch, service, a perfect way to start the week.

Your standard of food and service is of the highest order. Nothing is too much trouble. Always a pleasure to visit Chichester Cote. My wife and I have visited a few of your restaurants and the standard is excellent.

We are regular customers and never complain but tonight the steak wasn’t good for one of our party. The waitress almost laughed it off, and eventually the manager agreed to make a token reduction. She ate very little of it but is a regular steak water and said this was the first time it was a dud. Not good at all.

We very much enjoyed our meal at Cote Brasserie in Chichester. The staff were very polite and attentive.

As always cote was buzzing and the food was amazing . Our waitress apologised for the food taking time but actually I think sometimes the food comes too quickly! I want time to soak up the atmosphere so a little wait felt about right. Thank-you for a perfect dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic, the best Cote I have been to and I have been to about 25. The staff are very professional and are excellent at their jobs. They always make you feel very special like you are their number one priority. The food is excellent, there is something for everyone. Cote have got it spot on they cater for all ages and all occasions. I think I have had most things on the menu, today I had the French breakfast, which was gorgeous, almost as good as the vegetarian breakfast which is amazing and I am not a vegetarian!! Thank you very much once again for a fantastic meal. V & S Nicol

Staff were very good and arranged to vary the cooking of our food as we wanted . This enabled us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed way.

Another excellent lunch - eventually! For the first time I had to send back my steak as I could not cut it let alone eat it. However, the response was immediate and a fresh steak appeared quickly as you expect with the high standard of service we are used to at Cote. They really know how to look after you and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
