A lovely birthday meal. Excellent service & food as always. Gluten-free choices far wider than any other local restaurants. Good selection of wines by the glass.

Once again a very pleasurable experience not least because of the helpful attentive staff and the excellent food cooked to perfection - and very good value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Cotes Chichester. The food was of a very high standard, & the service excellent as always. We shall definitely be returning.

A busy Saturday lunchtime but we had booked. Shown to our table immediately and service was efficient but not intrusive. Delicious food-we had the tuna Nicole's and the chicken and walnut salad. Not made to feel like we needed to leave even though we had finished our food. All round a very pleasant lunch. Will come again

Great as usual. Complimentary French 75s were lovely. Swordfish and fillet steak were our mains. Both perfectly cooked. Thank you, Cote. We will see you again very soon.

A new favourite restaurant, good menu choices including gluten free options for coeliacs. Easy access with plenty of nearby parking, lovely atmosphere, reasonable prices and great service too!

We always enjoy Cote, usually before going to theatre. Yesterday was no exception, except as it was a Saturday, no pre-theatre menu. However we had pre-booked and had the delicious complimentary cocktail. The lamb was superb, and the ambience great. We had a very attentive waiter.

My wife and I had a wonderful evening last night. We were given a lovely window seat as requested, and service and food was faultless. Got to be the nicest dining experience in Chichester right now.

The Place to go. Having tried to get a table for lunch , we were disappointed that it was fully booked so we made sure that we booked prior to our next visit to Chichester. We were no disappointed. The food was excellent and the service could not be faulted. We have been to the restaurant on several occasions now and it is great to see that the waiters/ waitresses have remained the same - a good sign and the level of food hasrecained at a high standard.

As it was Mother’s day, booked easily in advance. Was expecting it be be heaving but though full and busy, it had a lovely calm atmosphere. The team at Chichester are so friendly, efficient, always making the experience enjoyable, The food standard is great and consistent, exactly what you want. I will keep returning to this Cote, Well done to the manager and his team.

Great service, went for breakfast. It was easy to book a table online. Staff were very attentive food and drink was served to be a high standard I always get at Cote. It would be first choice of restaurant. Recommend yes

Excellent friendly service. The food was very good. Had a complimentary drink when we arrived, which was much appreciated. Will visit again in the near future.

Excellent brunch. Very good service from cheerful staff. Highly recommended for brunch. Had the vegetarian breakfast, which was delicious , a very generous serving as well.

Good ambience and the staff and particularly the manger were excellent. However the two main courses were bu no means perfect. Grilled chicken underdone and steak over cooked. They were replaced without any fuss. So well done the staff.

My wife and I visited Cotes Chichester on Sunday 10th of Feb. and had the most delicious meal, it made our day when we also received a complimentary bottle of wine.We love dinning at Cotes where the staff and service are first class, we shall return. Mr Kenny

Great place! It’s clean and tidy as you walk in. All staff greet you as you walk in. That gives it a real personal touch

As good as ever. However, I did feel that the crust on the mirabelle plum and almond tart could have been crisper. Oven rather than microwave?

We always have a wonderful evening at Cote. The food is fabulous. The service is great and so friendly. And the ambience is perfect. This is one of our go to places in Chichester. Highly recommended.

Cote is our favourite go to restaurant in Chichester, terrific food and amazing friendly staff. The added bonus of the occasional free drink is always a bonus.

We all had a lovely evening and the food was absolutely delicious. Some drinks orders were forgotten. However the staff were very apologetic and we had a great evening.

Amazing experience. Restaurant was full of guests that night but that didn’t mean we had to wait for anything too long. Delicious food and great service. We will be returning.

Dining perfection! A warm welcome, table in the window and super attentive service. A great crab mousse to start, followed by a marvellous sea bass which was cooked to perfection. To finish, what other than the most wonderful chocolate mousse. All accompanied by a really lovely Sauvignon Blanc. Côte Brasserie is always good but this meal reached new heights

We love cotes at Chichester and this time didn’t disappoint either

We were very pleased that our friend booked us for last Sunday's evening meal at Cote in Chichester. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. As a vegan/vegetarian couple, we were delighted to have a choice on the menu. We will certainly return to Cote in the future.

Cote is always so reliable for a great night out - good variety and quality of food and excellent service.

Good quality food and excellent service. It was an early evening meal before a theatre visit so we just had appetisers and a tuna nicoise salad. The tuna was perfectly cooked and the whole salad extremely tasty and fresh. Even at 6pm the restaurant was busy and lively.

Fantastic food and very attentive service. Kir Royal for our birthdays was a lovely touch. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family.

Great service and food experienced as usual. We found the prestige set menu really is excellent value. Lovely choice of wines. A very relaxed but professional atmosphere.

As ever, the food was good and the service very professional. However we did not feel welcomed by the manager who considered our online request for a table ‘ at the side’ as odd and said he did not understand. We are a bit deaf and did not want to sit in the middle of the restaurant surrounded by table chatter. No need to make us feel a bit stupid.

Lovely as ever, just a shame the poached eggs were not really cooked. However they were changed but by the time I got the breakfast my colleagues had all finished theirs. In future I would ask for well done just to be safe

We always get a warm welcome at Cote Chichester and all the staff give the impression that our custom is valued. The food and wine are of reliably high quality. We've never been disappointed.

Delicious meal chosen from very interesting menu. Very efficient and friendly staff. Tasty cocktails through delicious Fish Parmentier to excellent Grand Marnier crepes. In all highly recommended.

Fantastic food and friendly service. We always have a great time at Cote. Really glad that there was not a limited menu for Mother's Day as some other restaurants tend to do.

Service efficient and friendly, very well staffed. Noisy group party badly positioned. Food was good but let down with fast food style fries. Would return but certainly not choose that meal!

First visit to a Côte Brasserie so took advantage of complimentary bottle of wine offer. Popular early evening restaurant for a Wednesday and full tables are always a good indicator. Had 3 courses from A-La-Carte menu and the food was good and tasty, but disappointed that Prawn Gratinée starter and Beef Bourguignon main were not served with a little bread to mop-up the sauce, as the French would do as a matter of course - any café/restaurant in France would include at least a quarter baguette (20 pence worth) for each person. I asked the manager why bread wasn't served with the starter (the sauce was delicious) and he said because it had croutons in it! The complimentary bottle of wine served was a 2018 Pays D'Oc Merlot that on the bill was priced at something over £20 - I had to ask for the price to be removed from the bill as it was complimentary as confirmed by the manager on arrival. Fortunately I didn't have to pay for the wine as if I had made this selection I would have been very disappointed how cheap this tasted. On returning home I checked the offer and found the complimentary wine was meant to be Syrah 2017, IGP Pays D'Oc £21.50.
