Our first restaurant meal since April 2020 and a very enjoyable experience

So good to have the restaurant open. The staff were very efficient and Covid friendly. The food was as good as always although there were a few things missing on the menu. Can’t wait for breakfast to return.

We had a lovely meal and the service was excellent but we were not happy about the distance between diners. Although we were told the distance was correct between heads? Not sure if this is the correct way to measure! Was not really confident with arrangement.

Delightful welcome Even though we were social distancing it was made very easy. It’s gratifying to see Cote not relaxing it’s service and food quality. Nicely laid table clean glasses and attentive waiter. Food as good as ever, one small comment on the Tuna used for the Nicoise , fresh is always better,the pre chargrill marked ones which you microwave to order are not very nice, however, it was a lovely evening and it’s great that you are open.

The food was well presented & tasty, the service promp & staff were friendly & polite. So overall a very nice dining experience

We had a very enjoyable evening at Cote. The menu was extensive. The meal was delicious and included starters, mains and desserts. The service was excellent. Very good Covid-19 precautions without being obvious.

A real Oasis on a very hot day - with such a special ambience, matched by high quality cuisine and service!! I did benefit from the current reduced Eat Out/Help Out prices, but was unlucky that a small screaming baby wasn't quite so happy with the situation. But I'll definitely return!

Tasty food. Good service. Pre-starter was tasty and delicious. Starter was fine i had a Crab mayonnaise i think need a bit lemon juice in the mix. Main course mash was cold but they’re sorted out a new one. Over seasoned creamed spinach. Apart from that i was very happy with the rest of my food. Excellent dessert menu. Very happy with the apple tart and ice cream. Thanks for the good service for Alex!

Always good - Cote Chichester is the best in the group - based on the several we have visited over the years. Top management, staff and of course food !

We came in today and had a really lovely meal that was fresh and taste amazing. We felt very safe from the moment we walked in. Everyone kept there distance, all the staff wore clear visas, we witnessed tables be clean frequently and things that where removed bill tray ects. Can't wait to go back.. Had the added bonus of 50% off., but still reasonable prices for the quality food any other day.

Excellent service, and a good meal at a fair price

Such a wonderful meal. Lovely staff, beautiful venue, exquisite food. We even got a complimentary glass of kir royale as we were celebrating my birthday. The girls loved the kids’ menu. My husband enjoyed his steak and I thought the boeuf bourguignon was delicious.

Very good food and friendly staff. However I noted that some of the Male staff are not wearing their visors properly. They should reach below the mouth and not at an angle. I would suggest they lower the band and pull them straight or invest in bigger ones.

Excellent! First time eating out since lock down and was a little apprehensive but was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Food was great and service exceptional, great to be back! 🙂

Lovely but when ordering a burger or minute steak that only comes with fries, no alternatives or swap outs you at least expect the fries to perfect, but they were very overdone, more like three time’s cooked. Otherwise good and steaks were amazing.

Tables were reasonably well spaced and we felt safe. Hand sanitizer was not obvious on entry and we had to ask about it. All prices had increased and Cote have not passed on the VAT reduction of 15% (from 20 to 5%). Menu was more limited (e,g, no duck) and not the same as on the web when I booked the previous day. Some items had run out by 8 pm. Ear Out to Help Out saving was evidently popular.

It's great to be back at Cote Chichester again. Just as it was previously. Welcoming, friendly, efficient. Very pleasant even with all of the covid measures in place.
