Prompt service and good food. I have been to several Cote restaurants over the years and found that overall the food and service have been consistent and good. Cote is generally a safe option and reasonable value for money.

we booked on line for 6 people and received a free bottle of wine in the January offer. waitress was smiley and helpful. several of us ordered steak n fritz which although good and fat free plates and food could have been warmer. problems with the bill - and this has happened before - staff had forgotten to deduct the free bottle of wine!!

Fabulous dinner, Beckie was fantastic. The only downside was there was 5 of us so a round table would have been better rather than another chair stuck on the end.

Cites was Fab once again, service, food, general atmosphere never disappoints. Highly recommend. Such value for money. My favourite place apart from Fenwick’s in priory park in town.

Despite arriving 15 minutes early we were shown to our seats straight away. The food was delicious and we received the free bottle of wine as promised when we booked on line. The staff were excellent friendly and attentive.

The staff were delightful and the food excellent! All four of us ate off the early evening menu and there was plenty of variety and some delicious flavours.

Good food well cooked, nice size portion and reasonably priced and happy helpful staff. We only had an hour for lunch so the staff made an extra effort to see we were served quickly. We will be returning.

Côte Chichester is our first choice when we visit the City. The staff are lovely and the food is always good and we love the calm ambience of the restaurant, for us it's a totally stress free and enjoyable experience.

Relaxed dinner, lovely food, nice bottle of wine and excellent service. We could not want for more. I had the confit of duck , it was really tasty.

Super lunch; the whole bream was wonderful and so moist. Coffee rather bitter (and I like strong coffee, but even so!) otherwise it would've been a 6. Oh and service terrific - thank you!

Mix up with the order, long wait for drinks. Then we were overcharged. There were 7 of us, a round table would have been better than the long one we were given. Luckily the food was good, in spite of the incorrect order.

Lovely meal. Very good service. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the Chardonnay. We both drink Sav Blanc. It would have been nice to have an option? Otherwise great as always.

We always go for the pre theatre supper. Excellent value. Go with the intention for the 2 course but often end up with the 3 course option! Lovely atmosphere and staff attentive.

We used the Lunch Menu, which offered a reasonable range of dishes at a very reasonable set price. We were in a hurry because we were attending a theatre matinee and we explained this to the manager and waitress. The service was excellent, prompt and efficient and the food was delicious - delicately flavoured starters and main courses without the usual heavy sauces you get from many restaurants. The manager and staff were charming, which, together with the food, would account for the restaurant being packed - book in advance if you want to be sure of a table!

We enjoyed a tasty meal before going to theatre, the service was friendly and the atmosphere in the busy restaurant was pleasant if a little noisy.

Went there for lunch and always great food, attentive service lovely ambience and not wallet breaking prices. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend the set dinner/lunch menu excellent value.

This was an excellent meal as usual. It was very tasty and the service was good too. We shall return here as often as possible as we love it so.

A pleasant evening with good food and attentive staff. They didn't have Fever Tree tonic water! in this day and age!! Be warned they include 12.5% gratuity in the price, although it's optional.

My husband and I had a lovely 3 course lunch with wine and coffee. The fish croquettes the steak and the chocolate pots were all gorgeous..The staff , as ever ,were really courteous and looked after us beautifully. We look forward to our next visit !

The food was excellent and well presented. The waitress was very efficient. The manager was very professional but also friendly. Nice atmosphere. Only thing I didn’t like was that my chair was wobbly on the uneven ground.

This restaurant is very special. The staff excellent and the atmosphere good. The food never fails to please and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Only problem is that it is rather noisy, but that's because it is always full. Essential to book a table in advance.

Great service and delicious 😋 food! Have been coming to this restaurant for a very long time, which shows how much I enjoy the experience. We come with different friends and family. My only issue is being unable to use the offer of a free bottle of wine when using the a la carte menu.

Enjoyed our meal at Cote, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere although it was only 4.00 in the afternoon, service was good and all staff were friendly.

Great restaurant great food brilliant staff. I did refuse the service charge but left a generous cash tip for the staff. I have no confidence the service charge goes to the staff. You need to bin the service charges and let customers reward tips based on performance. That aside lovely location for dinner.

As usual excellent service and food delicious. We normally go to Horsham but it is closed at the moment and we find the standards elsewhere are just as good.

We always go to the Chichester restaurant. Food is always great especially the pre theatre menu. Staff are charming and attentive. I can recommend Steak and Frite with a green salad - yummy
