We meet at your Chichester branch a few times a year and are rarely disappointed. Last night we were served by the lovely Hugo who was very attentive and gave exceptional service. It also thrilled us to be recognised by the shift manager (I feel terrible for forgetting his name) - the gentleman with snazzy glasses! Be personally greeted each of us and welcomed us back. What a delight he is. Oh, and the food and wine were excellent too!

My wife and I with my brother-in-law enjoyed an excellent relaxed supper: service was exemplary and food delicious: gives an authentic air of Gallic charm. Although it was a Saturday evening with several Christmas parties, we did not feel that we were hassled, and we were attended to promptly. Well done. We look forward to our return in the New Year.

Sadly the haddock gougons that used to be delicious have been replaced by what I can only describe as cheap breaded fish chunks from Iceland, the service was lovely but the downside was the waiter who cleared our table and wreaked of cigarettes. Massive let down sadly, hope you can rectify this

This is a good French style restaurant. It is bigger than it looks from the outside. We went on a Friday night so it was a little noisy which was exacerbated by having music in the background as well. The service was exemplary - we were greeted at the entrance and taken to our table. Our waitress was quick and effective and resolved without fuss a minor issue with the wine. The food was served quickly, which I personally found a little too quickly. Our 3 course meal lasted us over 1 hour. The food was generally good or excellent. My main course fish dish had a little too much fish to be really enjoyable (add an extra side found have meant no room for dessert)! Overall a good experience.

I am a regular devotee of Cote. In a City of dozens of restaurants it is by far and away my first choice. Surperb.

Splendid lunch today and despite the restaurant being full, service was charming and faultless.

Superb team at Chichester. We were a group of 4, two disbalwd. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting us. Food was delicious as was the service throughout the meal.

Nice restaurant with a lovely friendly server. Food was very good and quickly served though we were not made to feel rushed. Had the three course lunch menu and it was delicious. Best creme caramel ever!!

We have eaten at several Cote restaurants and they have all continued to deliver good, hot food and the staff are delightful.

Food was very nice. Would have liked to have seen a fish and vegetarian option on the lunch menu (i dont eat meat) but I guess it is a French style restaurant. Service as always very good.

We were warmly welcomed, & sat down quickly, the staff were warm, professional & smiley. We were given a glass of bubbly whilst selecting our food choices. The food was great & was served quickly, they showed an interest in us. We loved it & will go back

There could have been a bit more smoked haddock in our Haddock Parmentier, but other than that our meal was good. We will be back again next year.

Very good lunch yesterday in difficult circumstances as they had a power cut! Staff coped really well and there was a Xmas spirit!

I made a reservation for 1.45 pm this afternoon but for various reasons arrived 35 minutes before that and at a very busy time. My wife and I were, never-the-less, greeted and shown to a table for two immediately. The rest of the meal was equally good. Very many thanks . Phil Udall.
