Booked a table 1 hour before we arrived. Seated immediately desperate the restaurant brilliant very busy. Food and service was excellent.

Cote is so much better than pretty much 100% of the rest of the restaurants in the UK. You don't even have to be that good, but you're French so you have French standards when it comes to food and service, so it's "c'est normal". xxx

Service and atmosphere fine. Steak tepid and chips pale not crisp. Hence 3 stars.

Not an expansive menu but always reliably good food reasonably priced together with excellent service makes this our first choice of place to eat lunch in Cardiff.

Great food good service and great value will go again

The meal was not value for money even though we did the lunchtime deal. The portion sizes were very small! The desserts myself and my friend had were not nice at all! Very small and did not taste very nice.

Everything was lovely, the chocolate pot was not up to the usual standard but when we complained it was changed very graciously so we were very happy. We are three “old” school friends and meet infrequently but always have lunch at Cote it makes our day very enjoyable. Thank you.

Service was excellent and the food as usual , the only criticism I have is that I ordered belly pork and was given pork tenderloin, which was very enjoyable but not what I ordered .
