First visit since the day before lockdown! Restaurant busy with a lively atmosphere . Safety and hygiene standards and procedures very good but unobtrusive. Usual staff as friendly and professional as ever - almost feels like normal times!

Great evening, excellent food and service . Only think to say is that alcoholic drinks and mixers are very expensive.

Polite and welcoming staff, tables set out very well, food cooked as requested and well presented.

We booked just to make certain we could get in. The booking form was excellent and so easy to use. The meal and service was very good, as it turned out there was more than we could eat. We came on a Tuesday so benefitted from the discount but to be honest we did not specifically come for the discount. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. We will be back.

Good food and well spaced tables. Hand sanitizer available but not obvious on entry. Prices have increased and VAT reduction has not been passed on to customers. Bill was wrong initially, as £10 pp had not been deducted - hence only 4 star rating.

Staff are excellent, Food very good, Our friends throughly enjoyed it, But may I point out one thing ,the Lobster should not be cremated under a Salamander, please serve you're Lobster either cold or a thermidor souce. The only thing we have not enjoyed, Cotes remains one of our favourite places

It was lovely to be able to visit the restaurant again after weeks of closure due to Covid-19. The service, food and atmosphere were as good as ever and we all felt as if some form of normality was coming back into our lives. We look forward to our next visit.

We came with friends, were warmly welcomed and attended to and food was tasty! Our first experience of eating out inside - we felt very safe.

It was such a pleasure to eat once again at one of most favourite restaurants - the first time for 5 months.

Great experience. We all loved it and will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and efficient, food excellent - ten year granddaughter who had the warm chocolate Fondent, said it was the best she has ever tasted. Very impressed with children's Menu being a mini version of the good things on the A la carter Menu. My 7 year old grandchild, had the calamari, steak and chocolate posse - can't get much more adult than that. All brilliant. Thank you.

I had the sea bream which was very tasty, unfortunately the lamb chops my wife ordered where not good more bone than meat you needed a chainsaw to get to meat.

Excellent as ever. Very busy but the service was very good. Sadly the next table were rather noisy and opinionated, but that was no fault of the restaurant.

Staff were all incredibly friendly, food was great and fast despite being busy due to Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Waiting staff's knowledge of menu and wine list was excellent. We were served by Jasmine who was brilliant and smiley from start to finish. Very pleasant evening and will be back again very soon.

As a long term vegetarian I used to enjoy the baked mushroom crepes that had been a long standing choice on the menu. I was very disappointed to find it had been discontinued, and the risotto was the only available option amongst so many meat and fish choices. It is not justifiable to only have a single Vegetarian main on such an otherwise extensive menu.

Cote’s is one of our favourite restaurants and it was the same consistent high standard as always.

We were made to feel so welcome food was lovely.

Our waitress was amazing. She was super lovely and brilliant with our exuberant 8 year old. Food was as expected delicious but no creme brûlée.

Staff absolutely lovely, especially in this difficult time . They still made your experience relaxing and pleasurable.

Top drawer, as usual...food & service is always very good

We had 2 young children with us and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much for them.

Lovely lunch. Could have been improved if children's menu available for over 7 years and the mash which came with the sausages was not hot. Needed a jus to liven it up. I actually swapped my fish parmentier with my granddaughter as she preferred it. Perhaps make it available as a children's portion? Otherwise lovely. I will have to visit again soon and enjoy my own choices.

So wonderful to be back at Cote. Missed you all. Everything great as ever
