It was wonderful to have a normal experience after so long and enjoy the excellent food with such good friendly service.

Great food as usual. Only comment would be that owing to the Covid restrictions the staff were wearing face visors and it was a bit hard ti heart what our server was saying!

This was the first time my husband and I had dined out since the lockdown and chose Côte because we knew that every precaution would be taken for our’s and the staff’s safety. We had a really lovely lunch, the food was delicious and the service excellent. It was certainly great to be back!

It’s great to be able to go back to one of our favourite places to eat. There was a warm welcome and the food and the service was at its usual high standard. We went for lunch, however what we really want is for the breakfast and brunch menu to come back, fingers crossed we won’t be waiting long!!

Staff as usual so pleasant and efficient. My lamb was ordered as medium rare but turned out to be blue. The manager agreed and was swiftly taken away to be re cooked and was delicious in the end. Unfortunately my husband had finished his meal by the time my arrived back. It was our first meal out after lockdown and so disappointing as it was the place I wanted to go most. When paying we found my main was taken off the bill as a goodwill gesture which was lovely but wonder if the offer of a desert or glass of wine might have been a better option . I love this chain and will always use it again.

We had an excellent meal, really delicious and felt completely at ease. The staff were very welcoming and very efficient service. It was lovely to be back in Cote & to feel more normal!

As it was before lockdown, great service, lovely staff and good food. The problem I see going forward is having no cheaper set menus you will lose a lot of previous loyal customers many of whom are of the older generation, because of the cost of the present menu.

A really enjoyable meal at lunchtime today food was cooked to perfection and the service was exemplary. Glad to be back.

It was nice to enjoy the atmosphere and see many of the original staff still in attendance. The food was very good and up to their normal standards. The only critisism is that I would have liked less prawn content and more fish in the fish pie that I had,but apart from that all ok.

Cote is my favourite place to eat out so when I received an email, I booked straight away. Great food & great service... always! One thing... bring back the creme brûlée 😝

Another lovely Sunday lunch at Cote in Chichester, delightful professional staff, great atmosphere and as usual delicious food from the kitchen, all made even better with a complementary cocktail . A lovely afternoon, thank you.

Booked online, but received no confirmation response so had to call in regardless. This did not detract from enjoying our meal - thank you. Steve.

Main course was average but dessert of profiteroles was poor-they tasted like cheap, shop bought rather than quality-very stale. The table was booked via a link for complimentary cocktails offer but there was no mention of how the deal worked at the restaurant which suggests to me that customers are encouraged to book a table but the company do not really want to offer the special deals. To sum up, £49 for a burger, a mushroom crepe, stale profiteroles, one orange juice and one cider does not seem good value whatsoever.

Great food, friendly attentive staff, nice atmosphere in the restaurant all four of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend Côte in Chichester for a night out

Delicious food and good value as usual. Extra thanks to our lovely waiter and the kitchen staff for rushing to serve us in time for our next engagement even though some of our party arrived very late. Orders taken, cooked, served and eaten within about 3/4 hour at our request. This restaurant combines the value of a 'chain' with a personal service which makes it an excellent choice for eating out frequently in Chichester.

Many members of our choral society enjoyed an early meal yesterday at Cotes, Chichester, before our choral concert in the cathedral. Cotes is dependable for quickly delivering delicious good quality food by friendly well-trained staff.

Fantastic - as ever. Very good food and always excellent service - what more could you ask for? We love eating at this branch of Cote!

We had the three course Valentines meal. The team provided excellent food and service. The team were especially thoughtful and helpful about my food intolerances.

I've eaten in numerous Cote restaurants over the years and Chichester (to date) is the best one. Superb food, (slightly rushed) a good,knowledgeable waiter and as always great value for money.......

All 3 courses were wonderful, with attentive and friendly staff always glancing to see if you need anything. Staff really on the ball with minimal waiting time for each course. Would recommend.

Really great food and staff excellent, the service charge was a little over the top though would prefer to be left to my own accord on how much i would like to tip.

A family breakfast for our son's 18th. A beautiful breakfast all round and the service and attention was spot on. I am injured and have obvious difficulties that were so well handled in that I never felt conscious. The waiter was so kind but understood my independent streak and was awesome. My 'adult' son had the perfect start to his birthday.

Excellent food with plenty of choice, we loved the February specials. Service was very good as usual. Excellent value for money at about 35 a head for 3 courses including wine and service charge.

Used to come to this restaurant 4 years ago when we lived in Chichester on a regular basis and loved it,have returned to Chichester and this restaurant is as good as ever

Hi Everything was lovely including lovely vegetarian options however I was charged for the French 75 cocktails which I understood were complimentary on arrival? Plus the french fries were so hard they pierced my palate Aside from above everything was great 🙂

Excellent food and service as ususal. We had the prawn gratinee, moules, pork belly and mushrooms/spinach crepes, all without exception delicious. We are in their loyalty programme and received two complimentary gin cocktails as we dined from the a la carte menu. We usually try and take advantage of these monthly offers. Cote Chichester is becoming one of our favourite places to eat. It is very popular and we usually see people turned away at lunchtime as they are full. For this reason it’s always best to reserve a table.

A great experience overall yet again.Moules frites produced mussels of a good size .All very freshly cooked. The staff were as always very attentive and the atmosphere just right.

Lovely atmosphere, wonderful service the chateaubriand was fantastic, in fact it was all lovely xx thank-you!

Lovely friendly staff,wonderful food ,great place for a birthday treat,would recommend to family and friends,a place you could go to for any occasion, nice that the staff make time to have a chat with you.
