Went for a lovely breakfast to fill me up before travelling. Food was great and staff lovely as always. The service is always above and beyond in Cardiff central. The staff are friendly and always welcoming.

My wife ordered the crepes which were a little soggy. Perfectly edible but not what she had expected. The other four meals were fine although the steak frites does look a bit stark.

I visited Cote Brasserie in Cardiff city centre with my friend and our daughters. We all had a wonderful meal. Fantastic portion size and fabulously cooked food. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was relaxed and ambient. Would highly recommend.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. Relaxed atmosphere, we were not rushed in any way. Staff were very friendly and polite. Vegetables were cooked to perfection, not hard as rock! Sea bass was excellent.

Nice food, nice staff, and nice atmosphere but we do not like the Cote policy of adding a "voluntary" 12.5% service charge to the bill before it is presented to you.

Very good food, as usual. The service at the Cardiff Mill Lane Côte was exceptionally fine.

Excellent food and service as always - creme caramels are the best anywhere!! One very noisy table was only annoyance (for pretty much everyone in the place). I am not happy with anywhere that auto-adds the tip - then forces you to have the awkward moment when your server has to point it out! Service almost always deserves it, but I would rather discretionary remained just that.

Having been seated we were then ignored for 20 minutes, we walked out when people behind us, who came in after us, then had their food orders taken.

Excellent food and service as always, the restaurant was very busy so noise levels were quite high but it certainly didn't spoil our evening. I have visited Cotes on many occasions, the staff have always been attentive and the food is always of an excellent standard.

Have to say after years of visiting your restaurant and having lovely food I was disappointed this time . My mums meal was luke warm and my starters said broad beans and there was petit pois .as usual the service is amazing
