Lovely pre theatre meal at Cote. Friendly welcome by all staff with a good overall atmosphere. 2 course menu very good value. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Made to feel welcome when we arrived. Our waiter was very efficient, professional and friendly. He was one of the best waiters we have had anywhere. We have been to the Bay Brasserie many times and have always had very good food and service.

Lovely meal as always, friendly and helpful staff and great atmosphere. The blood orange martinis were delicious! The coupe noire dessert is incredible and it has become a firm favourite.

We always have a great experience at Cote Cardiff Bay and Cote Mill Lane Pre theatre dinner on 14 March was top class and we thoroughly enjoyed both courses Val and Mike

Busy (Saturday evening), rather noisy, but good food and excellent service. A good place to go for a group evening, perhaps rather less so for a romantic twosome .....

Always dependable - you know exactly what you will get, what is will cost (good value) and how long it will take. Who needs more?

Restaurant ideally situated for Wales Millenium Centre in Cardiff. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, lovely staff and complimentary Gin aperitif . What more could you ask for?

Lovely lunch prior to theatre show. Service and meal very good.

I ordered the Ribeye and although I expect a little fat I didn’t expect most of it to be fatty with very little meat.

The menu was wide ranging with lots of fish.( Really suits me as I don’t eat red meat) & friends commented on the excellent choice, with lots to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly & helpful & ambience all excellent. This was our first visit & was most enjoyable. Could not fault it. Will definitely return!

Good, but not as good as usual. Staff were attentive but the there didn’t appear to be enough given the number of customers. It wouldn’t put me off visiting again - the food was lovely.

Fantastic food and great service. Our waitress was heavily pregnant and was awesome. She made our visit a really great experience. It was my fiancée’s birthday and there was a card waiting on our table. Lovely touch. Thanks.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. The moules were well cooked and perfect with bread for the dipping, The wine was lovely and paired well with the fish.

Great food and very tasty good service and didn’t wait long but not rushed either my steak was cooked to perfection the cream caramel was the best I have tried can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed a very relaxed meal. We were able to hear each other talking without loud music. There was a very good choice on the menu.

Excellent food and service,room is very loud though, needs something to absorb the noise and difficult to have a conversation without shouting. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

We visited at lunchtime. There was no rush we were able to take as much time as we needed. The staff were very attentive but not pushing. The whole experience was spot on.

Tina and I had booked the table for a pre-meal to seeing Nick Cave in the millennium. On arrival the staff were lovely and even though it was busy we were taken to our table instantly. The service at the table was very friendly and efficient and the dishes we ordered were very nice. A perfect start to a perfect evening.

Lovely lovely staff , smashing martini and calamari starter but my sea bass was awful, so over cooked and even a second go didn’t improve it at all but the staff handled it so well and they are why we keep coming back , just wish the food matched them

We used the special offer Spring menu. The food was delicious. We had the soup and the salmon and haddock fish cake. Very tasty!

The restaurant was very quiet, understandable. Food ordered and served. One sign of good service is how the restaurant and staff deal with you when something goes wrong. My mum's piece of steak was way too tough for her to manage. She remarked to the waiter. Without a blink her meal was replaced with a more acceptable piece of steak. Well done Cote.

The food, table service was very good no complaints. One thing, l noticed it wasn't to warm in the restaurant when we arrived.When new people arrived at the door the wind/draft that came in, made it even worse needs attending to better design.

This is our favourite restaurant in Cardiff. This time we took 3 friends for a late lunch on Sunday and all went very well. The a la Carte menu offered a wide selection and everyone agreed that the food was first class. Attentive service as always

Good food, good choice, good value, good service. Staff managed to seat a party of 6 at adjacent tables on a very busy Friday night. Pleasant decor and ambience, but... acoustics dreadful! All that noise bouncing off universally hard surfaces. Difficult for those with perfect hearing, nightmarish for those without.
