Friendly staff, efficient service, good choice of food and wines, well cooked and presented, late opening. the restaurant provides a very pleasant ambiance for both a small intimate dining experiece and for larger parties. the restaurant though can become rather noisey when larger parties are present as their sound volume tends to echo around the restaurant making it rather difficult for smaller parties to hear each other.

Service and food are above average in their market. During our visit, it got very busy very quickly. This put a stain on the system but the staff coped. Quite impressive.

Thank you for a fabulous birthday brunch with decadent Kir Royales. As usual food and service were faultless. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Food was good including a variety of starters, main courses and deserts. Service was attentive, polite and friendly. Less keen on the service charge automatically added to the bill.

Went for breakfast/brunch - very friendly service, lovely food, fab coffee - what more could we want! Will definitely go for breakfast again - it was excellent.

Excellent meal! The starter of grilled prawns was very tasty - so much so we ordered a third oration between the two of us! We both had the fish dish of the month for our main and with the Apple Tatin to finish!! Service was good too although the restaurant was full we had the usual experience from the waitress

Very friendly staff and good food. Enjoyed the ambiance and the lack of background Muzak was a very welcome change, compared to many other places where people are competing to make themselves heard over the background racket.

My wife and I took my wife’s parents for a meal. It was her Dad’s 92nd birthday celebration. The food was superb, the ambiance just right and the service, from all the staff, was simply brilliant! We are so grateful! Thank you very much!

The staff are always very polite and very helpful in explaining the menu and wines .The service is always very good and so is the food.

We have been on several occasions and there is a pleasant atmosphere which can be slightly noisy due to the lack of soft furnishings. Our meal was very good with a delay on the side dish and drinks replenishment. Overall we would recommend the Cote as a convenient pre show and lunch venue at a competitive price.The staff are friendly and attentive.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and as usual enjoyed an excellent lunch. Very busy as Christmas approaches but the staff were as attentive as ever.

Six of us met for a really nice meal at Cotes in Chichester - despite being very busy there was a lovely, lively atmosphere and the staff were outstanding. Friendly, polite, patient and efficient. No wonder we keep going back!

Assuming 6 is the top score (it doesn't say...!) We always love our visits to Cote in Chichester! We go frequently before going on to the theatre. The food is excellent and the service efficient. We are known there and feel comfortably familiar with the staff.

Delicious food in a great atmosphere and great and friendly staff! Second time that I visited the restaurant on a business trip. I surely come back and recommend this restaurants to all visitors of Chichester!

Its seems to be a problem with most Cote restaurant's. The food is delivered to your table COLD. This visit the soup cold. The portions of French fries are getting SMALLER!

Pleasant lunch, 2 courses for £11.50, 3 for £13 50. Friendly service, food good quality as well as value. Would stop here again for lunch. X

This was the first time I had booked a table on line. It was very easy. There was no problem about the table when we arrived. The restaurant was very busy and service was VERY quick

It is obvious from the brilliant service and food we received, that this manager has instilled a sense of pride in his staff. My wife and I had dinner with friends last night. We have used this restaurant a number of times and have never been disappointed. We would recommended it.

Offered a choice of tables, lovely selection on the main menu, also a seasonal menu was offered, Really good food, quick friendly service, restaurant was really busy but staff still attentive, we will certainly be returning

Second visit to this restaurant and was not disappointed. Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. Will definitely come again when I am next in Chichester, which sadly is only once a year.

Delicious food at a reasonable price in a most pleasant atmosphere served by waiting staff who are very good as they take pride in their work.

Always a buzzy atmosphere and extremely attentive staff and fab, hot food. The manager runs a slick, running ship and you can see how the staff all work well together. Love it here and thoroughly recommend!

Greeted warmly on arrival and shown to table. Service excellent all meals very tasty and suffice. However, the cottage pie was was dried up which we mentioned when asked by the waiter if everything was okay. To our surprise when we received bill we weren’t charged for the said meal. Much appreciated the acknowledgement, which we hadn’t expected.

The Restaurant was very busy but there seemed to be plenty of staff and service was quick and courteous throughout. The food was excellent as usual. The only blemish was a mistake with our wine order but this was corrected very quickly.

Service was excellent. Had the hake which was a little bit dry - could have done with more sauce but on the whole it was an enjoyable meal.

The meal at Côte was very good as usual. I have visited many times but there is such a variety on the menu that there is always something to try. The food was delicious and service first class. Betty

We enjoyed a very good lunch with excellent service. As always, it was very enjoyable. We had travelled to Chichester from Horsham for a theatre trip, and as we're all missing our Horsham Cote (closed due to fire) it was especially appreciated!

We had great food in a nice atmosphere. A few green beans with my steak would have been nice! Thanks for the complimentary drink 😃
